We’ve stayed here each time we’ve traveled to Osaka during our Japan trips. It’s conveniently located from the Shin-Osaka station (just a tiny bit of an extra walk from another APA about a street away). The staff is also always extremely helpful, polite, and goes out of their way to assist you wherever they can (holding your bags, giving directions, etc.). We’ll actually be staying here again on this trip when we return to Osaka in a couple of weeks.

It was a nice hotel for my overnight need of a place to sleep near the train station. This APA hotel is trying to be “urban cool” though and it just comes off kinda off putting from what I’m used to at an APA hotel. Free bottle of water in the room as usual, but no free coffee in the lobby. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by other hotels. On the plus side the tv offers free VOD and it seems they’re connected to some local food delivery options if so inclined. They have a restaurant but all I needed was a place to put my head for the night. No complaints, just not great. The window from my room was frosted also, so I couldn’t even look out at my surroundings.

One of the best hotels and chain in Japan. They are in almost every city/town in Japan.

This hotel is located near a train station hub that literally goes every direction. You can get to any town using this hub.

Room I stayed in was clean and spacious for one person. Has a desk and chair for you to use your laptop to do work or play games.

Hotel is surrounded by lots of convenience stores. 711, lawsens, familymart are within walking distance.

Would stay with again when im back in town.

Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. A !

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station hub of shin osaka.

Hotel room was clean with a modern decor.

I stayed for over a week. And i used the hotel as a hub to commute between Kyoto, kobe and a few other towns. It was easy because i can hop on a train and be there within a an hour or less.

Would stay with again when im back in osaka.

So handy to the Shin-Osaka Railway Station (Bullet Trains). Lots of small restaurants nearby, but little English spoken, so, their menus are a ‘mystery’ ! Attached cafe (including breakfast) was very good, with ‘Western’ food available. Staff there excellent. No surprise, rooms small, bed most comfortable. A very comfortable 9 night stay.

Modern hotel convenient for Shin-Osaka

A modern hotel fairly close to Shin Osaka station. The rooms are the usual small size but they had a sign suggesting that you store your cases under the bed, a boon which meant we could move around without dancing. Breakfast was mainly Japanese but with a couple of western dishes although I was disappointed not to have fruit on our final day. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the manager went out of her way to serve what was on the room menu despite it having been mis-translated. There is no laundry but there is one across the road if needed. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable,

Very convenient location short walk to Shin-osaka station, 30min to Kyoto, 10min to Osaka station. Can be tricky to get to, use the highway bus exit of Shin-Osaka station, near the entry to Metro trains, when you exit continue straight up stairs and you will see APA Hotel building from the road over the train tracks.

Staff is not as friendly as what I have met in other previous hotel chain. Room space is adequate, you can't open two big luggage. Pillow is too thin and hard. Only good thing is it's location near to shin Osaka Shinkansen station for us to take early ride.

Very close to the Shin Osaka Station so I could easily get on the JR trains. Close to Yodo Park so I could get my running workouts done. The only negative comment that I have is that there is no dresser. It is cumbersome to pack and unpack your bag daily.

We stayed at a few APA Hotel locations on our trip and found Shin Osaka Ekiminami to be the cleanest and spacious (for a Japanese hotel) of them. Staff were helpful when we needed them. Location was perfect as it was close access to the Shinkansen for our day trips.

Convenient walking distance to Shin-Osaka station.

Very compact room for two occupants plus luggage but satisfactory for a short visit eg overnight stop-over. In a way this provides an insight to the the Japanese way of life for many of the people.

Our travel required an overnight stop near Shin-Osaka station. Directions were lacking. We luckily spotted hotel sign on skyline from hotel & were able to navigate a walking route across to its location. Hotel room is modern, very well equipped and very compact. Comfortable and space is adequately manageable for double occupancy. We have a second overnighted coming up, and I have no plans to change my booking.

Convienient to Shin-Osaka Station and seemed to have some good izakayas around. Comfortable room with a luxurious bed, though the pillows were very thin. No in-house bath was a bit of a dissapointment as we’ve been spoiled at other APAs, and the wi-if was a bit patchy from time to time. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the room was clean and cozy. Overall a good stay, though I would pick something in Osaka proper if you want to explore the city and don’t have a train pass.

We stayed for one night and wanted a good access to shin Osaka, which it had.
The room was relatively big and the luggage can be stored under the bed.
However, this area is dead at night.

Hotel is hard to find coming from the station. The APA hotel is not shown on any map of the local area inside the station so we ended up taking a taxi. However, once you check in to the hotel the station is easy to find using instructions from the hotel. If you stay multiple days it is very convenient but having to take a taxi for a one night stay would have been inconvenient.

Close To Shin-Osaka Station, Brand New

When I stayed at this hotel, it had just opened 11 days earlier. It is nice to stay in a brand new hotel as everything works and is clean. I chose this hotel because it was close to the Shin-Osaka station for the Shinkansen train. Osaka station is a few kilometers away. Access from the station to the hotel is much easier if you can find the pedestrian underpass. Exit from the Central exit and go to street level. There is a big set of train wheels there at the bottom of the escalator. Turn right and walk to the end of the station. There you will find the pedestrian underpass. Lawsons and FamilyMart stores nearby the hotel. The down I give the hotel was the breakfast. I found the food was not hot and very few choices.

Luftkonditioneringen var centralt styrd. Vilket resulterade i att den bara kunde ge värme från 1 november. Trots att rummet var 26⁰c.

Rummet var litet, sängen var hård. Men det var rent och personalen var trevlig.

Men problemet med luftkonditioneringen gör att vi inte kommer bo på APA nästa gång vi kommer till Japan.

Hotel de qualidade, mas a equipe não se preocupa em orientar hóspedes estrangeiros, na forma de mapas é pequeno vocabulário de nomes de rua em japonês. É uma cadeia de hotéis muito próximos e nomes parecidos, sem falar no entroncamento de linhas ferroviárias e viadutos. Às vezes me perdia e andava kms sem destino.

間違えてタワーの方に行ったら感じなく僕の間違いに気付いて案内してもらいました。
その後のチェックインも丁寧に対応して頂きました。
部屋の中の椅子の座面や背もたれが汚れを落としていたみたいですがシミがあって、これはホテル側でなく宿泊者が汚した跡ですが、僕は苦手です。生地に染み込んだ汚れなので仕方ありませんが、

それ以外はかなり良かったです。ありがとうございました。
