A nice hotel and property, but parking was a mess. You need to park your car about 10 minutes away. They do offer a shuttle, but the public lot is 9 floors and very hectic. It also costs 21 euros per night. The location is good, a nice walk to the main city center that takes about 15 minutes along the water. The breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here again, my only issue was the parking situation. Staff was great!

A great option for a tranquil retreat. The room was spacious, squeaky clean and recently renovated.
The balcony chairs in my room could use some love, but let’s be honest, with the beach right by the hotel, who needs the chairs for anything other than letting the swimsuits dry out.

The Furniture ist like in a Hardware Store, cheap and worn out. The Bathroom ist old and moldy. They are also many Spider Web in the room and a minibar stand like a vacuum cleaner under the table. Cleanliness is generally terrible. For a daily rqate over 250,00 Euro you can better stay in a Hilton Hotel. Additionally you must pay 21,- Euros für Parkin per day, but not suffiecient Places are on the Hotel Area. We think the Hotel will only make money we the direktly view to teh beach. Please note also, that the sun loungers costs 30,- Euros per day. Our meaning: Rip off. Dont stay in this old Hotel.

Staff were really helpful and the hotel was right on the coast. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t walk into the city, but we were able to arrange pick up and drop off with the hotel shuttle bus. Loved Piran!

Nice few days!

The staff were so lovely throughout the trip. Sebastian always gave us tips and Lara was very helpful throughout. We enjoyed the stay, and did lots of hike’s around the surrounding area. They even let us shower in the afternoon after check out.

Funky hotel by the seaside.

A perfect place to stay for a relaxed stay by the Slovenian seaside - just outside the gorgeous town of Piran. A bit funky, clean and easy place to stay, nice breakfast, terrific restaurant if you aren’t eating in town and the staff couldn’t be more helpful with travel advice and arrangements. Particular thanks to Marino- he just made things easy for us - polite, courteous and flexible 😁. Short, easy, safe walk around the seafront to the village. Loved it!

Hotel experience was good. Staff always helpful and attentive. Only negative was the beach experience. There are sun loungers reserved for hotel guests but the area itself is open to the public and is not supervised by the hotel staff, so it’s very much ‘every man for himself’. I thought I had managed my expectations before arrival but they quickly dropped even lower once I arrived.

The hotel is extremely dated and tired. I didn’t understand the style and decor the hotel was trying to achieve and it all seemed a little bizarre. Very overpriced in my opinion.

Parking is a nightmare! One of the reasons we chose the location was to avoid stressful and expensive parking in the centre of Piran but it was not to be.

We had a sea view room at first floor with no balcony. The room was an ok size but pretty sparse. The bathroom was pretty basic but everything worked.

We were invited to have welcome drinks in the hotel bar on arrival. My advice is don’t bother as they are not worth it. Instead when we went to purchase drinks we were advised they had no local beer and offered an imported beer only. I had a mojito cocktail which was average. Needless to say we didn’t venture here again during our two night stay.

The location is exactly as expected and a short 15/20 minute walk along the coast into the centre of Piran.

Breakfast buffet was nothing to get out of bed for. Very average and we skipped on our 2nd morning.

The female staff on reception were super helpful throughout our stay especially one woman (her name began with an Nj?) She helped us arrange a visit to a winery and was very patient when answering and following up all our questions. They seemed to do the role of receptionist, valet and bell person all between two people.

Great beach option for Piran

A bit far of a walk from town (Piran) but once you realize there is a great beach bar/restaurant next door it adds some options. Room had A/C that worked well. Very important. Breakfast was adequate. Overall a pleasant stay.

Major Overhaul Needed

The hotel could do with a hefty refurbishment - the bedding is old, the shower is dirty, the wifi didn't work (in my room), there were no lights in the corridor until you pressed a switch (not even any fire exit lights?!) and the pool (salt water FYI) and sauna were tired.

Having said all that, the service was friendly and the food was a real surprise - professionally made and presented.

Enough to make me go back and stay again? Naaahhh…

The hotel is fine and located in a great location by the sea. Our only criticism concerns the price and the breakfast. Considering the size of the room and the number of broken things in the room we find that the rate is exaggerated. One of the blinds didn't work/was broken, the curtain was dangling on one side so we could not darken the room enough to sleep,the bathroom had to be flushed three or four times to be totally emptied (even after someone came to \"repair\" it...). The breakfast was rather appalling, nothing fresh, bad coffee from a machine designed for huge tour groups). Except for one individual at the reception who never looked us in the eye, the staff was rather friendly, especially Larisa who gave us outstanding service.

Great sea side hotel

We where very pleased with this hotel, planted right along the coast away from the larger tourist towns. Very nice room and restaurant. Outside chairs and umbrellas along with a bistro bar! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with local sites to visit. Piran 10 min walk along coast on stone path. Very quiet and relaxing, not too big of a hotel to be \"crowded\".

Small room but great location

The room was quite small and like most of our accomodations in Slovenia there was no option for a Queen size bed, only two twins that could be pushed together. But the property was quite nice, on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic and a small pond. There was a rocky terrace that provided access for swimming and a coastal path allowed guests to walk to the historic parts of Piran in 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was definitely a good value.

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, con 20 minuti di passeggiata arrivi nel centro di Pirano (occhio che al ritorno di sera il percorso non è illuminato) e l'accesso diretto al mare. Il parcheggio costa 21 euro al giorno ma non ci sono alternative a meno che non vogliate tornare indietro su una strada molto ripida a senso di marcia alternato...
L'arredamento dell'hotel necessita di un netto ammodernamento, ma siamo stati solo una notte quindi non ci è pesato.
Un ultima avvertenza per gli ospiti: sul desk della reception c'è la pubblicità \"dalle 16 alle 18 se ordini un cocktail, il secondo è gratis\" senza specificare da nessuna parte che quello gratis non è a tua scelta ma esiste il cocktail gratis del giorno che è scritto su uno specchio in un'altra stanza.... quindi praticamente invisibile!!! Quindi non fate il mio errore e non cascateci, ma chiedete precisamente le condizioni dell'offerta.

Underbart läge och bra service

Fantastisk service. Läget är underbart precis vid havet. Då det ligger 1 km ifrån Piran passade det oss perfekt, då man på dagarna kunde bada mer avskilt, och sen på kvällarna promenera till Piran för att gå på restauranger och trängas med de andra turisterna.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais c'était très bien.
Déjà l'emplacement de l'hôtel surprend un peu : on a l'impression d'être dans un tout petit quartier de la ville de Piran (avec quelques établissements hôteliers, des restaurants, des parkings et une plage) que l'on relie à pied le long de la mer.
Faites attention en arrivant en voiture, il y a 2 chemins. Si vous suivez Google Maps, il vous emmènera par un chemin très étroit avec voie sans issue annoncée alors qu'il y a bien une issue bien + large de l'autre côté.

Le fait que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le prix de la chambre est très pratique. Celui-ci est d'ailleurs très bien et varié.

Petit bémol : le fait qu'on ait eu une chambre avec porte communicante, ce qui fait qu'on entendait très bien ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine.

Ankomsten gik rigtig godt med kanon service for en med handicap, værelset var meget lille af prisen og altanen lige så, aftenmenuen var ikke med det store udvalg og slet ikke hvis man ikke var til pasta eller fiskeretter, samtidig kom der mayonnaise på bordet der var langt over sin udløbsdato og den ene af de kvindelige tjenere glemte flere gange det vi bestilte, så skuffende når man betaler mange penge for flere luksus overnatninger

El hotel se encuentra apartado de la ciudad y junto al mar. Ideal para bañarse y descansar. En poco más de 1 km se puede llegar andando hasta Piran por un sendero que recorre la costa, aunque por la noche no está iluminado. Los alrededores se llenan de bañistas todo el día, por lo que no es fácil aparcar, aunque hay un parking de pago 24h junto al lago cercano. El edificio podría beneficiarse de una reforma en algunos aspectos y el desayuno es mejorable, pero por su ubicación y características nos resultó práctico para esa etapa de nuestro viaje.

Hotel in great location, quiet, a bit outside of Piran, but connected by a lovely path along the coast. Beach and sea access at hotel are perfect, however it’s not clear if beach is public or hotel property. Nevertheless, great. Breakfast on the terrace with sea view was really nice. Parking at hotel was handy, since most hotels in Piran don’t offer parking nearby. The decor of the hotel is parts really cool and fun, parts not sure what’s happening. But you come here for the sea views, right?

Good location but no swimming pool as offered

Our double room was nice and clean.
Location of the hotel is good, in a walking distance from the city centre (15 minutes along seaside or across city).
Breakfast was rich and tasty.
We booked this hotel as a swimming pool was offered on Hotels.com websites. However the hotel does not have the swimming pool anymore (for more than 7 years!). We were disappointed a lot.
Some members of the staff (especially in the reception) were kind and helpful. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about staff members in the beach bar.
Extra fees are paid for sunbed and beach umbrella. We were told that we had to pay even for beach showers which we did not understand…
Parking is available at the price of 9,50 EUR per night.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sich durchgehend willkommen gefühlt. Die Innenausstattung des Hotels hatte einen besonderen Charme und originelle und kreative Highlights. Frühstück war gut, mir hat persönlich nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber dafür einladend, sehr sauber und hatte einen schönen Meerblick. Als drei Sterne Hotel hat es meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder, wenn wir nach Piran kommen

Einerseits die schöne Bucht, der supernette kleine Naherholungs-Park mit Eisdiele und Biergarten nebenan, der Spazierweg nach Piran,und jedes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Meer. Andererseits der Jugendherbergs-Charme der gekachelten Flure, die schwierige Parkplatz Situation, die mE übertriebenen Corona-Vorschriften und der doch sehr hohe Übernachtungspreis.

Unspectacular but adequate stay just outside Piran

The hotel is a little dated and, at least in winter, mostly frequented by elderly couples. The staff were friendly and the rooms were standard but adequate. The hotel is a pleasant 15-minute walk away from the old town of Piran, but the hotel provides an excellent free shuttle service. The breakfast was subpar; many of the items looked past their prime.

Mysigt hotell med serviceminded personal!

Vi är tre tjejkompisar som ville komma iväg till ett lugnt och trevligt ställe i lågsäsong för att umgås och varva ned, äta god mat och dricka gott. Detta ställe överträffade våra förväntningar och extra plus i kanten till personalen som är otroligt serviceminded och trevliga!
Endast en kvart att gå till mysiga gamla stan Piran, dock inga lampor på kvällen så mörkt att gå efter solnedgång, då får man nog ta taxi istället tillbaka.
