직원들도 친절하고 필요한 모든 물품이 다 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 방에 정수기가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 한국인 직원도 계셔서 인사도 나누고 좋았어요. 위치도 하우스텐보스 한가운데라 쉬다가 놀다가 최고였어요. 로비도 너무 멋지고 방도 매일 정리해주고 뭐 하나 빠지는 것 없이 거의 완벽에 가까운 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

ハーバービューの広いお部屋をご用意いただき、心地よい空間でゆったりと過ごせました。園内へのアクセス良好で、夏の週末に行われる夜の花火がお部屋から直接見れたのは感動でした。
接客も丁寧でアメニティも充実。朝夜に雰囲気の変わる景色も最高です。
また違う季節に泊まりたいです。

Very beautifully decorated hotel that was clean. The room was VERY spacious with nice beds and a large seating area. Bathroom was also very clean and spacious with a powder/sink room separate from the bath. Toilet also separate. We had a room with a view towards the harbor which was beautiful. Breakfast buffet could be combined with room cost, but we were also able to purchase separately. Luggage can be dropped off at the gate by the parking, you need park pass for your first day there, the day after your stay, hotel provides a pass. On the morning you leave, drop your luggage off in the lobby and a few hours later it will be ready for pickup near the gate again. This was very convenient. Being able to stay meant we could simply return to the hotel after the fountain lightshow (sometimes with fireworks) get to some busy attractions early the next morning as well with no lines! Breakfast buffet had a nice spread of Japanese and western offerings. Our entire group enjoyed the stay.

We couldn’t make up our mind if we should stay inside or just outside the park . So happy we did stay inside as it was so much fun to walk around . Enjoy the local restaurants and go back to the hotel . For the next day the hotel price included a day pass for the park which explains the difference in prices .

Comfortable, quiet hotel in theme park

Great amusement park. Not crowded. This is not the usual Disney type of theme park. Hotel within theme park. Nice huge room, comfortable. Breakfast was great too. It’s not crazily crowded like Disney

Twice at Huis ten Bosch hotels (Amsterdam and Nikko) we have been charged for a child's breakfast even though we booked for two adults and a child including breakfast.
No warning is given about this on Expedia or in the hotel's data on Expedia.
We have therefore given this hotel two stars.

In the middle of a fantasy

As the hotel is located deep inside an amusement park, staying there a few days felt like living in a dream. Though expensive, the room was well worth the money. A complimentary onsen entry was nice bonus.

Amsterdam Hotel ruin my husband's birthday

I booked this hotel for celebrating my husband's birthday, I reserved a sugarfree cake online, I also ask for wording on the cakes, the hotel representative promised and suggested me to book fruits as gift too, when I arrived, I only received fruits and with wording writing on \"Card\" instead of \"CAKE\", you really ruined my precious day with my husband, i was so depressed with your response, I was totally disappointed with Japanese in Amsterdam Hotel, will never come back!

1박에 58만원짜리 슈페리어룸에서 잤는데 아이들 조식이 포함되지 않았다고해서 당황스러웠다. 예약 할때도 분명 어른2명에 어린이2명을 조건으로 예약했고, breakfast for 4 라는 문구를 확인하고 했으나, 어른만 조식이 포함되었다고 호텔에서 주장해서 결국 58만원(6만엔) 외에 추가로 돈을 내었다. 호텔스닷컴에 예약 당시 캡쳐한 화면을 가지고 항의중이다. 물론 해당 캡쳐화면을 출력해 간것도 호텔에 보여줬는데 아니라고 만한다. 당시 조식 불포함 조건은 있어도, 조식2명만 포함된 조건은 아예 존재하지도 않았는데 왜 어른 2명만 포함되었다고 주장하는지 모르겠다.

高齢の親との旅行（2泊3日）で利用させていただきました。今回の旅行は雨予報だったので、荷物が予定よりかなり多くなってしまいましたが、スーツケースの荷物を広げられるくらいに広々としたお部屋でした。また、バスルームとパウダールームが別れていたり、ソファセットがあったり、滞在中部屋はゆったり寛ぐことができました。2日目の大雨の日には、タオルを多めに置いていただき、ありがとうございました。

朝霧に霞む街を散歩した。人のいない街を貸し切ったようだった園内にあるホテルだからこそ味わえる体験だと思う。ベルボーイ？スタッフの方へ花火の質問やアプリの使い方を質問をしたら自分のとっておきを教えてくれた笑顔が可愛いスタッフさんにまた会いに行こうと思う。朝、お散歩しようとフロントを通ったガタイの良いホテルマン、外人の多いホテルには安心感をもたらすな〜と思った。

部屋の大きなスタンドライトは点灯しませんでした。窓が開かないのにも関わらず換気ができないうえに暖房しか効かない。古さの不便さと老舗という事を履き違えられている気がします。場所の利便性から何の努力もされなくてもいつでも利用される方がいるからいいのでしょうけど。朝はチェックアウト時間よりかなり前に客室清掃に入られて、大きな声で話されていたりシーツなど清掃用の荷物が廊下幅の半分をしめていて、ここはビジネスホテルなのかと驚きました。色々なランクのホテルや旅館に宿泊しているので、お値段以下の対応に感じられました。場所以下いいところはなく、どうせなら安価のビジネスホテルにしていただいたほうが不満を持つ事もなく過ごせたと思います。残念です。

建物は歴史を感じるものの、

クリスマスシーズンでホテルの目の前から見える
ライトアップはきれいでした。
ホテルの部屋も広く、アメニティーLAURA ASHLEYは最高に良かったです。
予約してたレストランが混んでたのですが雨も降り出しホテルの中で順番待ちしてました。ホテルアムステルダムは中心にあるのでどこに行くのも便利でした。

たまたまイベント時期の切り替えタイミングでショーリハも観れて嬉しかったです。
ただ、ホテル内にコンビニのような売店がないので事前に購入しておかなければならなかったり、ランドリーがないのでハーバーエリアまで通行可能時間内に行かなければならないのが少し不便に感じました。それ以外は文句なし。
スタッフの方々の対応がとても温かく、心地良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
総合的にとても良かったのでリピート確定です！

Comfortable stay inside Huis Ten Bosch

On the day we arrived Huis Ten Bosch the weather was really bad. It was raining heavily with strong wind. It’s lucky that we stayed at the Amsterdam Hotel inside Huis Ten Bosch area. The room is very comfortable to stay at with abundant amenities provided. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant as well due to poor weather. The buffet food was suitable for kids. It’s really nice that the hotel offered one additional day of park entrance and also helped to send the luggage to the park exit.

案内が足りない

追加料金3000円で街側のお部屋にしてもらいましたが、大正解でした。部屋から広場が見える素晴らしいお部屋でした。しかし、大変残念な事に、プロジェクションマッピングが部屋から見える旨の案内が一切なく、プロジェクションマッピングがやっていることもよく知らなかったので、寒空の混み合う中でプロジェクションマッピングの最後の時間に偶然通りかかって見ただけでした。

初めから部屋から見れる事が分かっていたら部屋から見たのに…と残念でなりません。

もう少し丁寧に案内をして頂きたかったです。

ベッドは大きく、部屋はとても広くて最高の2日間を過ごせました。
一つ問題はお風呂の温度調節が固すぎて動かせずにフロントへ電話をしようとしたところ、電話も通話出来ずに仕方なくフロントへ行くはめに。
すぐに部屋へ来て修理をしてくれたため、その後は快適に過ごせました。
シャワーのヘッドがリファのヘッドだったので娘がとても喜んでました。
切り替えが出来るので、欲しくなりました。
ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思います。

立地がよく、閉園後ものんびり園内を楽しめるだけでなく、部屋も広く清潔で快適だった。

おむつ用ゴミ箱やベビーベッド、ベッドーガードなどがあるため、子連れで泊まりやすい。
お風呂も洗面台が室内にあるが、別に独立洗面台もあり、扉で区切られていたため寒さもなく入りやすかった。

事前の質問やオーダーなどにも丁寧に対応いただいて、老夫婦、幼児連れ、乳児連れ、妊婦の4家族で泊まらせてもらったが、全員快適に過ごすことができた。

ホテルはおおむね大満足でしたが、ハウステンボス温泉のシャワーの湯量がチョロチョロだったのとシャンプー、ボディシャンプーの泡立たなさは脱力レベルでした。
泡立たなかったからかえって何とか流せたくらいで、わざわざバスを待ってこれはない。部屋のシャワーの方が百倍快適でした。

また、クラブフロアでしたので、夕方のオードブルでお腹は満たされて、晩御飯はいりませんでした。
