This is a great place to stay in Prescott and I will definitely be staying next time. The staff was wonderful and attentive to my needs during a very tragic time for my family. I really appreciate that. The grounds are beautiful, rooms well kept and the breakfast is really great. Go stay you will love it here!!

We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted.
The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat.
For $250 a night, the overall experience was very underwhelming, and unfortunately, it’s not a place we would return to.

They were terribly understaffed so the space was poorly kept. They also lead with a picture of the pool, which we were excited to use, but it's closed for the season. This was a huge disappointment.

Beautiful grounds and perfect location! Across the street from Trader Joe’s and 5 minutes to pretty much anything you would need. Very quiet and peaceful. Great friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms with balcony. Will return again! They also have toiletries at front desk if you forget your toothbrush and also have a laundry room.

We were in the rear of the building, and had to walk down a very long hallway just to get to an exit door, and either go out and around the front of the building, or go down a flight of stairs. Then the 'designated dog area' outside was around to the side of the hotel property, which required another walk to get to where the dogs were allowed to relieve themselves. This situation was very disappointing, and made the stay more stressful than relaxing.

Check in was a nightmare! This hotel is a joke- my husband has a seizure disorder so we have a small, fully trained service dog. We travel extensively and have NEVER encountered a hotel like this one before. If you have dogs avoid this place like the plague. They will make you fill out long forms, put you in a special “ dog section” which backs to a busy- noisy highway. Our room smelled like dog poo and pee. Horrific experience. Do not stay here!!!

This is a very nice hotel. We have been on the road for a month. We have stayed in a variety of places. The grand room in the lobby was awesome. The rooms have balconies and as a result open windows and a door. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and was served hot. Some places do not. I am glad we found this place. One of the best we have stayed at in this price range.

A bit dated in some areas, but the service, charm and fabulous breakfast buffet makes up for that! It's locally owned so they don't have the big corporate money to update everything at all times. But, the charm and the care that is put into this hotel is clearly there. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I would 100% stay here again.

We saw lot of dogs around, did not realize dogs friendly means we get to dine & meet lot of dogs all over the place, some owners did not manage them properly, so felt bit uncomfortable around them, so going forward we decided not to pick any dogs friendly hotels due to those reason. The rooms are outdated and not even close to the price we paid. The walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors coughing the whole night. On the other side of us, we could hear our neighbors doing their business in the restroom! The pipes crack and creak every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. There were people above us with children who kept running around. Oh and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Pretty much a terrible experience! Definitely feel like we got ripped off.

I had to sleep in the middle of the bed as the mattress needs to be flipped. Worn-out from to many bodies sleeping on the two sides, also I could smell the pillows. Linens were fresh but bed and pillows were as old as the hotel. I would stay there again.
