hotel located near the train station and you can access to the shopping center in a minute.

Fabulous hotel

We loved everything about this Hotel and will stay there again when we next visit Japan. It is convenient for the station, very comfortable and the staff and service are exceptional. My husband had an accident during our stay that impacted his mobility so we needed taxis booking etc. The restaurant staff helped him every morning getting his buffet breakfast and everyone was just very accommodating. Thank you we will be back.

A good hotel in a mostly bedroom community

I stayed at this hotel for a baseball game at Koshien Stadium. The location, while a bit far from downtown Osaka, is still superb, with the hotel itself connected with covered walkways directly to the JR Amagasaki station. The hotel is also directly across the street from a decently sized mall. Parking was ample and was relatively easy to find. The twin bed room had relatively large enough space and the bathrooms were clean with separate areas for the shower and toilet. Wifi is available but was a bit spotty at times. Definitely would stay again.

Great location! Mall and train station only a few minutes away. Lots of food options nearby. They offer a breakfast buffet but wish they had room service available on days you don’t want to go out. Otherwise, friendly and help staff! A++

There was plenty of amenities. I enjoyed the little chocolate snacks that was given out as well as the coffee and selection of teas free of charge. The hotel is situated so close to a major station and walking distance from the mall and many eateries.

Very pleasant stay

I arrived on the eve of the typhoon and there had been some cancellations and was given an upgrade from a single to twin. This was my first stay at this property and would have to say it was worth it for the friendliness of the reception, tasteful decor and well-maintained rooms. I also liked the fact that you can go directly to your floor without stopping at the lobby and that the path to the station is close and covered. Well-recommended.

残念なことに、二泊目の朝原因不明の断水でした。すぐに対応はしていただけましたが、なかなかないハプニングに焦りました。
他は問題ないです。
JR尼崎駅から見える近いナイスアクセスのホテルで、また機会があれば利用したいです。

跟家人選擇入住尼崎 因為離好市多近入住當天是位男的實習生接待 有用日文跟翻譯 禮貌告知我們希望安靜的禁菸房 也因為入住六天 希望能有好景觀 跟家人一起吃宵夜至少能欣賞日本美景
沒想到給的完全被隔壁棟完全遮住 甚至是有別人的陽台對面 實習生要分配這房間也問過其他正式服務員 照片就是訂房多日給我們的景觀 另一間房間更糟糕 這是入住日本有史以來景觀最不佳的一間飯店
入住後 夜夜被唧唧唧的冷氣聲音吵醒 設備不佳 景觀更差勁 我姊姊的房間抽風機更是壞掉 浴室空氣濕度不佳
入住第三天 我們門口都有貼請勿打擾不用清潔 因為起床就出門 沒有天天鎖上行李 沒想到家人在房間 服務清潔人員直接闖入 後續詢問她們解釋是櫃檯交代
最後第三天因為母親突發狀況醫院發病危通知 告知飯店 飯店表示因為是透過Expedia下訂 一天的房費都不能退 已告知何時會退房
接下來由於沒有心情繼續行程都在房間休息 櫃檯連打兩次電話 一直詢問我們到底什麼時候退房 真的感覺非常糟糕 我們都付費了還有兩天房間使用權 也告知服務人員原因跟退房時間
一點同理心也沒有 尚且不斷打擾顧客
這間飯店 是永不會再住第二次 非常糟糕的服務跟經驗

フロント対応は丁寧で温かい対応でした。部屋もグレードアップして頂き、室内も清潔かつ広い部屋で満足です。流石JRのホテルなので、駅直結かつモールも隣接していて、便利だと思います。また、次回も利用させて頂きます。

二度と泊まりません。

22時頃チェックインし、深夜1時頃にお風呂に入ろうとしたら、浴槽に複数の髪の毛が落ちていました。
フロントに連絡したところ、「本日は満室で他に空いている部屋はない。浴槽を確認させて欲しい。」と言われたので、フロントの方に来てもらい、お風呂掃除をしていないことを確認してもらいました。
最初から他に部屋はないと言われてますし、フロントから何も提案がなかったので、洗剤とスポンジを持ってきてもらい、自分でお風呂を掃除して入りました。
旅先で、深夜に自分でお風呂掃除をする。これが普通なのでしょうか？
三千円くらいの安いホテルなら、まだ我慢なのかもしれませんが、この価格帯のホテルで、掃除をしてない部屋に案内するということが信じられません。
月1くらいでホテルを利用してますが、こんなひどいホテルは初めてです。
二度と泊まりません。

シングルでの予約でしたが、ツインにグレードアップしていただいており、大変うれしかったです。館内も部屋も清潔感があってスタイリッシュ、スタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で安心して過ごすことができました。滞在中利用できるゲスト専用のお部屋（PC、新聞、コーヒーサービスなどあり）はラグジュアリーな気分でゆっくり過ごせていいですね。朝食はそばめし、明石焼きなどご当地グルメの品ぞろえにもほっこりさせていただきました。快適な滞在ありがとうございました。今回は一人での宿泊でしたが、次回はぜに家族と一緒に利用させていただきますね。

部屋にはアメニティグッズの類が一切無く、必要な場合はフロント階のエレベーター前から持って行くスタイルなのだが、フロントではその説明が一切無かった。
また、ユニットバスのシャワーは水圧があまりにも低くて、体を洗うのにとにかく難儀する。そもそもの水量が全く少ないのだ。感覚の問題ではない。ホテルにおいてこれは致命的である。早急に改善してほしい。

フロントの対応に注意を…

　朝食付きのプランにも関わらず、チェックインの際に「朝食無しですが朝食はどうされますか？」との案内があり、チェックインでちょっとしたトラブルがった上に、部屋もあまり良くなくて気分の良くない滞在となりました。
　以前は、フロントで必要な駐車料金の支払いをしたにも関わらず、駐車場のサービス券の不足があり、出庫時に追加で現金で支払い、割高の駐車料金になりました。駐車場利用の場合は、受け取った時点でサービス券の確認を行うべきです。大変な思いをしましたし、その後、フロントでその事を言いましたが、謝罪もなく残念でした。

良いホテルです。

奇麗なホテルで部屋も広く、アクセスも良く、また、夕食に出かける際、フロントで質問した時の応対も凄く良かったです。
急遽、翌朝の出発が早くなり、朝食を外そうとしたのですが、権利放棄しか出来ないのは残念でしたが。相対的に満足です。
