First and foremost, this hotel is one of the few located in a theme park.

Like most hotels in Japan, they are tidy and clean and their staff are very courteous and helpful.

Hotel is old and dated, i think it's the oldest hotel out of the 6 i'ved stayed in during my trip to Fukuoka. However it was clean and very livable. Spacious as well!

Main issue that i didn't like was the parking. While it's free, it has one central car park that all hotel guests will park their car at. Then you will take the shuttle bus that arrives at designated time to pick you up and send you back. Kinda waste time in my opinion but to some it may be ok. So just stating this for your own knowledge.

The hotel is advertised as 4.5 star hotel and expected that level. In no way is that accurate. It is actually a 2.5 or 3 star hotel at most. The facilities were old or damaged and require an update. One wing of the hotel requires stairs to access the hotel to room. Only 1 elevator to the rooms. Room has small, combined bathroom with colors from 1990s. Outlets are very few, none next to the bed. Stains and burn hole in carpet. No restaurants open in hotel after breakfast. From afar, the hotel looks nice and on the water, but up close it really disappoints. .

The room quality was a 2 star at best. Severely stained carpets, cracks in the walls and ceiling. Dirty walls ans ceilings. Old furniture with chips in the wood. No robes. Thread bare sheets with holes in them. Substandard bed.

A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children.

This property was exceptionally clean, and staff offered an exceptional service. We loved this hotel very much, and as 2 wheelchair users enjoyed our stroll to the local train station to further our tour of this beautiful Country. The hotel offered a free courtesy bus for us on arrival and throughout our stay, which was fabulous. The hotel offered free his and hers pyjamas along with all the normal things. I would definitely rate this hotel as one of the best i have stayed at. The only thing that was an negative was the hard mattress on the bed, and we both commented on this, and i woke up with back ache. Overall a 9 out 10 for this hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay that we totally loved. ❤️

It's a gorgeous hotel within walking distance of all the little theme parks and palace. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was exactly how it looks in the pictures. We had an amazing time and are planning on coming back!

Excellent harbour view from the room, staffs were nice. But the bathroom was too old, the shower hose had seriously leakage. Need to pay attention if you want to book the room with breakfast for a family with kids. I had booked this hotel with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid (4 years old), but the hotel still charged me for 1 kid because the hotel said the package I booked through Expedia did not include kid's breakfast.

建った当時が偲ばれるクラシカルホテル

施設の老朽化は承知の上。
建物外観、家具の下がり取手、壁紙のデザインなど30年前にできた当時のクラシカルな雰囲気を味わえました。
朝食は噂通りで期待以上。
ホテルヨーロッパにも泊まりましたがパンケーキやすき焼き、スイーツなど朝食の多彩さはこちらが上です。

The hotel was very near the Huis Ten Bosch amusement park (though near the tail end) and the room assigned was facing the sea which was excellent had we managed to get up on time to catch the sunrise! The room was spacious and fit comfortably for a family of four with young kids.

Upon arrival at Hui Ten Bosch, we were slightly confused by the parking and it took a while to understand the instructions for the complimentary parking and luggage dropoff.

As we opted to have luggage delivered at the pick up near the parking lot after checkout, they do provide complimentary service just that it takes time (more than 2 hours) so we had to venture out to find other activities while we waited for our luggage

The cleaning staff is very hardworking and devoted, she has kept the room very tidy and clean, even my personal stuff, she put them neatly. The hotel staff are very nice. The whole environment is very comfortable, there’s a drug n cosmetic store nearby. Though the hotel was established many years ago, it is well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

it is on the far side of the the Huis ten bosch park so getting out of the hotel to parking and to the train is a little difficult. the area is scenic and quiet. The room was large but dark and the facilities were a little dated, which may be part of the charm

Peaceful, family friendly location overlooking the marina. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special to celebrate a birthday. There were also several thoughtful amenities for our child. The staff was incredible-professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was buffet style with traditional Japanese and Western cuisine options, as well as delicious local foods. Overall, a very accommodating hotel for families that are visiting Huis Ten Bosch.

Watermark is a dated hotel that has obviously seen better days. Having said that, it is still acceptable as a hotel. HOWEVER, please note that on site parking is NOT available. You need to park your car at a free carpark about 10mins drive away from the hotel and get the hotel’s bus to ferry you and your luggage to the hotel itself. We made the mistake of driving to the hotel directly only to be turned back. This is a highly inconvenient arrangement for families.

朝食ビュッフェに行きましたが、明太子やお魚類が魚臭く、これおいしい！というものも特になく、長崎ならではの物も少ないように感じ、残念でした。この味でこの値段かーって感じてしまいました。次の日のチケットがついていたり、アーリーパークインできたり、花火を目の前で見れたりなど、スタッフさんたちもスマートに対応してくれて、ここのホテルで良かったと思いました。
ホテルの説明に、洗面台でドライヤーを使ってくださいと表記がありましたが、浴室の洗面台にはコンセントはなく、少し混乱しました。

部屋のバスタオルに長い髪の毛が２本絡まっていたのが残念でした。1人1日目のパスポートを紛失してしまったのですが、領収書を見て２日目のパスポートを問題なく手配してくださり安心して滞在できました。フロントの方の説明も簡潔でわかりやすく好感がもてました。

ホテルは古いながらも清潔にしており比較的に静かな環境で良かったと思います。今回の宿泊は車椅子の者と同伴のため、荷物(キャリー2つ)を持っての移動は本当に不安でした。到着時には直ぐに【宿泊者専用の駐車場】がわからず、何度も人にたずねるカタチになってしまい同伴者を疲れさせてしまいました(反省)

ただチェックイン時、送迎バスから降りる時に車椅子を支える私の背中を何も言わずにソッと押し支えてくれてたスタッフ(異国の方)の大きな手が、それまでの不安な気持ちを穏やかにしてくれました。

ホテルマンなら来客の荷物を運ぶことも、笑顔で対応することも接客業として当たり前の行動かと思います。当たり前の事に感謝を忘れそうになる事や、他人から体に触れる事をセクハラだと言う時代ですが､､そんな中でも黙って背中を支えてくれたスタッフさんの大きな掌がとても心地よかったです。

終始ポーカーフェイスの方（スタッフ）でしたが、その方のおかげて不安だった宿泊も最後まで笑顔で過ごせた気がします。本当に有難うございました。

チェックイン→少し待ちましたがスタッフの方の対応がとてもよく、スムーズにチェックインすることができました。
エレベーターもスムーズ◎

お部屋→掃除が行き届いている印象。お風呂とトイレ、洗面台が予想外の広さで大満足！大人2人、子供3人でベッド4台利用。
花火がよく見えるお部屋でした◎
スタッフの方から泊まる部屋は花火が良く見えますよ。と教えていただき、お部屋で見ることにしました。
窓も曇る事もなく、見上げることもなく、窓越しで、家族5人で、寒さを感じることなく、暖かい部屋で大迫力の花火を堪能することができ、大満足でした(^^)

夕食、朝食→園内でたくさん食べたし、近くにはココカラファインがあり、小腹空いた時用にお菓子など買えたのでホテル内の食事施設は利用していません。

初めてハウステンボスに行きました。10時から15時まで園で過ごし、15時にチェックインして、2時間ほど休んでから、また夕方から園で過ごすことができ良かったです。お風呂も部屋も広く、ゆったりと過ごせました。
残念だったのは、トイレの便座は温まる機能がなかったです。

スタッフの対応が大変素晴らしかったです。
ハウステンボス入り口とほぼ反対側に位置してますがシャトルバスがあるので問題なく移動できます。お部屋は年数が経っているので古い感じはしますがとても綺麗に整えていることがわかるので過ごしやすかったです。

付近にコンビニ無し。食事所も少ない。ホテル客室内の調度品は全て古い、かつコーヒーカップも前の人が飲んだと思われる残りのシミが、残っており手で洗うと取れるので洗い方が不十分。館内のバスの時刻表も適当、かつ温泉無料とあるが結局は入湯税150円取られた。ハーバービューの部屋からの海からの朝日は綺麗。喫煙室は外にあり、蚊もいるので注意。

異国情緒たっぷりでとてもお洒落な部屋でした！
掃除も行き届いていてよかったです。深夜割り箸が必要になりましたが、快く部屋まで持ってきてくださいました。バスタブが大きくお湯をためてゆっくり入ることができました。
ただ、トイレの便座が“あったか便座”でなかったのが残念。使い捨てのシートでもあればなぁ、と思いました。
