Ideal location next to Old Trafford with a tram stop just over the road.
Staff were very helpful during our stay for the marathon.
Front reception was welcoming.
Rooms were a good size with a fridge which was handy.
Bathroom could do with an update but was fine for our two night stay.
Would stay again

Had running water from a drain outside our window for our 2 night stay. Was awful. Staff were very unhelpful and could not change us to a different room. Ruined our weekend as we did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Asked for refund and were told no. Awful customer service and awful experience. Also had food in the restaurant that was terrible.

Poor. Shower was hanging off, water appears to come straight from the earths core at 100000 degrees and whatever you do, do not put shampoo in your hair as the shower has the power of a dead donkey!

We had asked for a quiet room but we were placed next to the wedding venue. Noise from the party until midnight then noise until 2am from the staff clearing up!

Good location for O2 Victoria warehouse, decent stay. Not the warmest of welcomes from reception, but most of check in is done online thankfully. Comfy stay, comfy bed, good sized room. Little noisy from road traffic, the windows weren’t to beat. Nice bar area and restaurant. Very over priced, but it was super busy in Manchester that day, and everywhere bumped prices up. Have stayed before and would stay again

Breakfast was more than adequate and a large selection of produce.

Only negative point was that the room was very hot through the night despite all the windows being opened.

The welcome was ok. But we had to tell the about the toilets and the TV was not working. Staff came but was giving us all the excuses. When we ask to change the rooms the staff member said we are 100% booked but he will try and get us to change room the next day. We came late afternoon and asked about the change of room the same staff turn round and said he does not no anything and when i reminded that it was himself who was going to make the arrangements. He just said - \"i reported the matter and he has not received any thinking from the naintainance and there is nothing he can do\". Poor service and poor accommodation.

I appreciate the hotel is being refurbished but it currently is not 5*. Extra notes on Expedia booking not sent to hotel. Bathroom very tired condition. Room noisy and hot - no temp control. Offered a complementary drink as mentioned disappointment - house wine, lager, beer or soft drink … but no house wine available. I could go on! Positively … lovely comfortable bed, free safe parking, good breakfast and some friendly staff. This was our 3rd or 4th visit … won’t stay again until refurb completed.

Checked in early to see if the room was ready without a charge, was charged £10 which is fine, but was only made aware of this charge when key had already been provided, especially when the link sent and selected early check in was less than £10- unsure why the link is sent if the price was different?

We were woken up by loud noises which sounded like drilling, unsure if it was construction or pipes but it was very loud which did unsettle us.

Bathroom needs some work, very dated. Hot tap didn’t always work and floor tiles were cracked.

Otherwise, nice and close to amenities, comfy bed and parking is free of charge which is challenging to find in Manchester.

The check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The room was very tired and in need of renovation. The hotel looks to be currently in the process of updating. Just unfortunate I had an older room. The bedroom area was generally clean. The bathroom whilst having been cleaned needed attention from a renovation point of view. The bar area was clean and the staff friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and reasonable priced. Room was clean and comfortable and a good size. The only downside was that I booked it 30min before I arrived, and whilst the room rate was good, Expedia wanted to charge £47 as an extra for breakfast. The hotel charge £11.95 if you book when you arrive, or £15.95 on the morning, if you decide at the last minute. In summary don’t let Expedia con you!!
