Best breakfast, helpful staffs, easy parking.
Patricia Thomas
The staff and management were very pro and helpful. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name at the counter, quality human being. Would use the hotel again!
Tracy
I liked everything about it. Staff was cool. Breakfast was great family love that easy access to restaurants easy access to the freeway all in all, it was a very great state. Thank you, staff.
rachel
The rooms need work! The tub was dirty old rusty , even though the the area was a bit shady didn't mean you should Not keep ROOMS In excellent CONDITION ,and desk checkin man should keep his opinions to himself , THE DOOR SEEM DAMAGED HAD A BENT LOOK , but I had an ideal by the low rating it has. But in these few remarks it's noT that bad like a 1.5/5 , the surroundings lowered the rate mainly

This is a rundown hotel. The bathroom shower didn't work, and the curtain was falling.
Sarai
Room was very dirty, roaches in the bathroom and bedsheets were stained with an orange/brown suspicious substance.
amenities were unable to be used, pool was extremely dirty. Bugs, hair, dirty were covering the entire surface of the pool.
staff was nice and understood our concerns so they were able to refund our booking.

Is near several restaurants n stores. Walking distance.
Rickel
It was too dirty. Nasty really. Like they need to deep clean it. Wash the walls and stuff.
Cindy
The managers were very helpful.
Paul
Would have given 5 stars but the pool never had towels and parking was hard to find after 8pm. The check in staff were amazing and funny made the long drive feel better and safe. Maybe more towels for the double bed rooms and definitely some for the pool area and this place totally thee best in the area.

Bugs, bathtubs peeling and cracking, unwilling to refund. It's unfortunate this is listed as a \"hotel\" it's not.
Suzanne
current room courteous staff
Maria
It's good for the price we paid. It's dated. The rooms were semi-clean. Worn carpet. One of the beds was unusable. The mattress was very old.
Edgar
This was a ok place of your in and out of the area. Staff was so so and key card didn’t work half the time.
basil
Very shady place.
Megan
The room was dirty, some of the outlets didn’t work, the bathroom was nasty. The bathroom walls had drip lines all over the walls around the toilet was dirty and the tub was very worn. The mattresses were terrible. They were so worn out that they had a permanent slope to them. I was fighting rolling of the bed all night because it was so sloped.
Kristen
The property from the front looks nice, everything behind the front office is questionable. There are people living in their cars on the back end of the hotel, people appeared to be living in the hotel long term. It was not a comfortable experience, the inside is old and rundown.
Beto
We had a great time.
Gabriel
It was very nice for the price.

Todo esta limpio lo unico es que las camas son full, muy pequeñas para 2 personas
Stella
Such a nice friendly place. The breakfast buffet had many options and it was very good. The staff at check in and around the lobby made us feel comfortable. The shower pressure was amazingly amazing lol! I always stay at a Hilton or Marriott but this time I chose this hotel because it was closer to my family. I was pleasantly surprised at the space and comfort. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. They clean rooms every 3 days. Some staff were courteous others not so good. Int reservations called for a handicap room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a sofa bed. I ended up with the 1 king bed, a chair I asked for a roll-away bed, they had none available so my care giver had to sleep on the floor, no carpet and they gave her two blankets and a pillow. The bed was lumpy and sleeping was not good.
Sandrra
The location was perfect for our activities! The room and grounds needs a little TLC. We did encounter 2 cockroaches in our bathroom area!!! The breakfast could use a little variety. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have been a nice change and maybe some sweet rolls/bread.
Valeria
Good choice
Kelsey
It’s purely for a bed and shower. You are not here for comfort or luxury. I saw used condoms on the ground. Spiderwebs on the stairs. I never had my room cleaned or trashed emptied. I dunno if it was a call for it or what. Mystery stains on the walls maybe mold who knows. Toilet clogged and they did come up and help fix that. Breakfast they lock the front doors so you have to enter a side door. Pretty sure a homeless couple were there taking hoards of food. They hogged the waffle maker and spilled their multiple coffee cups as they made their escape. Heck the male tried to take the crumb tray!! Parking didn’t feel safe or secure. ESP with the dirt lot next door. Again. This is just a cheap simple hotel. Also no elevators.

Catfish of a property. I am not sure why majority of the reviews on this hotel were positive. I understand you get what you pay for, but this stay was just bad. The area around the property gets sketchy at night. My stay was supposed to be 3 nights, but I checked out just after one. The room was poor. There were cigarette burns in the floor, paint feeling from the walls. The bathroom had mold. Towels had a weird smell. The entire room just felt dirty and gross. Beds were uncomfortable and the AC was loud and had a odor. I did not eat the free breakfast, however I did pass by it. The women restocking the bread did not have on any gloves. Pool did look \"clean\" did not use. Staff was nice, I will give them that. Save your money.
Vanessa
This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby looks like it's literally falling apart, with missing ceiling tiles scattered throughout. The parking lot felt sketchy, with people loitering around the back and an overall unsafe, uncomfortable vibe.
The room itself looked like something straight out of a sleazy 90s motel scene. To make matters worse, the guests in the room next door were loud enough to make the experience even more unpleasant.
Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The carpets were covered in strange pink and purple stains, and sections of carpet were completely missing near the bathroom. The nightstands were sticky and stained, and there was a chair and foot rest in the room that were also covered in mysterious marks. Honestly, we were afraid to put any of our belongings on the room's surfaces until we had thoroughly sanitized everything ourselves.
The bathroom was by far the worst part. The shower head was so heavily calcified that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bath mat was peeling up from the floor, exposing brown adhesive underneath, which was both unsightly and unsanitary.
What makes this even more frustrating is the price. We paid $103 for a single night and were also charged a $100 deposit. For over $200 upfront, this place is nowhere near acceptable. The condition of the property is embarrassing, and it feels like management has completely given up on basic maintenance, cleanliness, and guest comfort.

Awesome stay! Breakfast and all
Montel
They treated me very well helped me with a couple of issues and made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as I could’ve ever asked for! They genuinely deserve 10 stars, but I can only give them five! They made a special occasion with my daughter very special! Highly recommend
David
The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice. There was a cockroach in the bathroom in the kitchen area
Justin
Acceptable motel, but there was a roach and spider in the room. Breakfast is good.
Shawn
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very large and ADA friendly.
Wendy
The staff were really nice and helpful. Any questions or concerns were dealt with right away. Ease of access and the room was very clean. The room did need quite a bit of maintenance done as our toilet lid was loose and a few other things were broken. And sadly one of the boilers had broken down a day before due to high winds leaving us with no hot water during the day and majority of the night. But overall the hotel was in a perfect spot with good lighting at night and lovely breakfast included in the morning. Would definitely stay here again and do recommend for a quick weekend stay
Sofia
The room was clean but the parking was limited.
Monica
The TV didn't work. No hot water. No one came to fix any of it. Staff refused to provide an alternate room. There was a huge gaping dent in the middle of the bed. It was obvious that the door had previously been kicked open as it was hanging on only the top part of the hinge. The phone charging outlet in the headboard was of some foreign circuitry that it rapidly drained my phone rather than charged it as soon as I plugged it in.
This place is another dimension. Next stop, the Twilight Zone.

This Quality Inn your basic, no frills accommodation that looks like it could use some sprucing up. Apparently the present owners are looking to sell the property so any improvements would be borne by the new owners. The room has a single king bed (comfy), air conditioning (worked well keeping the room at a comfy temp), a bathroom (with shampoo and conditioner), vanity (with blow dryer, coffee maker), wardrobe (with clothes hangers, iron and ironing board), fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a lounge area with an easy chair. Basic amenities. Room is spacious but carpet is worn in areas. The bath tub and shower head looks like someone tried to do a botched repair job. The shower works which is a plus. Breakfast is meh but better than nothing. Parking is free (another plus) and plentiful. There is a pool (another plus) but I didn’t use it. Location is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. Essentially, it’s your basic inn with no frills.

There was a major shower leak that they wanted us to ignore. It sounded like someone was showering. I had to ask for a full refund which I’m still waiting for it to show on my credit card since they did not have any rooms available.

The parking was not good, we couldn’t fin any spot close to the room, no à big problem, but the bath tube was in not good condition, it was peeling off but instead fix it, they cover with something, it was the only thing I didn’t like, breakfast was ok.The room was clean.

Always a pleasure staying there. I go for business couple times a month and always stay there. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Property is a little older so not easy to get really clean. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly and accommodating. I recommend putting your things away each day. We had some clothing taken with the dirty towels and they were unable to find it. They did nothing to help.
Andre
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re at home. Also in an awesome area of downtown. Riverside staff is very polite and respectful.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower handle fell off when I tried to turn it on, and the bathtub appeared to be old.

Everything was in good order. The room was clean, the breakfast was more than sufficient. The area was a little noisy being that it was a main street. The grounds needed cleaning which did happen while I was at the facility. The only thing if I had to say wasn't to my standard was the shower. The water wasn't hot enough...
Esmeralda
Breakfast is always great. The check in staff was great. He made sure I was in a room close to office since I was traveling alone. Very accommodating

Staff were great . Property and area were meh.loud neighbors kept me up most of the night. Probably should’ve researched more ; but was literally there for an in and out situation. Wouldn’t book there again, though :-/
Ruben
Breakfast is best, hot water, air conditioner is excellent and yes room is clean not prefect but its comfortable to sleep
Rose
It was a quick stay just to have a place to sleep overnight. It was fair enough for the price of the room. Although, the occupants next room has their door open and I can hear the baby crying in the hallway for quite some time but I was too tired, I just want to have a place to lay on.
Gail
I feel that my stay could have been better, minus the fighting all night and kids running up and down the walkway, and waking up to roaches in my food and on a nightstand, I had to throw everything away, and they only discounted one day off of my stay, which it should’ve been the whole thing paid for by them, and the only reason why I checked into that hotel because they had a seven star review, and it was close to family!
Gerard
This hotel never dissapoints. Staff is attentive, friendly and the facility is always very ean.
The free breakfast is top of the line.
I will keep coming back during my travels.

After I checked in, I visited the pool which was uncleaned and full of debris. Upon returning to my room, there was a maintenance worker inside that startled me. The manager called and apologized. I tried to take a shower and the water that came out smelled like sewage. Then I noticed the black mold on the walls in the bathroom. I should’ve checked out immediately, but I had a work function to attend. Returning later in the evening, I was met by several cockroaches on the walls and one on the bed. I almost never leave reviews, but this hotel is an actual public health hazard.
Joseph
Bugs in the bathroom. Weird vent in the shower. Bed was ok. Tv didnt work need to sign in.
