Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab.

The stay was nice, unfortunately on the first morning both showers in the property were not working. I called the reception and they were able to move us to anothwr room. This process was completed fairly quickly but was a disruption to our morning. We were also informed the shower issue was a known issue which was a bit disappointing. Overall though the stay was nice. The rooms were clean and well equiped and the location was excellent.

If you’re visiting in spring / summer and the weather is nice, it will be very noisy on the street below as the apartment is situated on a pedestrianised street full of tables for the customers of the various bars. Tends to get cleared away 1030 / 1100pm so not a disaster but worth noting

Our stay was lovely, we were running late for an event we were heading too and we couldn’t figure out where the hotel was. We rang them up and said we were having trouble finding where it was and a lovely man came out to assist us. My partner parked the car in the arndale and the man(totally forgot his name) helped me to the hotel and up to my room with all the baggage. The room was very clean and good standard, it is literally like breakfast in bed as you step out of bed and your oven is in front of you. It was a quick and easy check out too. One thing that was never said on the booking was you have to pay £200 deposit on arrival for any damages, this is refunded back to you if no damages.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Cancelled my accomodation a day before my trip leaving me with no other affordable alternative. Cancelled due to my postcode which I find very descriminatory. Their apartments are situated inside a residential block which could be awkward. Therefore, there is NO front desk and you'll have to notify them before checking-in. There is also NO on-site parking. The member of staff tried to charge us £15 for parking in a nearby public car park, which in fact was only £10 per day - don't be fooled.

Great location. Mattress needs changing and bed feels like its gona fall through. Basic furniture and bad tv reception. Forgot jewelry in room wanted to go back in and get it but staff named Ahmed on phone was terribly rude, and not helpful. Was told staff at reception could not access floor again, this was a clear lie as i did, the guy at reception let me in, i collected my jewelry and was on my way. Why not try to assist guest? Lady who checked us in was polite and did appologise. Location is good, but for price paid, there are many other options with alot more comfy furniture.

I stayed in a flat for 5 days. It had everything I needed (fridge, hob, oven, wadhing machine,iron etc) and was spotless. The staff were very nice and gave me an early check-in. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that there's a 200 hundred pound deposit which I learned about AFTER making the booking. My booking didn't have free cancellation so it I didnt have 200 pounds to spare for a few days I would've lost my money. Luckily I did and the money was quickly refunded. I would go back there again if I'm ever in Manchester.

This is my first time booking an apartment over a hotel room and I was very pleased indeed; and I am fussy ! Having looked at a number of properties on hotels.com, we decided to give this apartment a try; we were so pleased we did. The apartment is only a few mins stroll to Piccadilly gardens so that was a bonus. After boooking, we contacted the number we were issued with and arranged our check in time; this was effortless. When we arrived at 3pm, we were greeted by a friendly lady who took us to the apartment. Both the building, lifts and general building is immaculate. The apartment itself was spotless, so much so that we are already planning a return visit. We stayed in the one bed on the 7th floor. The whole building was lovely and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal from home ; again immaculately clean. The tv in the living room and bedroom areas were a great size. The bedroom itself was much,much bigger than the standard double bedroom. Again, beautifully decorated and nice and fresh. The bathroom could be reached either en suite or from a door adjacent to the kitchen. Again, the bathroom was well equipped, immaculately clean and had a fantastic shower ( with great water pressure ) and bath. The addition of some toiletries was a bonus. The towels were also lovely and fresh. Please can I take the opportunity to thank quayside for such a pleasant stay; keep up the fantastic work. For people who book, please enjoy your stay.

Great location. Booked for 3 nights, much cheaper than equivalent hotels nearby and much more spacious. Open plan living and kitchen area with large windows, spacious bedroom, en suite with shower and bath. We were met by a very friendly Fatima who showed us to the apartment and explained everything to us. Everything was brand new and immaculately clean. Well equipped - even had toiletries, tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. Would definitely stay again.
