Suite was spacious, nice view and great location. Downside was the smell in the suite was fishy. Has all basic amenities. Would just improve on cleanliness of bedding as did need to have duvet replaced and making sure no weird smells.

The room was not clean (food left in the fridge) so that the room smelt when we arrived. Whilst we swapped rooms, my sister was staying in the same hotel and paying the same price for a normal room (whereas we had paid for a suite) which was much bigger, lighter and newer spec.

We were on the first floor so you couldn’t open the window without hearing the traffic from outside and also smelling weed.

We complained again at the front desk, but still were not offered a refund - beyond disappointing for the price the hotel charged.

Issue with 1 bathroom. Pungent smell and both bathroom extractor fans were not working. When asked they didn’t fix and parking space was terrible for SUV it was almost unable to park at first night given space

Big apartment. Quiet on the higher floor except for neighbours. Most apartment amenities were available, good water pressure and drainage. Would be good to have more hooks to hang towels, as well as kitchen paper towel.

We stayed here because our son moved into an apartment nearby. Northern Quarter is a great location, plenty of shops and bars and close to Arndale shopping centre. The staff on reception were really helpful. The apartment itself was ideal, 2 bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen, allowing us to have tea and coffee the next morning, there was even fresh milk in the fridge! Great views too - we were on the 14th floor. Only word of caution is the car park - spaces are very tight

Stayed with my two teenaged boys for two nights and three days. Lots of space with two bedrooms, full kitchen, huge balcony and laundry. Apartment was clean and well finished. Great location and would definitely recommend.

It’s was just good enough. No window in the second bedroom, and gets very warm - there’s no aircon. Bath filler to shower valve was stuck and couldn’t switch between the two, shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so had to hold it whilst showering and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. All annoying little things that mean it was just meh. Good size of rooms and actually seating for four individuals.

Excellent 4 night stay

Excellent 4 night stay here. We booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite which was super spacious and very clean. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook/eat in if we wanted, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Location is very convenient - 12 min walk from Piccadilly station where we came in to, and very close to Piccadilly Gardens for trams and buses. Also loads of shopping around the corner.
There is construction work going on so a bit of noise from that during the day but you should be out exploring Manchester, not sitting in your hotel right?
We would stay here again for sure.

Apartment was really lovely, very well equipped. Comfy beds, fabulous balcony. Slight issue with the shower head in en suite bathroom squirting water however eventually realised it just needed tightened.
External cleaning staff however were not courteous over busy checkout time and were prioritising themselves over guests with the one working lift in the priority. We ended up walking down 13 flights of stairs with all our luggage and 2 children.

We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before.
I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park.
We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly.

A wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very much it was still very handy. I was also able to leave my bag with them after check out so I didn’t have to take it with me whilst I went shopping and pick it up later with no issues. If there’s ever another concert I go to at AO arena I’ll be sure to book here again :)

Clean and practical property

It was a last minute reservation due to an airplane cancelation and the aparthotel was a practical choice for our family. The room was tidy and nicely updated, also, the view from the room was nice. Minimum utensils were provided. The warm water turned cold while showering, but it was not too big of a problem for us. The room was clean. Convenient location for grocery shopping, Cafe, restaurants and such. We would surely stay at this property again if we ever visited the city center area in future.

The beds at this hotel are way to small. Every morning we woke up around 7:30-8 with a LOT of slamming of the doors and the noise was so loud, it was not one time but again and again. Cleaning ladies talking and laughing. We never once could sleep to ten and we were so looking forward for our rest but no.

Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book again.

Nice hotel but too noisy for me

The hotel was clean, room spacious and has easy access to transport but bed was small and very noisy area. There is a bar on the Ground Floor and you can hear the loud music from the first floor. It was extremely loud and it went on until midnight! The room is not sound proof.

Well I was only staying there 3 nights but I don't think I would stay there again. VERY Noisy. I like to sleep with the window open which unfortunately lets in even more noise but having them closed makes it very stuffy. Also, for anyone thinking of staying there, apparently you need to Request room service if you want your room cleaned.

Two small lifts, one that wasn’t working. The working lift was slow. I was on the 18th floor with no chance of moving to a lower one.
Neighbours seemed to be constantly cooking a pungent meal - the smell seeped into my room.

Overall a dissapointing stay. The rooms were not like the images advertised on the page. Instead of windows floor to ceiling, which looked spacious, we had small windows in cramped bedrooms. The TV didnt work in one room, the bathrooms were dirty and tired looking and the sofa was small and stained. The apartment overall was in need of repair. The lamp didnt work in one bedroom and the bathrooms smelt badly. In fact there was a bad odor in the whole apartment. The balcony was very small and covered in letter and cigarette butts. The overall building was noisy and in my view not suitable for children due to the location being a bit rowdy at night.

We stayed for one night. Close to arndale car park, right round the corner from shopping centre. Easy tram access. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Check in/out was quick and easy. Staff were nice and polite. There was building works but didn’t start until around 10AM so wasn’t an issue for us.

We ended up here after a mix up with another property so we were delighted to find this property had everything we'd wanted. Centrally located with grocery shops nearby. There is a bar downstairs and the flat is fully equipped with everything you'd need.

Would definitely stay here again when in Manchester.

The apartment and its location was excellent, but their biggest asset is the staff. Impressive customer care, they were friendly, informative & genuinely wanted to make sure you had a good stay. The taxi they ordered us was delayed, they called to chase it then eventually hailed a black cab to make sure we weren’t late, & next morning asked if we’d had a good night, these touches make a difference. Apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish & had an amazing view. First time i’ve ever contacted anywhere in advance to make a request, which they were happy to fulfill. Thanks!

Not what I thought it would be

Staff was really nice, the apartment was not as clean as I would have hoped (it was dusty and there was hair in the toilet) but what was really upsetting is that covid rules were not followed or enforced. No one rather than us was wearing a mask, staff or guests. There were signs about it on the lift but not even the staff was wearing masks.

Booked for 2 nights, apartment was nice and big and clean. But the other people staying in other rooms was very loud, first night we could hear people throwing glasses or bottles off the balcony with loud music and could smell weed the second night there was a party going on our floor the police came in the end but didn’t get hardly any sleep with doors banging loud music and a lot of screaming girls and could also smell weed again, am not one to complain but it was a bad experience, shame really that a few people can spoil it as was a nice place
