First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer!

The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening to cool down a bit. But in this hotel and obviously some in this chain (as we later learned), the light at midnight is automatically lit on the balcony. And this light can't be shut down, so we couldn't turn it off and burned all night? This is crazy. I don't know who in the hotel management has invented such a foolish rule that the lights light up on the balconies at night and thus disturb the guests of hotels who sleep in the rooms? Even the floor in the room, covered with carpet, adding to higher temperatures.

Great location. Lovely pool facilities. Stairs and ramps between parking and rooms makes baggage handling difficult. Air conditioning does not seem to handle temperature too well. Buffet meals pleasant but fairly basic and quite busy.

Lovely family hotel located on the main promenade and beach in Portorož. Friendly front desk. Nice and clean rooms. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet. Kids loved indoor pool! Everything was perfect for our extended weekend stay!

My husband and I are not overly fussy about where we stay; we love to camp or stay in mountain huts, but when it comes to a cleanliness, we do expect a clean room in a hotel. So this place is definitely in need of some updating as it has dents, dings, general shabbiness, but that is not the part that made us uncomfortable, because that’s just all cosmetic. There was grime and splatters of miscellaneous crud all around the wall by the waste basket-a mess that was obvious to the naked eye and clearly able to be easily addressed by housekeeping, if they bothered. When you see that, then all the other oversights pop up-squished little bugs on walls, hairs on the sink, and a definite need to do a more thorough cleaning. Yes, the front office staff were cordial enough, but this is the last thing we wanted to see in our room when you checkin late at night. If it seemed like the kind of place where they just had a housekeeping snafu, then we would have requested a different room, but based on the common areas, I think this might be a more widespread issue. The hotel is centrally located, so that was convenient .

Asked for room with balcony. Paid more to get a decent room. Got a room in the ground floor . So balcony was misleading. Badge-in didn't work and eventually had to be replaced.
Hotel is a bit tired.

I would not recommend this hotel at this price.

Worth to stay!

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Staff is friendly, and all of them are multi-language.

Room is quite new, only 3 problem:
1. They don't cleaning anything during a week, just changeing the towels, emptying the garbage bins, and do the bed.
After a few days we have had some dirt on the floor. Overall we shared our room with 2 spiders in the upper corners...
2. For 2 person they just push together 2 beds, we haven't got a king size bed.
3. No frigerator.

Food is delicious, you should take half board at least!! After 4-5 days the breakfast is a little bit boring, but tasty and fresh!!
The dinner is variable, they always took fish. Everything is absolute fresh (foods, salads, others)! Great cakes!

They have an outdoor pool near to the hotel, it's great and free!

They have rental bikes for free, but only 3 (!!!) bikes are available!!?? Bad decision..

Parking is 14 EUR for a day, it's not cheap, but you can't find cheaper nearby.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday during our stay, and the staff put a surprise cake into our room, meanwhile we went to the beach!!! Awesome!!! :D

They have some small things, but overall are absolute worth to stay!! Thanks!!!!

Fantastic stay in Portoroz

Wife and I took a run around through Slovenia and Portoroz is definitely the highlite. The city is big enough to walk around and relax, it has beaches (concrete, rocks, sandy*) and wonderfull views. We were in Piran day before Portoroz and were overwhelmed to see Portoroz as I would say Piran cannot compare. The staff was wonderfull, we came a bit early to check-in and our room was not ready and they set us up in the lounge and we took the parking pass (take it from the hotel as then parking is 5e per night with as many in/out as you want instead of 10e if you just come and park). We had half-board and dinner had great choice of fish and meat and assorter salads. The room was clean and nicely designed. Hotel is 100-200m away from the beach just across the street. Great service would definitely come back! Internet in the room is 2e per night and free in the lounge and bar. The drinks at dinner are offered by staff but they are payed.

The overall look of the hotel (lobby and common areas) is clean and good. However, the cleanliness of the room was not very great. The room was also quite basic with several marks of wear and tear. It did the job and we did not have any actual problems but a cleaner room would have improved our stay.

The pool was lovely and one of the highlights of the stay. It was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel.

Breakfast was good with many options. I would have personally wished for more cereal, muesli and granola options as well as fruit options. It was quite busy during breakfast with many people, but still ok.

We also liked the indoor pool. It was very quiet there and thus it offered a nice place to swim around and relax. There is even a nice Finnish sauna which we used even though it was 30c outside.

Partendo dal presupposto che le recensioni sono sempre soggettive ,girando parecchio di questa esperienza posso dire : all'arrivo personale disponibile e gentile, purtroppo la struttura nn ha un parcheggio e bisogna parcheggiare o in strada o in un parcheggio vicino al costo di 20 euro giornalieri..per quanto riguarda la camera ho trovato un asciugamano sporco e bagnato dietro alla porta del bagno e tt sommato pulizia scadente ....la colazione quasi esclusivamente salata ma evidentemente le preferenze saranno queste mm discuto . La strutture comunque in ottima posizione ,posso dire che nn sono stata soddisfatta appieno .

Zimmer- und Restauranteinrichtung billigst. Stiegenaufgänge schmutzig.
700,- Euro für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück (2 Personen) !!!
Wir werden sicher nicht mehr über diese Buchungsplattform buchen.
Doch auch etwas Positives:
Der Außenpool war sauber und schön.

Bonne localisation, mais cher par rapport au niveau de service fourni.
La piscine est sympa, mais nécessite de traverser la rue et pas toujours assez d'ombre pour tout le monde.
Le petit dej est vraiment cheap et très décevant, en plus dans une atmosphère très bruyante.
La clim est très bruyante, pas réglable, et la seule manière de l'arrêter est de garder la porte du balcon ouverte (confirmé par le réceptionniste qui ne semblait pas choqué)

We had a very nice stay. The rooms very nice and quiet and we had a big balcony.
The service was brilliant as we needed one day to leave the hotel before breakfast and the hotel provided us huge picnic boxes to take with us.
The shower cabin was very small.

Dejligt hotel nær stranden i Portoros. Rent og pænt. Venligst og professionelt personale. Morgenmaden er perfekt, hvis man kan undvære juice. Aftenbuffeten lever ikke op til den øvrige standard og i forhold til prisen. Prisen for at have hund med (kr. 150,- pr. døgn) ligger langt over, hvad andre hoteller tager.

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, auch die Anlage um den Aussenpool könnte eine Grundreinigung brauchen. Fast alle Sonnenschirme kaputt. Kein Zugang zum Meer. Beim Frühstück null Auswahl. Der Kaffee schmeckt wie gefärbtes Wasser also nach nix. Das Personal kommt mit abräumen nicht nach die Gäste warten auf freie Tische.... Auch der Speisesaal sollte mal wieder ordentlich geputzt werden. Flecken auf der Eckbank und auf den Tischsets. Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber.... Aber wenigstens das Personal freundlich.

Albergo tutto sporco in generale, colazione pessima (persino il caffè puzzava)...pavimenti in sala colazione appiccicosi...la camera in due notti non l’hanno mai rifatta...mancava il sapone in bagno! Check out 1h 20min in piedi in fila pieno di gente che attendeva per poter pagare e andare via! Il costo della camera era comunque 150€ a notte...e non si può pagare questo importo per un albergo così scadente e mal organizzato e soprattutto quasi al limite in termine di pulizia! Mai più!

Hotel comodo con possibilità di parcheggiare lungo i viali. La piscina è usufruibile solo dalle 10 am alle 18 pm (quando si lavora). strano: negli altri hotel si può usare la mattina presto fin dalle 6 am e la sera tardi fino alle 22 pm. la colazione a buffet è veramente scarsa per qualità. il check-in è molto veloce, cordiale e simpatico. l'hotel andrebbe ristrutturato anche se è sufficientemente pulito. il prezzo per il pernottamento è veramente troppo costoso per la qualità offerta.

Останавливались в отеле на 10 ночей, все в целом хорошо, в номерах чисто, кухня вкусная и разнообразная. Но на сайте нигде не написано, что туристический сбор не включен в стоимость номера. И девочки на ресепшен не предупредили заранее, а это 50 евро за двоих за 10 ночей. Рассчитались в момент отъезда , это неправильная постановка вопроса. А если бы истратили все деньги , что тогда? Скандал? На сайте при бронировании эта информация должна быть, иначе это мошенничество, так как цена за отель уже другая получается

Hôtel bien rénové, très bien situé, à l' extérieur du centre ville, donc plus calme, entouré de végétation abondante appréciée.Chambres calmes, bien climatisées.
Il permet l'entrée gratuite à la piscine extérieure située en face, en bordure de la mer.Cette piscine bien rénovée est remarquable de propreté et de confort.Un petit bassin est apprécié par les familles.

Il serait conseillé d'indiquer que l'entrée est gratuite pour les clients de L'hôtel.
Concernant la restauration, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et bien varié. Pour la demi-pension en revanche, il serait souhaitable de renouveler l'offre d'un jour à l'autre; en effet les desserts et les entrées manquent de diversité.
Une remarque très importante signalée par plusieurs clients sur la terrasse extérieure: il serait vivement conseillé d'interdire les cigarettes sur cette terrasse .La fumée constitue une gêne car la terrasse est couverte; un cendrier est posé systématiquement sur chaque table !C'est bien dommage.
Autre remarque: le café du matin est vraiment décevant; les responsables de l'hôtel doivent absolument changer sa qualité.Client depuis une trentaine d'années j'ai connu nettement mieux.
Les distributeurs de boissons chaudes sont très mal situés, ils génèrent une gêne importante et ralentissent le service.

Flott hotell og fine rom. Grei seng men litt dårlig puter. Stort pluss at de låner bort sykler gratis. Mye barnefamilier så ikke best egnet for ungdommer og eldre, men langt fra noe problem.
Mange muligheter for aktive på og i nærheten av hotellet.
Mest fornøyd med servicen og frokosten!

Prisvärt hotell med en del förbättringspotential

Helt ok familjerum men soffan hård och framför allt luktade det mycket mögel i badrummet. Frukosten ok, middagen så där men totalt sett enligt förväntningarna för ett 3-stjärnigt hotell och till det relativt låga priset (frukost och middag inkluderat). Bra läge för utflykter och stort fint poolområde (dock på andra sidan gatan!).

Einfach, sauber und für kurzen Urlaub ausreichend

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage und ist in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, es gibt sogar lactosefreie Milch. Zum Abendessen kann man nur sagen, sehr einfach gehalten und wenig Auswahl, jedoch geschmacklich gut. Der Meerwasserpool befindet sich im Innenbereich mit Sonnenterrasse. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, da es für uns vollkommen ausreichend war. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden sofort ausgeführt.

Das Personal ist super nett bis auf den \"Chef\" im Anzug und Bart, ein arrogantes A...., das die Mitarbeiter behandelt wie Dreck. Das mit den Parkplätzen ist auch ziemlich nervig und sehr teuer. Ein Tipp, 300 Meter weiter unten auf der rechten Seite neben dem kleinen Mercator ist das Parken frei. Zimmer sind ok und das Essen ist sehr toll. Es gab jeden Tag was anderes und geschmacklich war es auch sehr gut.

Komfortables Hotel mitten im Geschehen

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Portoroz. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel komfortabel und sauber. Freundliches, z.T. etwas übermüdetes Personal. Rezeptionistinnen mehrsprachig und professionell!
Hallenbad ist eine Wucht! Riesig und sauber, schöne Liegeplätze im Garten mit schönem Baumbestand.

Hotel je uredan, cist ..osoblje ljubazno i veoma sposobno.
Ima ih malo na pun hotel...ali su jako dobri.
4. Je zbog slabog izbora hrane na svedskom stolu, i masaze bi mogle bit malo bolje, .Imali smo Svedsku masazu koja je bila vise opustajuca.
Ali sve u svemu, dobar hotel,dobra lokacija, blizu centra.
