リピーターです。おでこをぶつけてこぶができたので、フロントでヒヘピタあるかと尋ねると、無いとの回答。部屋に戻り電話で氷はあるかと尋ねたらフロントにあると言うので取りに行き、対応のスタッフに先程ヒヘピタの際にどうされましたかと聞いて貰えれば部屋とフロント往復せずに済んだと言うと申し訳なさそうに、枕カバーて包んだ氷を用意してくれました。 最初の対応はイマイチでしたが、おでこが冷えすぎないように配慮された即席氷嚢を使ってくれたのには感謝です。何度も滞在していますが、相変わらず大浴場と部屋の洗面所のカランはピカピカで気持ちの良いホテルです。

愛知からバイクで来ました。事前に駐車場情報は仕入れていて、尼崎駅にある市営駐車場を利用。駐車場のエレベーター降りたらすぐホテルがあるので便利です。24時間で400円安い。
コンビニや飲食店も多くあり、便利ですね。となりにサイゼリア（２２時閉店）もあります。
館内はキレイでプチ大浴場もあり雨に濡れて冷えた体がすぐに温まりました。スタッフも丁寧で礼儀正しい。いいホテルだと思います。

男性シングルには、ほぼ満足でした。清潔感があり客室も広く連泊でしたが快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。難点は、冷蔵庫が小さかったのと、椅子が無いので女性には不便な事が多いです。セキュリティ、コロナ対策は良いと思います。コストパフォーマンスも満足でした。また利用したいです。

駐車場は、到着して何処にあるのかわかりませんでした。結局、ホテル建物の真裏にあったのですが、2Fのフロントに聞きに行かないとわからない始末でした。
駐車料金は、車を預けて初めて有料だと知りました。料金はどこかに表示しておくべきではないかと思います。
