Where are the staff?
I'm not sure if there are many staff at this hotel. We only seen a person at the front desk once when we first checked in. We stayed three nights and never saw any housekeeping staff. I placed a do not disturb sign but we weren’t given clean towels.

Sakura Suite Hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to Osaka-Umeda subway stations & shopping either by subway from local station or a 20 minute walk across the bridge. Rooms were ok although the double room was cramped - not much room for luggage. Breakfast was great & staff helpful. Overall good memories of a pleasant time in this modest Osaka hotel.

A surprisingly high-quality hotel at a decent price for Osaka. Only a short walk from Juso Station, which you can use to get to & from Umeda and Osaka Stations. Very clean facilities; possibly recently renovated; and well-maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning as well (although this is an extra cost I was happy to pay for), with the staff both at reception and in the kitchen being very helpful and polite.
No laundry facilities are provided in house, but the hotel opposite the road of this one will be more than happy to let you use their facilities; this was hardly a deal-breaker. A convenience store and local shopping street are also nearby for food and amenities.
Should I ever find myself back in Osaka in the future, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

去京都,神户和梅田的心水之選
交通都算方便,從機場坐JR到大阪站(梅田),然後轉阪急電車,很快便到達Juso station (13駅站),一出站有一間非常美味的名門鯛魚燒本舖,必食呀！步行約5-10分鐘便到酒店,附近好多便利店。車站附近亦有不少食肆選擇,但我們沒有嚐過,因為實在太近梅田站,當然就是坐電車去梅田行到飽,食到飽才返酒店。酒店非常乾淨,床鋪舒適,早餐選擇少,但都美味。選舉此酒店除了經濟實惠,方便去梅田逛街外,最主要今次會去神戶,13駅就有神戶線,起碼轉少一程車,原來還有京都缐,如果下次去京都,都會選擇此洒店!性價比高哩!

Ett trevligt hotell i ett inte så intressant kvarter. Trots hotellets pyttelilla lobby hade rummen ok storlek. Rummen i sig var trevliga med en väldigt skön säng.
Frukosten var ok, typisk japansk med supervitt bröd och inget pålägg.
5 min till Juso station som tar dig in till centrum. Själva kvarteret runt hotellet var kanske inte så trevligt men det spelade inte så stor roll, det kändes inte osäkert alls.
Skulle klart rekommendera hotellet eftersom det var billigare än de inne i centrum och resan in tog bara 15 min totalt.
