Our taxi had a little hard time finding the hotel and when we arrived he used a Translator app to ask is \"Is this a Love Hotel?\". Apparently that part escaped us when booking. That said, the value of the room for the price was amazing. The room was huge with a big jetted tub, slot machine, massage chair, and tons of amenities. All for like $65 a night. If you can overlook the love hotel part, it is very convenient to the airport and the room offered so much. There weren't restaurants or anything around the hotel so not sure I would recommend for an extended stay, but for overnight before a flight it was more than worth it.

This is an adult hotel however kids are allowed. We stayed here for 1 night and the room was huge with massage chair, arcade game, karaoke and a huge bathtub and lots of amenities with curling and flat iron. They have a room service for our breakfast as well which was cool and on time.. we would stay here again if we are around Osaka and near the ITM airport

It was not obvious that it was a “love hotel”. I got in late from Chicago with three big suitcases. No one helped me in, she watched me struggle. Then I got to the room, which was very clean, but had very kinky stuff in it. I was not expecting that.

It was a hooker motel. In place of an electrical socket near the bed, there were “toys” and their accessories hard-wired. No shower, only a whirlpool that I wouldn’t have dreamed of getting in. Filthy on Japanese standards.

For the price, it’s practically a luxury hotel by Japan standards. Huge room, nice big bath and bed, although the bed was a bit hard. It’s super close to the airport too, which is a plus for travelers. It is a love hotel so be aware of that, haha.

What a great surprise! I did not know what to expect, but I was very happy with this property. It is close (1K) to the Itami Osaka International airport. There are 2 train stations on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, both about 1K/ 20 minutes' walk. Taxi rides from the airport/stations were about 1000 yen. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The was no restaurant, but the entire menu was room service. I paid extra for the breakfast, and it was delightful. It is an adult only hotel with the amenities that implies. There is a change machine so you can buy from the in-room mini bar/fridge. There is a slot machine, and a vibrating chair. The bath is oversize with a Jacuzzi. The floors are marble and everything was clean. I had never stayed in and adult hotel before, so it was a very pleasant experience. The price was an exceptional value. My thanks to the management and staff for excellent service.

Location is good because it was about 10-15 min walk ( 5min by taxi) from the airport.
However, there were no convenience stores or restaurants near by. Also no restaurant in the hotel. Room service is available but it costs much more than the regular restaurant price.

The room was very unique, and so many amenities! Loved the massage chair and jacuzzi tub. Being so close to the airport, it can be loud when the planes take off/land, but fortunately, with the windows closed, you can barely tell what's happening outside. There's also blackout sliders so you can sleep in past 5am when the sun comes up. The room itself did smell of stale cigarettes, but we were able to air it out. Overall, a great room and hotel.

Nice and spacious, and close to the airport. Very roomy for the price, and generous with stuff like facilities/toiletries and such. It can be a bit noisy - major road is right next to it, as are some train tracks.
It does have a distinct \"also available by the hour\" vibe, which I didn't particularly mind but might be something to keep in mind for the easily scandalised.

This hotel was close to the airport. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can order food which will be delivered to your room. The bed was comfortable and the room was large unlike most hotel rooms in Japan. Hotel provided free transportation to the airport. HOWEVER, be aware that this is an adults-only hotel which means that the rooms are set up for activities which are not typical of most hotels.

The room with a king bed and a massage chair was wide and clean. The bath tab was big and produces jets and bubbles. The hotel is 14 min walk from the ITM airport, which is a bit far. It is also 14 min walk to Hotarugaike station of monorail and Hankyu.

I was shocked when we entered the room. It should be R-rated. I don't even want to go into details. It should not be offered to tourists! We were probable the only people with the language at this hotel.
We booked it because of the closeness to Osaka airport. It should not be advertised on Expedia!

The room is wide and clean but I spent some time stopping music from a game machine and tv. Once they are stopped, everything was fine. The bath tub has jets and bubbles. I enjoyed lying on a massage chair.

Good big room very close to Itami Airport (easy walking distance). The only problem was the hot temperature of the room and a very thick comforter (bed cover). Was not able to turn thermostat low enough to feel comfortable. Because of this, not much sleep to be had.

Don't be put off by the \"love\" hotel. This truly is a first class establishment. As long as you can overlook the discreet sexual references, you will have a great night. The room was very large! Extremely clean and with many amenities.
My wife and I had an overnight layover in Osaka as we were traveling to Okinawa the following morning. The hotel is literally right next to the airport within walking distance. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We did not know this was an \"Adult\" Hotel when we first checked in. We had our suspicions upon viewing the various lingerie for sale behind the lobby desk. When we entered the room, we were blown away by the size of not only room but the bed, tv, bathroom, etc. Our suspicions were confirmed when we discovered an extremely large vibrator hidden away in the corner of the room. We had a great laugh 😂 and then ordered some food from room service.
As long as you're not prudish, you'll enjoy your stay. During the same visit, we stayed at a very expensive Crowne Plaza and a Resort on the island of Okinawa. The room at Fine Garden was superior. Great stay, room, and price. I couldn't recommend it more!

Best deal for your dollar. Big comfy room with great amenities. Best if you have a car and can communicate in Japanese. TV would be very difficult to operate without some knowledge of Japanese. Watching movies with the projector and surround sound on the king size bed was great. Decent food choices but over-priced. No restaurants in the area and even the convenience store is a bit of a walk. Check out the free rentals available, everything from body wash to leg massagers free to rent. Would stay again.

I really liked this hotel. The room was large and had lots of amenities. The hallway smelled a little like smoke, but the room didn't smell like smoke at all. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the airport, and the airport has buses that go all over the city. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, but the bus only comes about every half hour (there is a schedule in the room so you know when you can catch it). It is also only a 12-minute walk to the subway.
Even though this is an \"adult\" hotel, it was very discreet. I would be comfortable staying here with kids. The only issue was we did find adult films on the TV in the bathroom, but not on the TV in the living room.

The room was great - large, clean, quiet. The situation of the air conditioner was uncomfortable because it blew directly onto the bed. What really bummed me out and had an adverse impact on my stay was the absolute misnomer \"Airport\" hotel. I took a cab to the airport thinking I was close by. The cost for the cab was $201.61 - yes, that's more than my flight round trip from Korea and the room combined. I readily admit I might have investigated more, but it was a quick, unexpected trip. The proximity to the airport was so ridiculously far that I sincerely feel this hotel is advertised falsely, and it has left a pretty bad impression despite the hotel itself being pretty good.

Better than a \"normal\" hotel

This place is a love hotel, but don't think that means it's shady or gross. You certainly can get your privacy, but I have honestly never stayed in a nicer hotel than this, including some expensive Vegas hotels. I rarely shell out for a nice place, and didn't pay much more than I would for a 2 star hotel.

What I got was a hot tub, massage chair, free karaoke and gaming console service in a clean, fresh, sound proof room. My girlfriend decided to use room service, something I'd never pay for, but it was fast and quite private, coming through a special little box with a buzzer to let us know when they were delivering the food and when they had left.

Honestly, if all love hotels in Japan are like this place, I may never stay in a regular hotel ever again!

This hotel is at a very easy 12 minute walk from Itami airport. Perfect if you need to catch an early morning flight.
Quality of room, bathroom, etc. was excellent. Much better than what I usually stay at. I am glad that I was able to see what a love hotel is. Only thing missing was a convenient place for my suitcase (except on the floor) -- since a suitcase would be irrelevant for normal patrons of a love hotel.

The rooms in this hotel were just as good as the pictures led me to believe. They are huge and have everything you could possibly want while there. The room service was mostly nice and priced ok for hotel room service. The only downsides were that the bed was not a proper mattress so was very hard. Also the area had no other restaurants or shops and it was a 15min walk to the station to get anywhere. Over all very lovely hotel to stay in but if you plan spend most of your time site seeing in Osaka look for something closer to town.
Also keep in mind that it is very obviously an adults hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice. Because there was a train station nearby, we felt that a rental car wasn't needed but be aware that you will be in for quite a bit of walking. After a long day of sight seeing, the hot tub and massage chair in the rooms were a blessing. The only drawbacks were the fact that everything we wanted to see was 1-2 hours away (including the KIX airport we arrived and departed from) and one of the male staff from the hotel would start to help us with some questions we had but if another customer came up, he wouldn't even excuse himself, he just helped them instead. Considering the fact that Japanese customer service is known for being the \"best in the world\", this definitely affected our expectations. Overall, we would stay there again because it was spacious and the tub was amazing.

The room was quite large and very well appointed. One word of caution - it is adults only so don't be surprised by what you find in the room. What appears to be a karaoke microphone behind the bed isn't. ;)

I can't say enough good things about the staff. Some had limited English, but I had Google Translate and had no difficulty long as I came down in person. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfasts and the occasional evening snack. Quick note - if you order from room service, please pay the following morning.

Expect excellent treatment and service, a comfortable room and a very enjoyable stay.

I've stayed at a few \"Love Hotels\" but none like this. The room was unbelievable. All the amenities just blew me away. Clean, huge, and with stuff most people would never expect in a hotel room...I guess that's why it's popular for certain reasons. The location was very close to the Osaka ITM airport (within 10 minutes walk). The breakfast was very good. I can't believe I paid only about $50 for the room. I would absolutely stay here again. I can find almost nothing negative to say about this place, and I almost always have something negative to say about places I stay. The worst part was figuring how to get into the reception area (through the car park).

This hotel was amazing for the location and price. We were apprehensive at first as the price was too good to be true, and it is a \"Love Hotel\", but it was great. Yes there was a vibrator and feather by the bed but you're not required to use them :) Staff were very pleasant and spoke enough english to get by. The room was huge and in short very well appointed. Jacuzzi tub, massage chair, all the oils ans creams you could wish for, and a big queen bed. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is close to Osaka International Airport, but quite far away from KIX airport. Took a taxi from KIX airport to the hotel costs about 22,000 yen.

The hotel offers breakfast options. This is not a buffet. People need to order food/drink (some options do not include drink) in front desk for breakfast delivery time. Hotel Staff will deliver breakfast to a box inside the room for pick-up. I like the club sandwiches the most.

Hotel staffs do not communicate well in English. Good communication between hotel staffs and tourists are important, travelling to and from airports and railway station.

The hotel is nearby a train station (15 minutes walk). Hotel may need to provide directions for walking to the station and back from station to hotel.

The room has a remote control for air conditioner or warmer (not centralized system), can adjust to comfortable temperature.

The hotel room uses a real key. Need to drop off the key in front desk when we leave the hotel, and pick up the key (order breakfast) when we return to the hotel.

The room is spacious with many facilities (especially bathroom facilities), massage chair, a casino like slot machine, mics for karaoke, a dvd player and a projector to the wall.

Convenient to Osaka Airport

About 10-15 min easy walk to Osaka Airport, even with rolling luggage. A former (and current) 'love hotel' but don't let that bother you - it seems also to cater to transit passengers. You will get spacious rooms, jacuzzi tubs, king beds - lot's of room to sort out your luggage, repack etc. Lot's of bathroom amenities. Good place to relax before your flight either from Itami or KIX.
Probably best for Japanese speakers familiar with this type of accommodation.

An interesting Japanese experience

It was an easy walk from the ITM airport, which is why I chose it. The room and bathroom were quite large. No shoes were allowed on the floor of the room, which was an easy thing to accommodate. The television was already on when I arrived, and the complex remote control was entirely in Japanese. I never was able to turn off the TV, but got it down to mute. There were lots of toiletries in the bathroom and hair styling devices. The biggest downside to the experience is the lack of close restaurants to the hotel. Nevertheless, it was perfect for catching an early morning flight from ITM. I would not want to stay more than one evening.

NIce hote but be aware of check-in time

This hotel is clean, the room is nice and spacious... well kited with electronic things.
However when it said on my booking form that I could check in at 3pm, the reception staff said that my check in time was in fact 7 pm (hence the reduce price).
I tried to ask them to change but they wouldn't.
So I was stuck, tired and with nothing to do for 4 hours, as the hotel is near the airport and far away from the city centre of Osaka.
I wasn't best pleased that this was not made clear to me at the booking time

This is the second love hotel I stayed at in Japan. Huge rooms by Japanese standards, massage chair, huge bathroom with separate jetted tub and shower, king size bed and couch. Once you get over the fact it's a \"love\" hotel and the few gaudy paintings and things like a slot machine, bed side massager, I would actually seek out these if they are in a good location. I saw many families and it seemed mostly tourist along with s few Japanese guests. You can walk to the Osaka, Itami Airport which takes about 10 minutes, nothing immediately around this industrial type area but always felt safe in the neighborhood.

What a hoot

Very large room compared to typical hotels in Japan. Walked to the Itami airport. Just needed a nice, clean, safe hotel (room service breakfast included) to catch our early morning flight and this did the trick nicely. The staff, while nice, speak almost no English and the tv/dvd and ac remotes are in Japanese only, so a challenge to get it right. Also, check-in begins at 3pm period. We sat in the small lobby for 2+ hrs waiting to get our room, but wifi was free which helped pass the time.

On the crazy side, this was definitely an adult hotel complete with jetted tub, massage chair (Which was amazing after a long bag-brag day. I want one of these chairs for our home), adult toys, condom/slot/karaoke machines and so much more. It was very clean, quiet and close to a large convenience store. Honestly, we laughed so hard and took lots of pictures of our room to show our friends. Still for airport location convenience and a deal at total cost of $47 usd, we stay here again.

I understand this is a love hotel and first time to book because of the attractive rate. The staff are very nice and helpful and you need to press the bell to get their attention. We have ordered breakfast and got room services on time. The room are HUGE and comfortable compare to any other \"NORMAL\" hotel in Japan. It has free and safe parking which is so good for rental car in my situation. We purchased lots of things outside and easily open luggage and sort around without issues. A massage chair, lots of hair accessories, ionized hair dryer, etc. One big thing, free and fast WIFI. I have been to other normal city hotel and they are so slow. Video conferencing is no issues. You don't have to turn on the TV \"av\" channel. They can offer me a non-smoking big room which is big benefit. This is suitable for traveller who drive to the hotel. It's a bit hard without car. Overall, I would definitely book again.

Very near to airport, within walking distance. This is a 'adult' hotel, but it's fine for me and my partner. Everything is great. Room is very spacious.

Large rooms, very nice.

This place seems to be built to cater to the romantic couple. The hotel is very nice and offers many nice amenities. Our room had a massage chair and large jetted tub. While the day to day cleaning is done and the room is tidy, the room definitely needs a major cleaning. There were stains on the paint and on the bed skirt. Leaving the room key with the front desk when leaving for the day is not optional. I preferred to keep my key, so that I wouldn't have to go to the front desk upon return, but I was informed that is not an option.

Value for price.

Spacious and clean rooms. English may be an issue with complex questions but the staff are friendly and patient. The metro station is a 20 min walk away and took some time to find the first time.

It's a great hotel!

All the facilities are great, rooms are big, clean, tidy. But they should get some staff who can speak English, coz u can find anyone to help if anything you want, breakfast is fine and location is not that convenience.

Big mistake.

This Love Hotel was a mistake. We had a Lot of trouble getting directions to this hotel. Although it is actually close to the airport, it was super difficult to find it on Maps or Google Maps. Train or Bus were quite complicated. The price was very good but I think we would have been just as well off to stay near Kyoto train station and go to airport by the Limo Bus in the morning to catch flight.
Clean and comfortable but all controls were on a Japanese language -only remote control. We spent twenty minutes trying to turn off the lights.

Very close to Itami airport, walking distance!!

Location location location!!! this love hotel is so close to the airport, can't beat that. it's walking distance, totally.

room is clean and i bought the package including the breakfast. The hotel staff made the mistake and didn't give me what i ordered, but the food is good so no complaint. Staff doesn't speak much english, so if you can speak basic japanese, it will help for sure. in my case, i can have the food i actually ordered. hahaha. but the subsitute is tasty too, so it's all good.

if u r going to take train to go to osaka, kyoto etc, train station is about 15-20 mins walk. but in the dark, you should have the google map ready. haha, the first night we ended up asking for direction for quite a while to fine our way back to the hotel.

Overall, this is pretty good for the price. recommend it.

I was there for one night, to visit Osaka university. I did not see even a small problem on the status of hotel and room. The only problem I had was there was no one who can speak English. There is lack of English explanation also. I know a few Japanese words and could survive. The situation could be different if you check-in and out at normal day time. I checked in at the midnight and out at dawn. Overall status of hotel is excellent.

Great friendly stay for couples only, AEON mall right next door huge complex with all you need as a base, if you get a taxi from Gifu station use the AEON mall address then drive to the back of mall to find hotel which has large written so its obvious, otherwise taxi finds it really hard with the given address, 10 min walk to train system that can link with gifu station also but need to know where to walk. All up it is a great base for sightseeing

A very pleasant hotel.

This is a really pleasant hotel. It's really good value considering the size of the room and the facilities that are provided.

Although this is a Love Hotel, aside from some adult items and TV Channels in the room, this hotel is almost like a normal hotel; you are allowed to leave the hotel freely, they only ask that you leave your key with them at the front desk before you leave.

This is a love hotel with almost no non-Japanese

The business hotels near my conference were booked. Only this seemed within my budget. The room was large, clean, and well appointed. People will stare at you in the lobby if not Japanese and single. No one spoke any English but all were kind and tried to understand me. The location is good if you use the transport hub of the Airport (maybe 800 meters) with buses, monorail, and many cabs. But this is many miles from center city.

Love hotel close to Osaka Itami airport

I would have avoided this love hotel except for the good reviews from other expedia users -- their comments are on the mark. I had an early morning flight out of Itami and being able to walk (10 minutes) was a major concern. It is indeed an easy walk even with a wheeled suitcase though the route is not pleasant -- along a major road. But it is paved (follow the red path out of the airport and then stay beside the road -- do not cross). The general area is not particularly nice for exploring -- a bit industrial, but one could backtrack to the airport and take the monorail to see the city. Because it was off season, I got a great rate. I felt a bit odd checking in as a single male, but the staff didn't seem surprised.

Perfect if you need to be near Itami Airport

Like other reviewers, I couldn't quite believe how cheap this was and was a bit apprehensive about it being a love hotel. but it was excellent! Big rooms, well appointed, clean, and the love hotel element just means you have an in-room karaoke machine, giant tv screen and lots of toiletries, plus a vending machine for condoms as well as the usual minibar! 10-15 minute walk to Itami terminals, so very convenient if you have an early morning flight.
