Although it is a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station east exit, the exit itself is a long walk from the ticket gates, so the actual walking time to the hotel is upward of 10 minutes. The upside is that the area is quieter, with smaller restaurants and cafes that are not so overrun with tourists. Not many shops near the hotel itself, so you have to walk to the station or further. The Lawson next door is a life-saver in this case. Great room, clean and spacious. Nice facilities.

The service at the hotel was very good. The location is excellent with Shin Osaka station very close by. The rooms are a bit small. The big problem I had was with the bathrooms in these units. About half the time there was a sewage smell in bathroom. My friend who got a separate room on the floor below me on the opposite side of the hotel noticed it as well in his room as well.

The room was really clean, the staff was kind. They had a free to use coffee machine on the first floor which really helped us start our mornings. We slept comfortably in good beds and the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and a lot of other amenities. The location is great, too, as it's only a few minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. The price was hard to beat as well! Overall, highly recommended.

Worth every penny.

It is a little farther out from the city core but it is convenient being close to the Shinkansen station and subway. The room is a little small even for single occupant but all the necessary amenities are there. The room already had a multi-end charging cable which is a nice touch.

Team Meitetsu staff great. Convient store in conjunction so i could get my hagan daze fix, even atfter i swore it off. House keeping fresh towels , trash bag and water every day at my door even during my privacy mode in play! Shin Station was a hop skip and a jump from the hotel. This hotel is very close to Shin Osaka station. Make sure you go to East exit, then go down through a lift to the street level. Cross the road and walk down the alleyway straight to the hotel. The room is insulated, very quiet despite it is located next to a shinkansen station. I should say the room is quite small; for those who come with many luggages consider to book a bigger room or a twin room. There is Lawson/Family mart under the hotel, where you can buy ready to eat dinner or breakfast (heat them up in the shop's microwave). This hotel also provide free coffees through the lobby's coffee machine. Highly recommended.

I love my room. Yes it was smaller than I thought, but it managed to pack so many amenities. I thought the bedroom, bathroom and hallway are very nice looking. There’s a Lawson right downstair, and the walk to Shin-Osaka station is 10 minutes or less. Overall, highly recommended.

This property is a true gem. Hotel lobby is very welcoming, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but very modern (lots of electrical outlet options) and clean. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby as well as amenities (toiletries). I would definitely stay here again.

Very good property. The hotel room was as described. Great for one person but might be too small to share the room with another person. Amenities were great and room was cleaned everyday. Very close to train station which had a great dining selection, especially on gourmet street. Not much to do in this area but one train stop from here takes you to Umeda which has plenty of things to do and eat. Property is shared with a Lawson convenient store so it made late night snacks easy to get.

This hotel was good for what we needed. We were near the train and just needed a place to rest our heads at night. The rooms are VERY small. Our only issue was that we booked two rooms because we are a family of 5 and they put us on separate floors. This is a challenge with children.

Hotel is great, good amenities set in the lobby area and very helpful staff. Luggage storage service was very convenient.
Unfortunately area around the hotel is not foreigner friendly. I recommend that if you stay here DO NOT attempt to enter any stores besides convenience stores otherwise you will be disappointed. Overall, a great hotel close to the station, just remember to bring food and drinks from home

My room was quiet. The property is very close to the train station.

The bad:
The room temp was pre-set for 20 degrees celusius. It was very cold all night I slept very lightly and woke up super early.

The property was conveniently located to the train station and around it has convenience stalls and food options (food options lesser but the train station has many)

The property cleanliness is well maintained and gave off a boutique vibe upon entering. The staff were very professional and could converse in good english.
The rooms were little small but it was clean nonetheless, it could open two big size luggages quite comfortably.

お部屋はとても綺麗でした。
卓上のスタンドミラーの電気が弱かったので出かける際に見て頂くようお願いしたところ、夜には改善されていました。ありがとうございました！
また、前回同様チェックイン時間前にホテルに到着しその場で荷物を預けて夜戻ってくるとお部屋に運んでくださっていました。
とても助かりました！数回利用させていただいているのでまた利用したいと思っています。

お部屋の広さはコンパクトでしたがベッドが広く周囲の物音もなく寝やすかったです。洗面台の下の被せるフタの様な物がはじめから外れて床に転がっていたのでそれは残念な点でした。

ベッドの枕？の加齢臭が気になってよく眠れませんでした。
きちんと洗濯や消臭消毒して欲しいです。

また、エアコンの効きが悪く、寝つきづらかったです。
エアコンとルームキーが連動していて、部屋に入ると部屋がじっとひ暑いのも気になりました。

これまで清潔感とお部屋の綺麗さ、広さが好きで何度も利用していたのでとても残念でした。

部屋のサイズは大きくはありませんが、シングルとしては丁度のサイズで落ち着きがあります。また就寝後の他の雑音が聞こえなかったことで、快適な安眠が確保できたと思います。

Masks should be banned at front desk

There is no covid threat. The front desk should not wear masks. Its hard to understand japanese through masks. If they are sick they should stay home. I feel offended by front desk protecting themselves from non existent threats coming from customers. Its impolite and inappropriate.

Je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute et accueillant. Il y a un service de takkyubin.
Boissons chaudes, fontaine à eau et micro-onde mis à disposition gratuitement.
Très calme, chambre insonorisée.
Situé tout près de Shin-Osaka station, parfait pour voyager en train dans le Kansai et à environ 30 minutes des quartiers centraux d’Osaka.

Es todo nuevo. La limpieza de 10. Personal muy amable. Tienes maquina con café y demás disponible todo el día.
Pequeña tienda Lawson debajo y varios restaurantes variados en las calles próximas.

Estuvimos alojados varias noches al llegar a Japón.
Repetiremos la noche de vuelta a España.
