The breakfast was fresh, prepared well. Do not stay in room 412 as there are fleas/insects in the bedding, and you will get bitten. Hence, cleanliness and hygiene to all rooms on the fourth floor and any rooms accepting pets needs improvement.

Yes yes. But there were barely any eggs available and the price was not worth it. Will never go again. There are plenty of other hotels to go to rooms tiny room ket never worked. Staff somewhat friendly but there were two staff members that were borderline rude ! Find another hotel! Best advice I can give you

This Ibis property was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable overall. About 10-15 min walk from the grotto area. Restaurants were on very limited schedules during our May visit, so finding a spot about 7pm took some time. But, that is certainly not under the Ibis's control. The desk manager spoke a number of languages, which made him a very useful source of information. Engaging fellow as well! All in all, it was a good value for the price.

Good location but very small dated rooms and restaurant(which was closed for dinner and lunch). Breakfast was poor but what served was good. The staff is terribly unhelpful when asked about transportation or local info. I would not recommend unless need to be near the station or emergency stay.

The hotel is not only affordable but is also perfectly located to visit all the important sites in Lourdes. This stay was topped up by a daily room service, excellent customer service and exceptional accomodations in terms of check in time and luggage keeping. They definitely reflect what they preach, Ibis hotels are not just accomodations but they make everything to make you feel home.

It's very near Lourdes station and yet close to the heart of Lourdes. The breakfast is quite nice and the drinks station well equipped. The rooms are tiny and for our stay with an additional person, every cm of space was valuable but since we were going to spend most of our time at the Sanctuary, it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and most helpful with information and providing an extended checkout time. The location is an easy walk to and from the train station with luggage. The basilica is about a 10 min. walk. Grocery store is just a 5 min. walk down the street.

The hotel photos are not what you get ,I have photos of the real deal but you would not want people to see . The breakfast room was full of water leaking on to the food as they had problems with the Air Conditioning but the staff tried there best but there are much better hotels around and cheaper

We would have liked a bit more variety for breakfast. We waited over one hour to be served at dinner time. We were served a different dish from what we ordered nevertheless, the food was tasty. But we would have liked to be informed of the change. On the whole it is a nice hotel and we would certainly go there again

GREAT LOCATION

I stayed one night last week and they put me in a room on the 5th (top) floor which was very basic. No tea/coffee making facilities or even a smoke alarm in the room. My rate included breakfast which was awesome but dinner was poor. 2 courses but no choice. The starter was a \"ham & cheese salad\" but when it turned up there was no ham and very little cheese. The kebab shop opposite is very good though!.On the plus side this place is in a great location.

Good place to explore Lourdes

There are many hotels around, many much closer to the Sanctuary but we enjoyed the position of this one. Half board is offered, and the food is very good, but there are many restaurants around.

4 minutes walk from train station. A little longer to the sanctuary. Along the main road yet traffic noise is minimized because of the double pane window. Walkable to everywhere. Godd walking shoes a must as the area is hilly. Rooms are big enough to move around. I would come back here than go to the bigger hotels. Unassuming room to sleep in. Breakfast adequate and tasty. If the pilgrimage is what counts, where one sleeps does not matter much. Will come back!

A quality 3star hotel in Lourdrs

From check in to check out, the staff were professional and courteous, making me feel very welcome. I felt a valued customers. Internally and externally the building was in good order and spotlessly clean throughout. The dining staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble throughout my stay. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels in the area but this hotel for quality of accommodation and staff is on a par. You would not be disappointrd

It was not a good experience. The service was horrible. When we asked to upgrade the room we were told that all the rooms of the same size. There was not room service. We checked in the hotel again as we had missed our train. We were given our old room again which was not cleaned.

A draw for train travellers

Five minutes walk downhill from the train station made the hotel a great draw for travelers arriving by train. The room was typical of Ibis hotels -- clean, well-lit and adequately equippped. The only snag was we were initially assigned a room which wasn't made up after the previous guest's departure and we had to wait for a while before the reception found us another room!

The hotel is ok. They have a buffet breakfast which is very nice with a good choice of foods, the price is 9.50 euros for an adult and 4.75 euros for a child. The room was very small although beds were comfortable and shower room was clean. We wanted to have dinner at 9h00 as it was advertised that they served dinner up to 10h30 but we were told that the kitchen staff had to leave that night and we could not have dinner at the hotel, so we had to look for somewhere else to eat on a very cold night. Otherwise, the staff was very pleasant and cleanliness was excellent. All in all, this hotel was ok for us as we stayed only for 1 night but I could not have stayed in such a small room for several days.

Room was comfortable but a little old. Room was clean enough. Service was good. Food was better than I expected and priced reasonably. The restaurant was open despite a lot of restaurants in the area being closed in winter. This is very helpful as we didnt have to walk around in search of a restaurant that was open. Overall, it was good value given price we paid. A pleasant stay, will stay again.

The hotel is good value-for-money and located close to the main train station. It is modern and provides all of the necessary facilities. My criticism is the customer service.

In one instance the restaurant staff forget our food order and made us wait for an unreasonable length of time - there was no apology or offer of a discount as a gesture of goodwill.

Another disappointing example of poor customer service occurred upon check-out when the staff member serving me said I hadn't paid the room rate (which I did in advance of my stay). Fortunately I was able to produce evidence of payment. Not sure whether it was a case of an incompetent staff member or antiquated computer system, but irrespective it was quite irritating.
