It was fine, only stayed one night. Didn’t use breakfast facility so cannot comment although it looked nice. Kettle in room was leaking but clean enough and comfortable for the price

Overnight stay only, location ideal as less than a minute from the motorway

The Campanile Tarbes is on the highway which takes one to Lourdes. It wasn't easy to find but fortunately a local driver escorted me when I asked at a stoplight for help.
The only problem I had was the lack of air-conditioning. This was one of those Spring nights where the weather was transitioning. My best efforts to cool off the room went unrewarded. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she said she'd address it. She sent over one of her staff with a portable heater! I wanted A/C, not more heat! So I ended up just opening a window.
Dinner in the dining room was great and a good value.
The only other complaint I would have (and this was true at another Campanile Hotel at which I stayed), is that the chambermaids came to the room much too early. Before even knocking, they put their keys in the lock and opened up before I had a chance to say anything. I was hardly ready to depart and my desire to sleep in was obviously thwarted. Having \"Do Not Disturb\" signs readily available would be a good thing.

Mis à part l’accueil qui était très chaleureux la chambre avait était nettoyé il y a un bon bout de temps je pense.
Des araignées dans la baignoire, des cheveux dans la draps et des poils sur la poubelle de la salle de bain ….
Malgré le fait que ce soit des chambres à des prix relativement bas je trouve que pour cette fois le service n’était pas à la hauteur ….

Un très beau petit séjour
Bien le bonjour, très honnêtement, je voyage énormément, nous pouvons dire que j'ai reçu le meilleur accueil que j'ai pu recevoir jusqu'à maintenant. Idem pour la petite équipe de la restauration du soir. Le moelleux au chocolat est bien plus qu'excellent ;-).

Mais je suivrai à la lettre les recommandations de la directrice de cet établissement et j'irai loger dans un autre hôtel lors de mes prochaines visites à Tarbes. Je suppose que son comportement est probablement lié à un léger surmenage.

Accueil souriante de la jeune fille, elle a su nous renseigner sur des restaurants, des produits locaux de ferme .

Un accueil parfait avec une equipe au top. L'hôtel permet l'accueil des familles sans lit superposé, ce qui n'est pas négligeable avec des enfants en bas âge.

Premier coup d œil en entrant dans la chambre correct… c est après dans la salle de bain abattant wc déglingué le tenais dans les mains dérouleur papier wc arraché mais pas remplacer… rideau de douche est ce réglementaire aujourd’hui… et propreté très limité je me suis permise de prendre des photos… Dans votre personnel y a qu une personne agréable et serviable qui est venue me changer l abattant we le soir car j ai demandé à une blonde aux yeux bleus qui devait passer voir le matin mais je l attends toujours… c est normal de prendre des poses mais bon quand l on demande de passer dans la chambre plus personne !!!bon suis rentrée chez moi maintenant !!! Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet établissement…

Je n’ai fait que dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner. Mais pour cela, rien à redire. Le lit est bon, la salle de bain est propre, mais ne pas tenter de prendre une douche un peu tard, sinon elle sera froide. Pour le petit-déjeuner il était à ma convenance. Enfin la wifi dans la chambre, sans reproche, j’ai pu faire une video conf sans problème.

Impossible de dormir au matin j appelle la dame de l acceuil elle me dit que j ai paye 46e grace a la reduction hotel.com (alors que le prix de base est de 50e) et qu a cause de ca elle ne peut rien faire pour moi 😒

Das Hotel ist wie alle anderen Hotels 2 Sterne mäßig! Leider ist hier ein bisschen schimmel in der Dusche wie es aber auch bei den anderen Hotels schnell mal vorkommen kann!

Comme tous les « Campanile » repris par Kyriad il y a besoin de rafraîchissement, cet hôtel en mériterait un brin, quelques détails dans la chambre, manque un chapeau de lampe, une lampe de chevet en mauvais état, la poignée de douche s’enclenchant mal par rapport à la position baignoire, quelques traces de moisissures facilement nettoyables, le store qui s’enclenche mal. Je pense que cela ne vaut plus 3 étoiles en terme de prestations. En revanche dîner servi très copieux et pdj très bien, personnel très accueillant(e).

Personnels de l établissement est parfait mais l'hôtel est vétuste et à de l âge. Entre les fuites d'eau des chasses qui se remplissent toutes les 6/7 minutes .les bruits incescents ( pas d'isolation de chambres .nous n'avons pour incis dire pas fermé l oeil.

On souhaite à l'enseigne Campanile qu'aucun de ses hôtels ne soit plus vétuste que celui de Tarbes ! A titre d'exemples : il faut sortir de la chambre pour pouvoir baisser (manuellement) le volet ; un miroir au dos de la porte du sas (laquelle ne ferme pas..) a été purement arraché, sans que ses ferrures et ses vis, soient retirées. Pour mémoire : insonorisation zéro, dans des chambres donnant sur voie très bruyante la nuit (poids lourds, motos..). On s'arrêtera là. A fuir absolument !
