I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this.

The rooms and amenities are very basic. Good for families, although there are 3 pools, there are not many seats so you have to go early to grab a spot and the area gets packed very quickly!

Arrived at the hotel a day late after the airline cancelled our flight and was told the hotel had given our sea view room to another family ( very frustrating) but they sorted another room which turned out to be a better one for us a family of 5.
Very good buffet food, loads of choice and different themes most nights. Loads for kids to do and pirate island was a big hit.
Evening entertainment was always good.
Right on the beach also.
Great family holiday.

Property is in fair conditions, needs renovations and maintenance; this property is good for families with kids. Rooms are ok, bathroom needs ventilation because it gets foggy when you shower. It gets a little noisy sometime, we believe the majority of the noise came from housekeeping moving chairs and beds with no care. Restaurant for breakfast is super good and has a lot of options. The view from the top restaurant is stunning. Beach is walking distance; however, the main attractions and best Calas are far away. Parking is spacious and convenient. The property is very big, be prepared to walk a lot to get to the different amenities. In general, a good experience but not sure if we would stay there again, it’s not great for the price.

Overall pleasant experience. We enjoyed daily activities, delicious food and closeness to the sea. However, few things for hotel to consider: please activate air conditioning at the guest time of arrival, it was super hot and humid and it took few hours to cool off. Also consider front desk to inform about possibility of booking any extra paid activities. We wish we knew this possibility existed and that you have to reserve everything only Monday-Friday. Overall nice property for children and adults. *Note: transport to property has to be prearranged, there is no offered transport within the booking cost.

WARNING!! Arrived to find there was no kids club. The whole point of booking this place was for kids club - as a single parent of an only child this was supposed to be my chance to get to relax a few hours a day knowing my kid was safe and happy playing with other kids.
TV in the room was broken and they didn't send anyone to fix it.
An expensive mistake of a holiday tbh

The staff was very friendly; the rooms and overall resort was very clean. The resort abuts the beach with clear ocean water; it only requires walking down some stairs or ramp. I was only going to stay one night but extended my stay to 4 days. The breakfast buffet was my favorite followed by the lunch buffet. The dinner tasted okay. But overall the all inclusive option is worth it.

Right from day one our holiday was perfect.The rooms were clean and comfortable (only flaw was mattresses were a bit hard) and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
I was impressed at how quickly we were checked in.The lady at the desk was very welcoming.
The food was lovely.Lots of choices and although it seemed busy, the turnover was very quick so always found a table (family of 6!).
The animacion team were brilliant with the children and put lots of effort in with the entertainment. Finally we were very impressed with photographer Symone and his team.They took some superb photos!
We had a great stay, thank you.

The location is fantastic, at a beautiful bay with a lovely beach. The hotel club stretches over a huge area, and everything is kept meticulously clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful; reception staff speak multiple languages!
The breakfast area gets very crowded at certain times, especially when the weather doesn't allow for outside seating. Also the gym was too crowded at times; maybe it should be for adults only to reduce the number of guests in there.

Beautifully positioned hotel with a glorious beach. We were lucky with amazing weather and our room was right next to the beach. It is a large complex with buildings of different ages though everywhere seemed well kept at least externally. We went at a quieter time of year. I can imagine it to be really busy in the summer esp at breakfast, but we had a very good experience. Staff who we encountered were lovely and everywhere was spotless.

Would recommend hotel but avoid Juan!!

Love this hotel for the location (on the beach) and the generally fabulous staff. Food also excellent. Juan in reception is the very notable exception. So rude to the point of menacing. Seems to go out of his way to be unpleasant and unhelpful. Thankfully other reception staff are lovely, but really need to do something about Juan.

Great hotel for the kids - 3 pools, a water park and playground next to the beach. Hotel staff were friendly too. Only disappointing things were outdoor pools weren't heated so were absolutely freezing on the days without sun. And our room didnt feel clean (Room 411) and smelt horrible every day because of the drains that the shower were connected too.

The reception was very good and kindly. the facility for the kids were great. like the pirate pool and the mini disco. the cleaning lady was very nice and cleans our room every morning.
the rooms were very noisy. screaming in the middle of the night in the hallways and neighbours were so loud! they are also smoking in the hallways that we smell in our room and sigarettes in the stairs and the pads.

Wonderful for families

Fantastic stay, clean nicely laid out rooms with good room service. Staff are all amazing, Mini Club & evening entertainment seemed well run. From the photos and descriptions it wasn’t made clear one of the swimming pools (the beautiful one with day beds and massage area) was Age 18+ only therefore we never got use it as have children. This was I have to say incredibly disappointing as the 2 other pools were crowded and no where near as nice. I would recommend however the rooms were noisy and for that reason I wouldn’t return. Food was excellent

Lovely Family hotel with great attractions for both adults and children. Delicious food , something different every day and the most important the big choice for children too. Fantastic Animation Team for children and adults and also great Hotel staff. Definitely would recommend to friends and families and will come back next year. Great location , hotel on the beach , supermarkets next to the hotel. The only downside is that Premium room are to small for adults with kids need some more wardrobes for clothes but if you spend majority of time outside that's shouldn't be a problem.

Lovely clean and spacious hotel but a bit remote

Loved the hotel - great rooms, lovely beach, good food, helpful staff, very clean and stylish BUT it isn't on or near a resort or town so you do have to travel to get into a town, etc. We hadn't really registered the distance to the nearest resort when booking. Santa Eulalia is not nearby even though the address suggests it is. There's nowhere really to have a pre or post dinner wander (apart from the lovely beach and grounds) and only 2 shops near hotel - although both shops very good! Our luggage was lost for 4 days and we were able to get everything we needed including clothes for 6 people (including 2 children and 2 grandparents) in those 2 shops. I would definitely recommend the hotel provided you don't mind being a little out of the way. Also our room was above the pool bar which we didn't mind but some would as it was loud until around 11pm every night - if you are sensitive to noise I would recommend asking for a room in one of the blocks away from the action. You also have use of the sister resort up the hill but we didn't use that at all as everything we wanted was here. Overall a very pleasant stay. Kids LOVED the pools (indoor and out) and splash park/pirate island. Thank you.

Check in process was easy. Receptionist was helpful and friendly.
Room was large and comfortable. We had a view of the pool area. We liked the \"Adults Only\" pool area and the \"Chill Out Zone\". Very relaxing.
There were 2 dining rooms. We liked the lower level better. There was more selection and it was better organized. The upper restaurant-- Marina Restaurant was not as organized and seemed like it was not stocked as well. The coffe machines didn't work.
Few things that could be improved-- The fitness room is terrible. The equipment was dirty, there are no workout towels and some of the equipment is broken. They only had toilet paper and hand sanitizer for cleaning equipment. I think if they are going to have a fitness center the hotel should supply workout towels, cleaning wipes, water, etc.

The best family hotel we have stayed in.

The members of staff (everyone we came into contact with), were hard working, well trained and very professional. They were friendly to us and our little 3 year old. They took the time to talk to us and greet, every morning. They even remembered our names. Impressive, when you consider that there must have been over 2,000 staying at the Hotel.

Special mention goes to Ivan, Pablo and Alonzo, who were exceptional.

The facilities were modern, clean and set up for families. Our little man, who get bored very quickly, was NEVER bored. There were distraction, pools, toys, climbing........everything.

The Hotel is in the most beautiful setting with views out over the Med, what a place to sit and have breakfast in the morning. A memory to get me through my working days until the next time we visit.

I noticed that some criticised the hotel on Trip Advisor. I can not begin to imagine why. My only comment, if you are using it for busiiness, a word of advise, this hotel is set up for families fun.

My 9 year old son really enjoyed joining in with the kids club events, the kids club staff were all really good with the kids. Plenty to do at the hotel all the staff are friendly and welcoming. This is a hotel for people from all over Europe with just the right amount from each country.

A fabulous and splendid experience. Very friendly and warm staffs, they greet you each moment they see you and keep you informed of evening activities. Restaurant has a very nice sea view where you can enjoy buffet meals with plenty of options. Reception is very polite and ready to help at any occasion you ask for. Restaurant manager was just awesome in greeting every time you enter and keeps you informed of cuisine and specialities. He extends his help if you are willing to explore anything about ibiza

Good hotel for a family holiday

The hotel is in a quiet area, right next to a beach: you don't need to cross any roads to get to the beach. So good for families with small children.

I took the \"all inclusive\" deal. The quality and variety of food was good, and they tried to introduce some variety by having a \"theme\" each evening. The staff were remarkably efficient in refilling food, and in clearing tables: even though the dining was very busy indeed, I never had to wait for food and did not once see any untidy tables.

I had a single room. It was rather small and there was no balcony. But it was clean and comfortable, and (important for me) the air conditioning worked very efficiently.

My one annoyance was with internet. I was told that it should be available throughout the hotel. I had to pay 15 euros (for up to 7 days, an OK price). But there was no connection in my room, the signal was too weak. When I asked them to look into this, reception staff just told me \"normally it should work\". They did not ask for any technical person to look into it. Later, I tried for internet in the reception area and it did not work there either. When I complained again they gave me my money back. I got the impression that this was because it involved less work to do that than to get someone to fix the problem. That was rather annoying. However, apart from that, the staff were generally helpful and efficient.

We booked at the hotel because of the adult pool facilities. We'd booked 2 premium rooms, expecting them to be near the adult pool area.
We were first put into standard rooms - which were very grotty, and smelt musty.
We were moved to premium rooms, but the quieter rooms had all gone, and one of our rooms looked right out onto the children's play pool. Noisy and not private.
We ended up being moved to the hotel next door, Cala Blanca, with beautiful sea view rooms.
This took over 2 hours, and wasted the first afternoon.

Old hotel, with low maintenance but huge infrastructure. Beach was extremely dirty, full of garbage with no service. Indoor pool is way too small to host so many people. Our room when arriving has air conditioning broken, closet hanger was broken and instead of allowing 4 to sleep, was arranged only for 2. Extremely Disappointing.

Lovely place. An island in the island.

Hotel is located at the end of the island, far from Ibiza city. The good place for a familiar vacation better if with kids.
Food it's OK but not excelent.
It has a privad beach in a lovely bay.
Room are austere bu considering that you spend all the time in the beach or swimming pool it doesn't matter.
Hotel employers are friendly. They offer animation also for children.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem abgelegeneren Bungalow mit ca 3 weiteren Familien. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortable Betten, ruhig, direkt am Meer. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren von dem Essen nicht durchgehend überzeugt.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter Anfang September dort und uns hat sehr, dass wir am Pool immer Liegen bekommen haben. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Da es mehrere Pools gibt, verteilt sich der Trubel und es war nie überfüllt.
Das Buffet war immer sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Etwas störend war das Wasser, dass immer nach Chlor geschmeckt hat, wir haben uns Flaschen im kleinen Laden neben dem Hotel gekauft. Einen Kühlschrank gab es ja auf dem Zimmer.
Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, die Wege sind nicht ohne, immer mit Treppen oder sehr bergig.
Der Strandabschnitt ist traumhaft schön.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Nous avons aimé la chambre, c'était propre, moderne et fonctionnel. L'hôtel au-dessus de la plage c'est magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil et fait beaucoup d'efforts pour s'adresser aux clients dans leur langue. Il y a juste à côté un petit magasin et une agence de location de voitures ce qui est très pratique.
En revanche, nous avons été moins convaincus par le lieu très isolé, impossible d'aller se promener à pied quelque part. Il n'y a rien autour. Il faut absolument louer une voiture pour voir la beauté de cette île. L'option tout inclus est peu qualitative, boissons et nourriture nous ont un peu déçus. Le restaurant fait bas de gamme et les plats ne sont pas de qualité. Heureusement qu'on peut manger dehors car à l'intérieur c'est horrible : un bruit, une luminosité et une odeur de cantine... Le mieux est le 2eme petit restaurant snack en haut où la vue est magnifique, il y a moins de choix mais on y est mieux.
La plage est magnifique mais beaucoup de place prise par des transats payants, dommage. Les piscines sont sympas, surtout la piscine réservée aux adultes où on a facilement trouvé un transat. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais on voit beaucoup de gens réserver leur place en mettant les serviettes. L'hôtel n'a pas l'air de faire quoique ce soit pour cela malgré les pancartes qui l'interdisent.
Conclusion, c'était pas mal mais selon moi un peu isolé et nourriture à améliorer.

Groot resort met mooi aangelegde tuin met diverse hotelgebouwen. Wel veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Het adults only zwembad was daarom een uitkomst. Zou prettig zijn ook deel van het restaurant en kamers adults only te maken (wij hadden een kamer boven een luidruchtig gezin van 3/4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen)!
T restaurant was prima, veel keuze en heerlijk eten.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhigere Lage, direkt am Strand mit Meerblick. Nach einem Tag mit dem Auto von Bucht zu Bucht oder Ibiza Stadt war es immer sehr angenehm \"nach Hause\" zu kommen. Im Hotel war immer etwas los, wenn man noch Unterhaltung möchte oder man geht noch auf ein Gläschen Sangria an den Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

BELLA POSIZIONE SUL MARE E L'ANIMAZIONE CON MINICLUB PER I BAMBINI E' IL TOP.
Peccato perché alcune zone della struttura avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento. Alloggiavo nella zona Cala Nova ma il mobilio e gli interni della stanza avrebbero bisogno di un bel restyling. Il buffet è molto grande e vario con prodotti senza lattosio e glutine.

De accommodatie is erg ruim op gezet en is heel massaal. Het ontbijt is erg karig qua keuze. Doordat het hotel heel druk is blijken mensen in de nacht nauwelijks rekening met elkaar te houden. Rond 3,4 en 5 uur heel veel lawaai. In de omgeving zijn slechts 2 restaurants.

Hôtel idéal pour les adeptes du tourisme de masse

Points positifs: l’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel très bien entretenu avec belles végétations. De plus, il est situé en bord de plage avec accès direct à celle-ci. Spectacles le soir ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’on est avec des enfants.
Pour le reste, la propreté de la chambre laisse clairement à désirer: odeur de renfermé dès que l’on ouvre la porte, insonorisation inexistante ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe (voisins ds chambre, femmes de ménage, bruit extérieur). Miroir de la salle de bain maculé de traces de rouille, moisissures sur le carrelage de la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit, traces sous le lit qui n’ont pas été nettoyées du début à la fin de notre séjour de 3 nuits. Pour ce qui est de la literie elle est de très mauvaise qualité, impossible de dormir matelas et traversin très durs (pas d’oreillers).
Plus généralement, sentiment d’être dans un hôtel usine qui brasse des centaines de touristes avec un bruit incessant notamment au restaurant qui bien qu’il soit pourvu d’une très belle vue, ne brille pas non plus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée.
Pour finir, wifi payant dans les chambres…

Hotel familiar junto a playa pequeña

Es un hotel muy grande, con espacios para niños y adultos, actividades y bonitas vistas. Le hace falta un poco de reforma y más empleados en el comedor, había momentos que se quedaban sin platos y con muchas mesas para limpiar con clientes esperando para sentarse, los empleados eran muy rápidos y atentos, pero eran pocos para tantos clientes. El segundo día se terminó la Nutella en el desayuno y no volvieron a tener los cuatro días después que estuvimos, a los niños les encanta y no entendimos que no pusieran más. El personal es muy amable y atento. La ubicación junto a una pequeña playa muy bonita.

Olor en la habitación tóxico e insoportable

El hotel está correcto, pero tienen un problema de olores en las habitaciones muy grave. Nos tuvieron que cambiar una noche porque el olor era tan fuerte que era hasta peligroso. No era un pequeño olor, era como si estuvieras dentro de una alcantarilla. Era como tóxico

Hotel fermé... transfert au Cala Verde, cest la grosse arnaque.
Le complexe fonctionne à moitié ou en panne comme la piscine l'île aux Pirates.
Les produits sont en ruptures en tout inclus... le prix payé pour le Cala Blanca est sur évalué pour le Cala Verde. Un conseil annuler si possible, car avec le Covid rien n'est ouvert sur l'île. La restauration n'est pas varié et répétitive, mais bon.
Pour les meilleurs chambres la clientèle locale est privilégiée le week-end... alors arrivé un lundi ou jeudi. Ne pas venir avant 2022...

Prima hotel met veel faciliteiten, meerdere zwembaden en mooie plek aan de kust. Personeel erg vriendelijk, leuk animatieteam met mooie shows. Kamer netjes, wat klein maar alles aanwezig. Ontbijt best uitgebreid, maar wel elke dag hetzelfde en niet echt van nu.....ook de eetzaal mag wel een make over.

Frühstück bis 12h war super! Sehr nettes Personal.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, man kann der Unterhaltung im nachbarzimmer ohne Probleme folgen, somit leider eingeschränkte Privatsphäre

Die WC Anlage beim Pool sollte öfter kontrolliert werden, da vor allem Kinder auch nass hingehen uns somit am Nachmittag alles schwimmt.
