One star is really too much for this hotel, check Google reviews review pictures for the truth. The only thing that is good is the location, and even that is not very important in patras, everything is close by, it’s a small city.
The hotel is very old, dirty, and not maintained at all. The corridors are dirty, full of stains on carpets and walls. Our room was smelling mould the moment we opened the door to enter, totally disgusting. Walls had stains everywhere. Bathroom tiles all had visible mould between them, at the “white”space. Our towels seemed like they where from the previous people, with hair, and arguably looked a bit stained. I had asked at the reception before choosing room to get a renovated one, and they told me “all our rooms our frequenctly renovated”. Couldn’t hear a bigger lie. As a result, we didn’t shower at all, at least our stay was just for one night.
The only good thing was that the bed sheets looked clean and the music in the elevator was nice not the boring one every elevator has.
Regarding comfort, as all the other comments state, extremely noisy. Paper thin walls, you could hear people passing by at 5 when returning (elevator doors opening and closing while making ton of noise, and you could hear people talking from the corridor, the room doors were like you could almost seem through them. Additionally, you will have a bell tolling extremely loudly until late night and from early morning. The pictures were so misleading hiding how bad it is.

Very good hotel in the center of Patras. Nearby there are plenty of shops, cafeterias, restaurants and more, but it's noisy. Difficult to find free parking spaces.

Great hotel, can’t beat the location. Staff are lovely and attentive, spacious large room and great bathroom. Breakfast is just ok compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in but this is the hotel I keep coming back to when I visit Patra. Highly recommend it.

Great stay with friends. A great quiet spot right on the water with a shared kitchen and amazing water view: hammocks and patio furniture to relax outside. Friendly staff. Close to eats and treats of Pireas and the boat tours. Easy to street park right infront. We also met some wonderful people. Will come back. Thank you

Great place

This place in Patras was great. You had restaurants and bars in the area as soon as you step out.

The woman who checked me in was willing to go in depth with research to see if there was a return ferry from Ithaca.

Great location in the central part off the city. Hotel easy to find. Front desk provided great service.
Decor around hotel could do with refresh. Carpets stained and walls marked.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean however curtains let in light. Shower in bathroom was small and no room to move in.
Breakfast adequate but items not replenished very often.

Not such a pleasant stay...

Mediterranee breakfast is probably the worse breakfast i've ever seen being served to the point that even the coffee (the only thing I had) was left - it is not worth it!

Disappointing that Hotels.com states parking available nevertheless there is no parking at the hotel.

Your options are:
- leave your car in the free car park and have a 10 minutes walk back to the hotel;
- pay for parking in a nearby car park (you still get a minimum of 5 minutes walk back to the hotel).

Description of properties should be accurate and not induce Customers in taking decisions that are not based on the reality of facts.

The booking was for a room with City View... over to a derelict building.

In the heart of Patra

Central location. No parking at hotel. Pay two blocks or free by the gate 2 at the port for free and walk four blocks. Ask for map at reception. Sunset view at the port is worth the walk. Restaurants, bars and shopping all around the hotel on the walking plaza. Fairly quiet at night. Sometimes live music from nearby bar in the early hours but not bad. Breakfast was okay. Room was okay. Nice sheets. Bathroom was modern decor.

Good hotel - get a room at the back!

This was an interim stop on the way to spend the winter in Crete. It's tricky to find as it is in the middle of a pedestrian precinct! When i called the hotel, the receptionist (who spoke EXCEPTIONAL English) advised us to park on the seafrint... only a few mins walk. Yes it was...
We had a nice room overlooking the pedestian area - however... the music in the bar across the road didn't finish until 2am (on a Monday night?) So I would recommend staying there but ask for a room at the back! The same receptionis also recommended a 'locals' restaurant a couple of blocks away - also very good!
The breakfast at the Mediterranee was excellent with a good variety and should keep everyone happy!

Hotel at City Centre

Almost a month before they inform me that due renovation works they can provide two beds room plus camp bed, instead of three beds room as i booked. On arrival the room was cleaned but too tiny for 3 adults.Front desk lady very pleasant n helpful.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό αλλά επειδή είναι στο κέντρο της Πάτρας καταλαβαίνουμε ότι δεν μπορείς να τα έχεις όλα. Ωστόσο μέσα ο χώρος είναι αρκετά καλαίσθητος και οι ανέσεις των δωματίων εξαιρετικές και μάλιστα για το κόστος της διανυκτέρευσης.

Μικρή διαμονη αλλά άξιζε

Μείναμε 2 ζευγάρια σε 2 δωμάτια για ένα βράδυ. Το δικό μας δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, ειδικά το μπάνιο. Ωστόσο παρα πολύ καθαρός χώρος και ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε το πρωινό που ήταν πλούσιο και είχε πολλές επιλογες! Επίσης, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό!!
