We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated.

We had a great day here! Although if you are booking on Expedia, there is not laundry in each room or available to all guest. Which was very frustrating for us because I booked this as our longest stay and there was low laundry facility. Although they did try to compensate by letting us have a later check out time. But we had an early bullet train ride so that did not apply to us.

This was the largest place that i have stayed in Japan. It even had its own kitchen which was a bonus. Check in was a little frustrating as there was no physical person and it is automated via a screen so have your check-in code handy. I ended up connecting with a staff member via the ipad on the counter to get my check-in sorted but had to find that check-in code. A little exhausting if you are arriving late and tired. It should be noted that there is no luggage storage. Apartment was very clean and it is keypad entry. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed. Regarding location, there are convenience stores, restaurants and bars outside but you are not walking distance to the city centre so you will need to take a train into Osaka Umeda station (1 stop) and maybe also change to a subway. So whilst Juso has everything locally, you are not downtown.

I really appreciated Minn Juso’s prompt communication as we had to be flexible with our check in day. The chat feature worked great and I usually got an answer within an hour. A little odd to hardly see anyone at the front but the access was easy and we loved the 7-11 right near the bottom, where daily we got coffee, breakfast items and cash. Super friendly and helpful lady there (7-11). The property is very clean, spacious with many useful amenities such as a fridge, stove to fry eggs, dishes, outlets and even some surprises such as a toilet with a faucet on top that you can wash hands after flushing :). The only thing my wife didn’t like was it appears to be in a red light district with many girly clubs. Be prepared to be propositioned by men in suits if you’re a solo man walking back to hotel at night. Other than that, everything was great, including being near the Juso train station.

This is a great apartment, room was large had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, tv was large and all amenities worked well, it has 2 large closets to fit 4 suitcases.
The only issue is that it’s in a bit of a sketchy area, there are a few gentleman’s clubs around and that attracts some questionable characters.
There was no reason not to feel safe, but I was more cautious than usual walking through with our kids.

Property was walking distance to restaurants and Juso Train Station. We found it quite noisy with late night bars close by and disruptive people yelling on the street. Otherwise the stay was good. Be prepared to wait in the lobby if you arrive before the check in time.

My stay at Minn Juso was great! I was staying there for two weeks. Everything I needed was there. Having a washing machine in unit was very helpful for my long stay during hot and humid summer in Japan. I could fix quick breakfast at the kitchen. Close to Hankyu Juso station. less than 5 min walk and mostly covered by walking thru market. 7 eleven's next door and super market is nearby. There is only one small elevator. It wasn't a problem till the day of checking out. Check out time is 10am. We got out our room around 9:50am. When we got to the elevator, there was another person with big luggage and when she got in the elevator, there was already a half full with her luggage. I let my daughter in with her luggage and waited for the elevator comes back.... Long story to short. you should expect to wait to catch the elevator for at least 10-15min at the check out rush time. I hope they will add another elevator.... Even if they didn't, I would still come back there. Highly recommended especially for long stay. Thank you, Minn!

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard. The room was big, but however the air conditioning filter was so dirty we had to breathe in dirty air. There was missing light bulbs for all of their fixtures and the check out was super early. There is also no one to help you with luggage up at least half a floor so beware if you bring heavy luggage! The sound proofing was horrible and you could hear anyone staying on top of you, even beside you when they cough. The curtains will not close as well and left a huge gap so at night there was spotlight and sun in the morning. There was also a broom left in the middle of the room?? Not recommended! Other than the location, there are no positives!

The only good thing about this apartment hotel is its spacious 4 bed room with microwave oven, fridge & washing machine. The bad points are its location in Juso, which is a train station away across the river from Osaka Station in Umeda, its no daily room cleaning service (mind you they will charge Y4,000 each time to clean your room & Y600 to replace a shower towel), and its no leave luggage service at the lobby after you check out. Hence, this property may not be suitable for long stay like more than 3 days (because no daily cleaning service) and if your return flight is in the late evening as you cant leave your luggages at the hotel lobby after you checked out at 10 am in the morning. I stayed at a similar hotel apartment in Kyoto and they provided daily cleaning services and we were able to leave our luggage at the lobby after we checked out.

It genuinely felt like a home to come back to after a long day out sightseeing. There is even a microwave to heat up ready-to-eat food! The only thing im disappointed with was the bed. It was not only too small even for two average asian sized adults, the mattress was of quite poor quality we could feel the sprjngs beneath. The bed frame was also pretty dusty. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Great value for Osaka. Larger than average rooms with equiped kitchen to cook light meals. A 5 minute walk to Juso station which is 3 minutes to Umeda. Good access to airport bus. Our second stay here this year and value wise it is hard to beat.

We booked this hotel with Family of 15. Not knowing upon arrival that they charge per person and any child above 6 years of age. If they offer the availability of the large rooms why not have a set price? Most of the workers are English speaking. One of the workers was very resourceful of the area.
Around this hotel is surrounded by many bars maybe even strip bars. At night they have many guys and girls standing around trying to get people to go. There is places to eat, shop at Don Quijote (4minute walk), and laundromat about 5 minute walk as well.

This was a very convenient location to the Juso station. And close to eateries for example just below the hotel is a YAKINIKU restaurant that was absolutely yummy! 7-11 downstairs awesome!! That also provides luggage transport to another hotel if you have more than a couple especially if traveling with family

Which I find really odd, coming from the states I feel like it’s too much information to be holding on to because my whole life is on the sheet! They can look but NOT COPY! Beware of that!
And their bath towels are so small and thin enough to wrap a 3 year old child. Bring your own!

This property was very convenient to the nearby Juno station, part-way between Shin-Osaka where the shinkansen arrive/depart, and the main Osaka train station in the middle of the city. Kitchen/cooking crockery/utensils were quite sparse, so were better for preparing lights meals / snacks. However, numerous shops, including supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The property was spotlessly clean, the decor tasteful and modern. With properties suitable for families often difficult to find, this suited our small family very well.

Location is excellent - about a 5 minute walk from Juso Station on the Hankyu Line. The staff was nice. The room is very large & clean. Good AC. The bathroom has a shower & a bathtub. Fridge, microwave oven, stove & large sink are in the kitchenette. The only downside is the bed - I regretted booking a double room (twin sized beds) - they seemed smaller than the standard American twin beds (if I knew, I would've booked queen beds instead). The mattress was uncomfortable. They will only give you a towel & a hand towel when you check in; if you need additional towels they charge you 500 yens. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis; if you need extra cleaning, it's 4,000 yens. Wi-fi was terrible, sometimes non-existent. Check out time is quite early, 10 AM. I think overall it is a good hotel & I would stay there again.

Hotel is fine to rest but nothing more than that. Check in is late and check out is super early, 10am! Room cleaning doesn't happen and you are charged for extra towels. The location is quite far away from the action but the station is close by. The room has a small kitchen which is handy and the local shops sell readymeals. It is fine for a few days.

The local area was filled with strip club type places. The place was modern but our particular room was very poorly designed. Not countertop space in bathroom or kitchen. No nightstands, just metal tables. Room came with a smart phone but ours didn’t work. If you can get this room for 80 to $100 I guess it would be a deal. But I wouldn’t pay more. We paid $160 for a 4 twin room… Too much.

Disappointed with the hotel and Expedia! Hidden charges. I would not come back here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends/family.
Stayed there for 3 nights, the hotel gave us 1 sets of thin towels to use for all 3 days. When we asked for a new sets, we were charged 500 yen per sets and if you want your room clean daily that another cost!!! (If this is a hotel this service should have been provided without additional cost).
