Great hotel, our stay was very comfortable! Was able to do laundry during our stay. The ice machine on the 4th floor was so helpful and we were on the 18th floor which had the water dispenser , so every morning, we were able to fill up our water bottles before a day of adventure! Room was small but we managed. We were 2 adults and 2 young children. The buffet was amazing!! They had a “premium” coffee machine that was delicious! Also walking distance to Shin-Osaka station which has the JR lines and Shinkansen, super convenient !

I enjoyed my stay here. The standout feature was the room size, much more spacious than typical hotels in the area. The facilities are well-maintained.

Location-wise, it’s a straightforward 10-minute walk to Shin-Osaka Station, which made catching the Shinkansen very easy. It's also well-connected to the Osaka Metro, making local sightseeing a breeze. The staff were consistently friendly and professional. A reliable choice for anyone visiting Osaka!

The check out staff (I forgot to ask for his name) went above and beyond helping us with a package we were waiting, even though we were not guests anymore when the package arrived, he made sure to take care for us and help us figure out a way so they could still receive the package, and hold on to it until we could go back and pick it up.

Great property, had an area to bring take out food and eat (like a lunch room) with coffee and soft drinks.
Lots close by and walkable to Shin-Osaka.
For families recommend 2 rooms side by side for access - there is not much space for luggage and bonus it makes you feel like you have your own space.

We have the connecting 2 rooms for 4pax. The rooms are clean. The toilet is well segregated, with a door to the shower area, separating the basin, and the toilet is at next door area.
There are amenities to pick up at the check-in 2nd floor. There are welcome drinks at level 3 daily to choose from, and my grown up kids like to take coffee, beverages there.
The staff are friendly too.
Although we missed to use the public bathroom in the hotel, we hope to try the next round.
I would consider this hotel again for my next Japan visit. 😊

The staff were really nice and helpful, the front desk area has amenities that are free to take. I like that one floor you can microwave and get free beverages, you may hang out and eat in that area also.
I liked that there is a water station in each floor you can get for free and my friends and I like to get some to drink and to make hot water.
The public bathhouse was nice and have direction while there was a lot of laundry machine in the same floor.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the hotel offers comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and good service. However, I did encounter some issues with guest etiquette at the public bath.
On two consecutive nights, my slippers were taken from the changing area, which was quite frustrating. I’ve already informed the hotel and suggested placing a clear sign reminding guests to wear their own slippers when leaving. Additionally, my wife noticed a guest with visible tattoos in the bath, which could make some visitors uncomfortable given the usual etiquette in Japanese onsen-style baths.
Aside from these incidents, everything else about the hotel was great, and I’d consider staying again if guest conduct in shared spaces improves.

Prior to my arrival, I made an inquiry via email regarding the hotel's luggage transfer service to Tokyo. I was informed that I simply needed to submit my luggage one day before 11 AM for it to be delivered to Tokyo.

Upon my arrival, on the third or fourth day, I sought to reconfirm the luggage transfer service. I was then informed that, due to Black Friday, my luggage would not reach Tokyo by the following day, but rather in four to five days. This information was quite disappointing and unexpected. I believe I should have been informed of this upon my arrival, and I consider myself fortunate to have proactively checked with the staff a few days beforehand.

The staff did provide assistance by identifying the nearest convenience store offering luggage transfer services and aided in completing the necessary forms.

Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was commendable; the room was consistently tidied, and trash was removed daily.

The washing and drying machine, while taking a considerable amount of time to complete its cycle, was still deemed acceptable.
Shin-Osaka Station is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away. The journey to the station was quite enjoyable.

Good hotel within easy walking distance of the Shin-Osaka station with a Lawson's close by. Room was very clean, exactly as expected, and with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing, with Japanese and Western options. They also offer a section of seating after 2pm (until 10pm) with free soft drinks/coffee that you're allowed to bring in food to eat. The staff was friendly and they were able to store our luggage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

King bed guest room was very clean and atypically large for a Japanese hotel. Onsen and laundry facilities available (7 washer/dryer units) on site, which was very nice. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but it looked crowded every morning. The breakfast dining area on the 3rd floor was open to guests to use from 2pm to 10pm, to bring store bought food to eat. Self-service drink stations were accessible free of charge. This was a really nice perk that we took advantage of every night to save money on dining.

ROOM! The room was the worst experience for us, from the uncomfortable size of everything to the hard matress. I wish they could have thought about making the rooms more comfortable. Not sure how they have great rating, the staff, amenities and location is good, walking distance to the train station is a plus as you save on paying Uber or taxi. But the room is something i can't get over it. The bathtub is 4ft wide and unsafely high 24\" making it not very safe for elders, and the ceiling in the bathtub is too low, if you are over 6' you won't be able to fully stand inside. The sink was almost to by knee and i am 5'7. I can't recommend this Hotel because if the unsafe and uncomfortable rooms on the Standard Double.

My choice of this hotel was based on its high Expedia user rating. While the staff provided excellent service, I found the room and bathroom quite small and outdated. Additionally, the room was noisy, as we could hear our neighbors' conversations throughout the night. The room was stuffy even with the air-conditioning running. It was just disappointing.

Excellent hotel located just steps from Shin-Osaka station, with several restaurants and convinience stores located around the building. Really nice interior, and lovely, comfortable rooms and beds, with those on a higher floor having good views across Osaka. Wouldn't hesistate to stay again or recommend, particularly if you will be arriving/departing by Shinkansen, or are planning day trips from Osaka to the likes of Kyoto, Kobe, or Himeji, you really couldn't get a better location.

The air con is climate controlled - so the room became very stuffy at times. We requested an electric fan at check in and were told there wasn't one. No coffee, sugar, milk in the rooms. No black tea available. The buffet was too crowed and the walk ways between way too small - we had stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont prior to this hotel so we had direct comparisons - the buffet food options and set up there was brilliant! Food options at Osaka Tower very limited and the buffet way too small for the amount of people!! Also, re the question above -- the breakfast was not free - we paid in full for breakfast for every day we were there! Hence the reasons we expected better.
