room was spotless, staff lovely and overall an amazing stay i loved the fact that there was a coffee machine on every floor and tea bags but the one thing which annoyed us the most wa that we could hear people talking next door and everytime the shower went on or a toilet flushed from the rooms either side we could hear it which was irritating and woke me up a few times but overall we had a fabulous stay bed was huge and comfortable and the room was beautiful and quirky.

Hotel is superbly situated in the city centre. It is clean, modern and spotless. Really good, helpful staff. And as good a buffet breakfast as I have had anywhere - delicious. Only negative for me was that my room was equipped with two small single beds - the bed was too small to be totally comfortable and I did not sleep particularly well. However I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in the heart of manchaster, near by of the oxnard road train station, from where you easly reach the airport. The rooms weren't that big but more then enough for a short stay in manchester. I would always book it again and recommend it.

Clean room, lovely bathroom room with toiletries. Room has all you need like mirrors and plugs and nice bedding and towels. Location is amazing and at night they lock the doors so very safe. Free coffee and there’s a good bar downstairs. Helpful staff who held our bags before our train home for us so we could enjoy the city. Always stay here when we visit

Booked a premier king room with city centre view. Was one floor one - looked out onto concrete and air con units - room was dark and depressing. Expedia said rooms had a desk - we did not have this . We asked to be moved to what we had actually paid for and was told no as hotel was full.
Shame as the staff were first class, bar, restaurant were first class. Drinks stations on each floor were really good. Room just let it down. Made me feel quite depressed

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Loved the spanish eggs, sausages and pastries. We liked the modern decour and hanging seats, access to a good bar. The shower was powerful and hot and the room had a modern layout.
I didnt like the coffee machine in the corridor, it was the worst coffee i have experienced and it was cold. Please put good coffee facilities in the room. The coffee downstairs was ok. My suggestion would be to partner with starbucks or costa.A fridge in the riom would also enhance the stay.
The noise from the homless camp on the road we could see from the hotel was terrible. This also made the view awful.This needs to be addressed by the local council as it really does impact your business. The stay was saved by Sux by Nico which was incredible.

I stayed at YOTEL Deansgate Manchester and was quite disappointed. The staff at check-in were really impolite and made me feel unwelcome from the start. The breakfast was terrible and definitely not worth it. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and feels quite new. However, the sound isolation is poor, Icould hear people talking in other rooms, which made it hard to relax. Overall, not a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, the price for what we got was simply unacceptable, easily no breakfast included. Pictures give you the impression you are staying in a really stylish comfortable hotels. The plug points were so confusing and struggled to figure out combination of what needed to be turned on at same time to make it work. Lack of no staff greeting you, being able to help. Layout also is unsafe stubbed toe on pointed metal step. Bed sheets had marks on them. Lack of any staff to complain to with rushed checking out.
