Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. They do a thorough cleaning only every 3 days but will drop off clean towels daily. This suited me since I could spread out without having to worry about staff coming in. Location is tremy convenient especially to Itami airport only a 10minut monorail ride away. Not my first time staying there

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to train, bus, and monorail (direct line to Itami Airport). While the building is a little older, everything is clean and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at the hotel.

I got a reasonable price for this hotel. It's located nearby the expo park. The hotel itself is dated as the building in cold war era. The aisle to the room is smelly, but not inside the room, though it's a bit dusty. You can park a car go directly to the room floor but the same lift.

great place to stay

we love this hotel because its old style and classic.
everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is.
rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms.
i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel.

This was my first time to stay at Senri Hankyu. Due to unforeseen circumstances we checked in at midnight. Still, we received very considerate service and a nice room. While it is an older property, it is well maintained and in this way retains its grace and a nice atmosphere. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, a good choice for us marked by courteous service.

Great stay close to the Subway line.

I visited the Osaka area to visit a friend along with my two kids, who are in their 20s. The hotel room was simple, but had three individual twin beds (not an \"extra bed\") and the TV was good and it is close to the station. Buffet breakfast was good. A simple hotel but clean and convenient.

a big room for a very reasonable price!

The hotel was everything I expected from a Japanese hotel: extremely clean with an outstanding customer service. What I did not expect is that the reasonably priced room that I booked was actually pretty big! There was even a round coffee table with two soft armchairs around it. The area is great too, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is easy to find and the area is easily accessibly by subway.

At the hub of transportation to Shin Osaka, Itami airport and the two campuses of Handai, buses, mono rail, subway and taxies. Shopping mall with lot of eateries for a quick bite to gourmet meals. Friendly staff and quiet place in the middle of hustle bustle.

The front desk staff were not very flexible. We weren't allowed to check-in until the very dot of 2pm. My friend and I were allocated rooms in different buildings even though we explained that we needed to work together and it would be easier if the rooms were in the same building. The poor girl moving the luggage upstairs could hardly get the trolley in the lift and we ended up helping her unload it all. The hotel is rather charmless and dated, although we enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Convenient to the monorail to Itami airport.

We needed a hotel that was reasonably close to the airport for an early flight out of Itami airport. There are several \"love\" hotels in that area, which we weren't interested in. The Senri Hankyu is just steps from the Senri - Chou stop of the monorail. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but there was a slight language barrier, although they certainly did their best. The hotel sits on the edge of a gigantic mall, so meals and almost anything else are just across the street.

The hotel itself shows some signs of wear and tear, it didn't appear that the pool had been cleaned in a while (as an example) but given that it snowed the afternoon we checked in, this obviously wasn't an amenity we were interested in! The rooms are fairly spacious for Japan, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Good location close to subway and monorail. Nice enough but the single room was tiny by European standards. And bathroom was a bit tired. Main issue was price of drinks etc in lounge bar. 900 yen for a beer. 700 yen for a small bowl of nuts (us and European hotels normally give these for free!!!). Also would benefit from having a gym or fitness room. Breakfast was pretty good

Local hotel in Senri-Chuo

Large hotel in the heart of Senri-Chuo, next to the metro station and monorail station. The hotel is large and mainly caters for wedding functions. If you get a room with a window facing the pool, be aware of the noise when a party is being held. The hotel and rooms were pretty old but comfortable enough.

Hotels.com stressed that there were no hotels left, so we chose this one. Overall it's a good hotel but extremely far from KIX. Didn't even know that Osaka International Airport existed, let alone was close to this hotel.

This meant that all of our travel on the subway was extremely expensive, (you have to buy a separate ticket for Hankyu lines and JR lines) a huge minus for us.

The food and service and facilities were all great otherwise, aside from a short bathroom doorway. As I'm 183cm, I rapped my head a good one.

Easy access to Osaka Itami

Senri Hankyu is a typical Japanese hotel: starchy but immaculate. If you're used to Western 5-star comfort, it will seem uptight and the amenities weird, but it has everything you need if you can get beyond the plastic bathroom, the lack of English-language cable TV and that sort of thing. Senri Hankyu stands out for its proximity to the monorail Osaka's domestic airport, making it a great stopover if you're connecting.

伊丹空港に近い良い立地だと思います。

部屋の掃除は行き届いているのですが、古いホテルなので、客室のリノベーションが必要です。絨毯が古くて気持ち悪い感じがします。壁紙が何箇所も傷があり、剥がれている箇所があります。

シンポジウム参加のため、利用させて頂きました。事前の荷物の預かりなど、対応はきちんとしていました。若干施設が古いところはありますが、夜寝るだけなら特に問題無かったです。シャワーの水量が多かった部分は良かったです。

我慢して寝ようと努力したがまったく眠ることが出来ず次の日は体調を崩し寝不足のせいで運転も上手くいかず散々だった

Staff was very friendly, but cleanliness is sub-par. West wing buildings have black mold in the AC in multiple rooms. Bad for health, especially for people with asthma. Staff offered to clean the duct only (and failed to do so), they did not see a problem with the black mold in the AC, making me sceptic about their understanding of cleanliness. We were offered multiple other rooms on the same floor, they all had black mold in the AC

イベントの前乗りで宿泊させてもらってのですが、イベントにキャリーケースを持ち込めないので、駅にコインロッカーがあるか訪ねたところ、ホテルの方で荷物を預かってくれました。凄くスタッフの方の対応も良く気持ちよく過ごせました。
