Clean, new and spacious room with laundry and kitchen. Management and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and friendly. Amenities very good, very near train station and a few 24hrs convenient stores nearby but is quiet from room no noises from the outside surroundings. Simply awesome. Will definitely book again.

Great property. Lots of space for luggage and food and groceries very close by. Having the train station right there made travel much easier. And even with the train, the room was very quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Located 37 secondes from Deikijima station: very practical. 7 eleven on the other side of the street. Life supermarket 2 minutes walking.
Room was clean, nice beds, but tiny space. We had to put our luggage under the beds. Worth the price.

If safety is a concern for you this is the place! We needed 2 different codes to get into the building and felt very safe. The location is good but it is near an elevated train line that will occasionally sound like low thunder, something to be aware of for light sleepers.

Pros:
* Security! We felt very safe here.
* Clean
* Good sized space and beds.
* Really close to the train station and grocery stores.

Cons:
* Train noise
* The sofa needs to be replaced. It was stained and wouldn't hold it's shape when you sat in it, just kind of fell apart.
* Location isn't special, just basic.

This location was initially hard to find for me, some trains wiz right by this station if you are on an express train by accident.
Make sure you check if your train is called local which will stop at Dekijima Station.

The room I stayed in has a good layout but the unit is a bit worn. There are lots of visible stains in the unit. Most of the restaurants are either not open, or for smoking guests only.

This place is still a good place despite the cons I listed. Daiso, Lawson, Family Mart, and two grocery stores are just 2 mins away.

Check-in was challenging as you use an ipad, and they don't speak English if there is an error make sure you read there email they send you with a different itinerary number to what you may have received on Expedia. However, the accommodation is excellent for a young family of four. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it has a small kitchen and laundry with a washing machine. We found it a bit far out but plenty of local businesses nearby offering great food. A small quiet neighbourhood away from the bustle of the city. We enjoyed it and would return to this place.

The checking in was a nightmare! There was not a live person to interact with at the counter. We were greeted to a locked front door. I must have missed the check in process because I was in the air for 12 hours when they sent the pre check instruction. I ckd my email, but did not get a notification. I had to call the number provided on Expedia. There was a major language barrier when I selected English. Once we got in. There were 2 tablets at the front desk. We had to registered everyone’s info including my 3 kids passports so that’s a total of 5 ppl info I had to entered in which was time consuming. After we finished, we had to chat with a person on the tablet. They verified our info. I was so confused how do we know which room and passcode for the door. Had to call back using the tablet to get the info. We were already tired from the long flight and this was just an added stress to our trip. Once we were in, the layout was nice. Their attention to detail lacked because there were dusts on the partition and top of the closet. While there, we did not received cleaning service, which was fine because we can do it ourselves. The only positive: location, kitchen, washer, dryer, family mart, lawson, and 2 grocery stories with a Daiso all within a few minutes of walk. If you’re not tech savvy, don’t stay here or come to Japan. You have to figure out a lot of things using the phone. I guess they really are the future and knows how to cut back on labor budget.

Can be improved to excellent if checkin of large baggage were able to be stowed while waiting for checkin timing.
The room does not have ironing facility.
The pre checkin link did not capture our details properly and had to redo during checkin.
All else provided was adequate for family stay enjoyable.

The location was 5 star, convenient to Dekijima station and right near 2 supermarkets and a Family Mart and a Lawson. The building seems reasonably new and modern. The only negative things are the hotel is unstaffed and everything is done by video chat at a tablet at the reception area, even when we arranged for garbage removal and fresh towels upon checking in it was only done ONCE in a 2 weeks stay and even then it had to be chased up via our booking agent as the video chat is limited to certain times of day.

I got a room that I can even put my luggage , literally without space the door was no open all the way because the space and I have doble bed together like one bed because they did not have any spaces at all in the room the TV was literally against the bed. Very uncomfortable, No housekeeping in 3 days.

So close to Dekijima station, good size for our family of four. Had grocer, family mart and Lawson near by, but the life supermarket was the best. Area was safe, but the road and train noise was noticeable, since we are used to a very quiet place, but it’s not a deal breaker. Big down side was the bathroom, it was mouldy and smelled bad every time we came back, so we aired it out with the ventilation and it was ok. Definitely needed a better cleaning than it had.

Spent a long time to clean just to settle in this filthy room. Tatami mat didn’t look like the pictures. As you see the reviews from the other guests this room was coated with grease in the kitchen and dust all over from Shoji sliding door to the bathroom door. I am allergic to the dust and got a bad reaction immediately. Bed linens were clean and the bed was uncomfortable. The freezer was coated with ice. Check in process was too weird and pre-check in QR code didn’t work. Hotel offer absolutely no refund for your cleaning work. They don’t specify how often they clean during my stay and after checking in I had to ask them again then told me every 3 days so if you stay 10 days you get to have 3 cleaning. No wifi info then you notice the bottom of a tv written about wifi code. The strangest comment I got before checking in using chat was when I asked what floor will I be in and the room direction or noise do I get to know? Their answer was “as you see on the reviews”. I don’t even know if this is a Japanese operated property or not based on how they responded. The security door seemed very good that’s the only plus side.

The lobby is well conditioned and looks clean.
The apartment inside also has clean toilets, with comfortable beds and cooling air-conditioning that makes us fall asleep quickly. We will definitely come here again! Property was great very close to the train station which is convenient. Amenities were great with a fridge and washing machine inside. The only big issue I had was that one of our bed sheets were heavily stained and even had a 3 or so inch what I can assume is a blood stain.

We loved our stay at the Rakuten Stay in Osaka. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and well situated at a minute distance from the nearest train station. It’s also a walking distance to a Family Mart and Lawson. Recommended stay for a family.

It was a stay of 3 nights and 4 days. The room was 100% satisfactory. However, the staff told me to contact customer support to change towels. However, due to the difficulty in reaching customer support from the mobile phone of the foreign company, I washed the used towel before going out, dried it indoors, and reused it for three days.
I would appreciate it if you could consider the smoothness of the towel exchange method.

Comfortable and peaceful place to stay, away from city yet convenient to go anywhere like Namba and Usj.

There are clinic, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. 2 bedrooms were big and spacious for family of 5. Big and comfortable beds. Toiletries good but bring your shower caps and razors if u need.

Easy to check in, rem to check your email to get the code to enter the hotel. Overall a clean, relaxing stay for us! We loved it!

The ipad tocu system was off, so after a tired day, this is not what we wanted to deal with. After providing all the details b4 going, it seems annoying to have to provide all details again. Location is also a little bit inconvenient. Although Dekijima station is very close (100m), it is not well serviced station (lot of express trains does not stop here).

Good location surrounded by pharmacy, convenient stores, grocery store, Life hypermart and eateries all within short walking distance to the train station. Apartment room was clean and good condition with comfortable beds. But if there is anything that need improvement/change will be the dull looking fridge, washing machine and bins.

Customer service is excellent, I booked two rooms since I thought only 2 beds in each room, we have four peoples, actually there are 4 beds in each rooms. They help us to cancel one room for free. I use the electronic check in/ out very convenient, he hotel is good location and easy to access subway only 1 min. Very clean and cozy.

Location was perfect as it is near the train station and only 20 minutes to Dontonbori and the Aeon Mall. In addition, there’s markets and restaurants close by. The room was clean, amenities perfect, and the beds were so so comfortable! Having a washer and small kitchen was definitely a plus. We would definitely return to RakutenSTAY in the future.

Great interior design, an absolute pleasure to stay in, to the point where we were both wishing our own apartment was like it! All the amenities you need, very spacious and well thought out design. Super close to dekijima station (~1 minute). Two minor things: first is we weren't contacted with a PIN that was apparently needed to gain entry the first time so it left us stuck outside with our luggage for a while until somebody came to the front. Secondly the apartment shook noticeably every time a train went by. We thought they were earthquakes at first! Having said that, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

位置稍遠離觀光地點，但旁邊就是地鐵站，十分方便，只是每天出門時間和交通費用要預算提高。以服務式酒店來說客房十分整潔，而且附有廚房，我們住了9晚，都是沒有打掃，假如能夠每7天打掃一次就十分完美了。

チェックインの仕方は少し手間取りましたが、客室がキレイでベット4つあり家族3人で快適に過ごせました。お風呂は追い焚き機能つきでお風呂も清潔でした。あえて改善点をあげるとすれば冬場は乾燥するので加湿器があるといいかと思いました。高速道路が近くにあり気になる方は音が少しうるさく感じるかましれません。簡易的なコーヒーのドリップマシンがあり、コーヒー好きなので嬉しかったです。また、機会があれば利用したいです。

お部屋はとても清潔でした。
部屋の広さも十分だし、隣の音も聞こえず静かだし、駅も近くて、周りにはスーパー、コンビニもあり、安いコインパーキングもありで、利便性にも優れていました。
前日夜までに部屋の鍵番号がメールで届かなかったので問い合せたところ、すぐに対応もしてもらえました。
機会があればまた利用したいです。

お部屋は綺麗でしたがバスルームの天井や洗濯物をかける棒が汚かったので残念でした。
それとスタッフの方と話す時に途切れ途切れで何を話しているか分からなかったです。
それ以外は良かったのでまた機会があれば利用させていただきます。

近隣駐車場もいくつかあり、24時間500円と激安でした。
チェックインも無人ということで不安でしたが問題なく泊まるだけなら快適に気楽に過ごせました。駅からも近く、スーパー、コンビニ、喫茶店などもあり不自由なくべんりでした。
アメニティにパジャマがないのを見落としてました、それだけが失敗したところです。お部屋の中の掃除もキチンとされていて安心でした。

無人のフロントでしたが、チェックインやチェックアウトもスムーズに出来ました。
部屋も清潔で不満はありません。
駅に近く、駐車場も低価格であるために、
公共交通機関でもね自家用車でも良いかと。
食事にも困らないかと。
下町的な町の中にある感じです。

交通の便がとても良く観光地に行くのにとても便利でした。施設もいい感じて、寝心地も良かったです。洗濯もできたので助かりました。お風呂やベランダなどの汚れが少し気になりましたが、全体的には良かったです。
