Not cleaned properly
When we entered the room it was not cleaned from the last guest. We went down to the lobby to request this since the phone didn’t work. We came back later in the night and it looked like the bed had been made but the used soap, glasses etc were still in the bathroom that wasn’t ours.

I traveled to St. Louis with my two kids (5 and 2 years old). At check in they booked a king bed though I requested 2 queens. They corrected this promptly for me. My kids and I enjoyed the pool which was very nice. The smell of cigarettes lingered in some areas of the hotel which was probably my only complaint. The shuttle to the airport was a very nice perk. The room was spacious and clean. Starbucks and a number of eateries are within walking distance. I plan to stay at the Sheraton again in the future whenever I am visiting my family there.

The check in process was easy enough and the staff was friendly. The property is an older hotel which explains the need for updating. The ballroom has beautiful chandeliers and they serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby area which was cool. The view from our room with a balcony overlooking the pool and nice pond would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t closed or off limits. Overall the stay was just ok.

The room was dirty. The room needed maintenance. The bathroom needed calking. The wall needed repair in multiple locations. The charging outlet was broken. The front entrance and patio were disgusting. We reserved a king room and they attempted to give us a full size bed.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, and smelled amazing! The staff was wonderful. I left my computer behind in the room. I called and the cleaning staff found it and I was able to go back and pick it up at the front desk. We would definitely stay again!

For the price we paid for our room,We got a ridiculously small room we got a room with two beds and there was hardly enough room to move around the bathtub was tiny. I did like our tiny balcony and the view and the fact that there is so much within walking distance. I asked for an extra blanket and it never came because the front desk girl was all alone. Also there is no free breakfast and even the cheapest of hotels have bagels and waffles so it’s ridiculous that they don’t offer that in my opinion. They will allow you to use the other hotels pool which is really nice and the front desks ladies were friendly enough. Sorry overall it’s really expensive for something that isn’t that great.

This is a nice hotel. Nice rooms, and a nice area to be in. I do have to be complaint, though: we stayed for one night, and check out the next morning was noon. Around 8:30 in the morning, we were getting knocks on our door. We were both still very asleep, so the knocks woke us up, and before I could do anything someone began to open the door and enter our room. We still had 3 and a half hours to stay in that room, and it was still early in the morning. There is no reason any worker should have been entering our room. Seems very sketchy to me, and makes me worry about what would have happened had I not woken up, or what would happen if we weren’t in our room at the moment..

The staff at the hotel is very unfriendly from the reception to cleaning staff. Upon arrival had to wait 5 mins smog someone to decide to ask what I need help with when she was not busy and on her personal phone. Did not explain anything asked for ID and to credit card however ever did not tell me how much the hold is. Gave me my key and that is it. Called the front desk to ask for more towels was told that they are by the front desk and I can come down and get some. There was trash all around the hotel the trash cans around the hotel were overflowing with trash. At check out again had to wait for someone to assist. I will definitely not say here again.

Went to Westport Social for NYE and this location was perfect. Asked for adjoining rooms and the hotel was very accommodating. Hotel room was clean and nice, but beds were on the smaller side. Elevator was also on the smaller side.

OK, place but a bit tired. The sheets and quilts were not high quality. Ended up buying some sheets myself. The AC didn't work properly -- kept going on and off randomly not in response to the thermostat. The room would go from too hot to too cold.

It would be okay to think that because this hotel is in Brentwood that this hotel would be upper class, but you would be wrong. You would also think A simple paint might Suffice. Nope…Sorry…this place needs a full year down and rebuild. Across the street there is a Hilton. Spend the day xtra cash. You will thank me later. A lot was wrong with this place, but what bothered me more than anything wasn’t the damp smell or the broken tv or the sofa that white unrecognizable stains all over it, but the door that was shared with the room next to ours. Most hotels have deleted said doors out of security vulnerabilities. Plus the door allows sound to be amplified. So yes we heard the TV next door as if it was in our room. All in all never again. We recommend you stay at a Hilton or a Drury Inn.

Other than having to FIGHT to get the room we paid for, our stay was fine. We ordered a King room and we walk into our room to find it is a double. I walked up to the front desk and asked for this to be fixed and was immediately dismissed. It was as if they didn't want to accommodate me because I had booked through Hotels.com. My husband then went to find a manager and demanded that we get what we paid for. Surprisingly, they had a king room available. The first front desk person just didn't want to make it happen.

When I first booked my room I was put in the wrong room had to lug all my things back to the front desk, then got a new room. After about four times I finally got into the room cuz I had to keep getting new key cards because the lady didn't know how to program them right. And same with the next day.
But the thing that takes the cake for me is the fact that I got stuck in their elevator because it got stuck in the elevator corridor for over an hour and a half to the point they had to call the firefighters to come and get me which I was stuck at what the thing said for floor 3 and in all reality I was between 4 and 5. I had multiple panic attacks and claustrophobic, not one person from that hotel asked if I was okay communicated with me or even offered to compensate for the issues. The call for help button in the elevator does not work so had I not had my cell phone with me which was almost dead so I could get a message to my boyfriend who was up in the room waiting I probably would have been stuck in there until somebody found me and had that elevator jolted anymore it probably would have fallen down the corridor.
When the firefighters got me out finally they expressed to me that this isn't the first time and they have to come to this hotel quite often because of this elevator my question is what if it was a child they wouldn't know what to do they would have freaked out just as I did and when I called to file a complaint through Expedia they basically brushed it off.

All in all it was an ok property. But is in desperate need of some love. There was paint, wall paper, popcorn Ceiling hanging or scratched off. Our bathroom was very unclean. The lady that check us in was rude and I asked her to speak up as their door was loud and she didn’t. She did not really tell us where our room was or a map to know whatever we need.

We had a nice, short stay at the Sheraton Westport Chalet. I think the room we were in was in an older part of the hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The lobby area and restaurant/bar seemed to be considerably newer. Breakfast was very good, and everyone on the staff that we encountered was polite and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and would certainly consider a return visit.

The hotel was great. Clean rooms and a friendly staff. Getting to the room was a little confusing; however, the trainee that worked with me didnt know she needed to explain that the ground floor is actually the 3rd floor. We figured it out. We were close to the pool so the hall was a little humid and smelled a little like chlorine but it was not unbearable. Great stay overall.

Hotel seemed unclean and elevator was either broken fully at times and 7-10min wait rest of the time. Stairwells lead do doors with no handles and fully blocked doors, not sure how they even pass the fire inspection! Fitness room is useless, nothing works and no climate control.

Beautiful hotel but not prepared for checkin
We were on our babymoon and had plans Saturday evening. Got there at 3pm and our room wasn't ready and they didnt have an estimated time when it would be ready. Had to cancel our reservations and find new restaurant that could accommodate our new timing and missed the beginning of our show. We were then charged for the room again when it was already paid for. Front desk said it was supposed to be charged to Expedia but they charged us instead, even though we paid a long time ago. Room was nice & hotel was beautiful. Just frustrating having to cancel plans because we couldnt get into our room.

We were running late for check-in so we called to let the front desk know. When we arrived, they knew exactly who we were, but they whispered back and forth and then told us to go to the other sheraton building. We got to the other building and had to wait 15 minutes for an employee. She said we were already checked in for a king room. I showed her my reservation for 2 full beds. She said they didn't have that room, but would bring a rollaway bed. We have 4 people. She said she would discount our room, but didn't. The elevator got stuck twice on our way up and the door wouldn’t open. 12th floor water pressure was so bad we could hardly brush our teeth. Our reservation clearly states Chalet, 2 double beds. They did not give us a room in Chalet and gave away all double beds so we had an uncomfortable stay.

I reserved a lake view room which was not communicated. Front desk took care of that. The room was ok. A bit dated. No pens or pencils in the room. Screen door to outside was broken. Restaurant had very limited choices. The Plaza itself is fairly empty of shops and restaurants.

Our first time traveling during the pandemic and I felt like the place was clean and safe. Employees and Guests wore masks and practiced social distancing.

We liked that the hotel is close to our house because we just wanted a little get away. We loved that our breakfast was included. It was a quality meal, not just a continental breakfast. We were disappointed by the noise from the room above us. The children were running and jumping until 11:30PM.

I have reserved a room thru Hotels.com specifically to stay at the Chalet hotel. When we got there, the place was closed and there was note on the door to call sister property. I understand the situation, however , a little notice would have been nice.
So we drove to the other hotel, and at the registration I was told that my prepaid booking was cancelled. It took almost ten minutes for them to sort it out.
The room was nice,except for the doors connecting to the adjoining rooms that made it feel as relaxing as a train compartment.
It all worked out in the end but I really had my heart set on the Chalet.

Comfy Stay
My boyfriend and I stayed for an overnight 'staycation' on a Saturday night. There were lots of things going on at the hotel but our room was quiet and peaceful. It is really cool having a small balcony to stand on at night. We ordered the breakfast room service and it arrived hot and on time. We got plenty of coffee and had all the condiments we could need. We will be planning for a longer stay in the future.
We had a club level room and I do recommend it. It comes with complimentary wifi and access to the club lounge. That is a small but nicely appointed room with free hor d'oeuvres in the evening and free breakfast in tbe morning. It gave us more options which we like.

The only thing I would complain about is they left a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and the covers on the bed did not seem clean. I don’t believe they wash their comforter. But other than that it was quite and the customer service was great.
