Nice little resort right on the water. Several pools around the property. Breakfast was solid. There’s a guard shack as you enter the property to ensure safety.

The overall attitude from the reception was very unwelcoming. We noticed money had been stolen from my wife’s wallet while we were visiting the city. When brought up to the staff we were given a rotten attitude and made felt like we were in the wrong.

When we were checked in shown to the room noticed that the windows and Air Conditioning were turned on come to realize once we closed the window and turned the AC down the room began to smell horrible!!! Went to sleep with the smell and woke up and the toilet was flooded not buy our own doing dirty toilet water all over the floor!!! We told Maintenance about it and he said he knew the room was smelly and had defects!! Went to complain to the front desk about the situation they said nothing could be done!! Worst Experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life and I am an frequent traveler all over the world. Extremely disappointed it also happened to be my wedding night.

One of the worst experience in my life. First of all I got to the hotel and it took them 2 hours to find the reservation, I had to get angry and told them I would call the police and then they found the reserve, I had the hotel fully prepaid and when they found me they doubled the charge, so I had to pay close to the same amount I had already paid online because according to them they were out of room, it was late in the evening so I had to no choice other than to accept. I had booked 4 nights, the second night, there was a party so loud, I could not sleep, and I went downstairs to complaint and the person in charge told me I was free to leave the hotel and bring the situation to their legal department who would refund our money after a few weeks if they thought the case was favorable to me. I did not want to continue having such a bad night so I decided to leave, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a car and go to another place, I was over charged and I was treated super badly and I had to leave the second night because it was impossible to sleep. I hate to have to leave a bad review but this was one of the worst experience of my life. Stay away from this place.

Si lo que están buscando es tener dias de playa, el casablanca santorini no tiene una playa grande. Es un pedacito de playa. El hotel me pareció poco aseado, las instalaciones son de años y no es remodelado. Ofrecen habitaciones \"con vista al mar\" y no tienen esa vista pues la vista es a barcazas que trasportan carbón.

My first review, but important to share
The hotel is behind a busy and noisy motorway. Right next to the hotel (c.25 meters away) is a noisy construction site with workers being able to look into hotel room windows. The beach view is largely covered by a industrial facility reaching far into the sea with ships loading/unloading stuff. The hotel is a new modern building, however the water in the bathroom had a light brown color, so brushing your teeth and showering was not possible. Some of the towels had large stains, so those were not usable either. The towel rail fell off the wall just by slightly touching it. The cleanliness of the room and the building was below average. The overall resort was deserted with only 3 rooms occupied in a large resort, so very little staff around. The resort didn't make a well maintained impression. The hotel receptionist did not speak English and was able to communicate only via google translate. A second hotel staff member denied the water quality issue, despite others recognising it. The offered solution, after lengthy google translate conversations, was to provide us with a room in a different resort, which was part of the Santorini setup. We kindly declined and cut our losses.

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación que permite a los huéspedes desconectarse y descansar. Sin embargo, las instalaciones necesitan tener un mejor mantenimiento (especialmente las habitaciones). El personal en general es respetuoso pero siempre deja una sensación de una atención a medias, principalmente en el lobby. Para evitar extenderme voy a enumerar 3 puntos que considero definieron mi calificacion para este hotel:
1- La atencion en el Lobby. Ademas de tener una ubicacion poco comoda, la atencion que recibimos fue afanada y poco amena. Un factor que causo malestar al momento del Check In, es que te intentan vender un seguro hotelero que si no tomas, te intentan hacer firmar un documento donde eximes de responsabilidades al hotel por no haber tomado el seguro.
2- El desayuno. Este se encontraba incluido y era estilo buffet pero no podias servirte ya que por temas de medidas de bioseguridad, este era servido por empleados del hotel. El tema es que te atendian muy afanados y racionando de manera extrema las porciones. Ademas el area donde se desayuna tenia deficiencias en el aseo que generaba la llegada de moscas.
3- La habitacion era amplia, contaba con aire acondicionada y una cama king. Sin embargo, todo el mobiliario se la habitacion necesita mantenimiento o en su defecto una renovacion.
En terminos generales no es un mal hotel pero su precio no es acorde a lo que ofrecen. Espero que esta informacion sea de utilidad para quien la lea.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuitées en suite mes des notre arrivé on ne charge 40$ pour un assurance pour L’hôtel à ma grande surprise avec ma carte de crédit que j’ai donné pour la garantie!!! Et ça sens me demander si je la désirais wow jamais on m’avait offert ceci dans aucune hôtel en Colombie et dans le monde . Après avoir signifié mon mécontentement on me crédite ce montant de ma chambre. Seconde surprise pour avoir choisi une suite quelle surprise de voir cette chambre très ordinaire et mal propre sur mur et plusieurs endroits voir photos.
De plus, plusieurs cites de l’ho Sont fermés je crois faute de clients. En plus des déjeuners prévus pour 7 h ne sont jamais disponible avant 7h30.

No volvería nunca. Muy precario y pésiml servici.
Le faltan muchos cuidados hotel. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, sin embargo a pesar de que el hotel es nuevo, se encuentra muy descuidado. El aseo en las áreas comunes y en las habitaciones es terrible. Al preguntarle a la camarera ella adujo que no les proporcionan los elementos suficientes para hacer aseo. Hay cocinetas en los pisos con platos tirados que duran casi todo el día. El ascensor de encuentra deteriorado, sucio y huele feo.
