Booked the large king room, very nice layout, comfortable and well appointed. Good amenities. Very clean Beds and bath were excellent. This hotel is perfect for short stays near ITM. We used in 2 separate occassions. The only criticism is that you may hear noisy guests. But overall I recommend it.

Excellent option if you need to stay near ITAMI AIRPORT. Booked a large room and it was very spacious, modern, quiet, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, outstanding! The automated check-in/out system worked flawlessly, the room had all the necessary amenities. It exceeded my expectations. You can walk from/to ITM in a little under 10 minutes.

What great is this property is all self service. So you check-in via touch screen. Just enter your name and scan your passport. It will print out the card key. You will check-out using the same system. I did not interact with the staff with my one day stay.

It feels like this little place (compared to the surrounding hotels) is punching above its weight class. For the price I would have been content with less. But I got what felt like somewhere between an apartment and a studio, in spitting distance to the airport. The only disadvantage was that I had to book a smoker room, because of availability, but that, of course is not on the property, but on the circumstances, stuff happens when you are too lazy to book your accomodation well in advance. Highly recommended! Even the breakfast was excellent value.

Close to the airport and all other transportations, whether going into Osaka, Kobe, or Kyoto. The bathtub, especially, is a throw back to the traditional Japanese style where the shower is just outside of the tub, and can use the tub for soaking.

Reftel has such easy access to the Osaka airport with all the comforts of an upscale hotel. Walking distance, beautiful comfortable rooms, luxurious bath. Great choice!

Very close to Itam International Airport which was very convenient. Staff was polite and the atmosphere of my room was high class.

My stay was wonderful. The staff in the front desk helped me out on how to get to a small city 3hrs away since i was travelling by myself. Easily able to walk from the airport anddd a delicious hamburger steak shop near by. The train station is also very close and convenient.

I stayed at the end of June, the room was hot though I put the AC on its lowest temperature, so I opened the windows and the room felt much better, the outside air was a bit cool, but opening the windows also mean letting in the noises from the street below though to be honest there were not much.

Very close to the airport. Our stay was only one night but the hotel us very well kept. The room was very comfortable, and clean.

We wanted a hotel close to the Itami airport and found this one. It is tiny with no facilities and the staff doesn't speak a word of English. Rooms were small but clean.

Not all rooms are renovated like in the hotel photos. The room we had was quite large, and decorated nicely, but there was furniture in the room that was obviously old.... And the bathroom was probably about 25 years old and not updated. The metal Door had rust, the tile had mold spots.
The room was very clean however, and the bed linens were nice. The bed was extra extra firm... Not something I enjoy.

伊丹空港から近く歩いて5分です。スタッフも親切丁寧でお部屋も1人には広すぎるくらいで清潔でした。ただ周辺が空港に近い幹線道路なので少し騒音が気になるくらいでした。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でサービスが行き届いています。アメニティも充実しておりその点も満足でした。元々住居用として建てられたもののようで、部屋の構造が一般の住宅のようでしたが、お風呂場などはかなり広々していて良かったです。新しくはありませんが掃除は行き届いています。立地は住宅地のはずれですが、近くにセブンイレブンがあります。モノレールと宝塚線がある蛍池駅までは徒歩10分程度で、そこまで行けば小規模のモールがあります。

部屋も風呂も広く、アメニティグッズも充実している、部屋によってはクローゼットが無い部屋もある。ベッドも2人では贅沢なくらい大きい。朝食は部屋まで運んでくれる。掃除は毎日、行き届いていて丁寧に掃除している。近くのビジネスホテルの倍以上の広さて安いからコスパ最高ですね。空港まで歩いて5分。

伊丹空港利用の前日泊で利用しました。利用する駐車場の隣で、コンビニも近く、便利でした。到着時には、駐車場で出迎えてくれました。トイレとお風呂が分かれていて、ジェットバスがついていて、また、フロント前に、コーヒー等のサービスもあり、うれしかったです。ぜひまた利用したいです。
