Breakfast was pretty bad, staff was not attentive to make sure hot food available at all times waited a good 15 min after i told them food trays empty . Also cups for coffee weren't ready available one of my worse breakfast experiences. Also was not secured the room i reserved i even called ahead same day of checking to make sure my 2 bed suite with w queens and 1 king was not available when i arrived. 2 if my guests had a terrible night sleep on sofa ben bc of that. I dont think I'll be back here.

The room had a bad odor coming from the bathroom. It smelled almost like something was backed up. When I attempted to use the dishwasher the lights would flicker in the kitchen and the machine wouldn't start. One of the lights in sitting area wouldn't work. Finally, I asked for my room to be switched to one having a bathtub, and the person at the front desk said they were going to call when the new room became available, however, i never received a call.

At 4a.m the smoke alarm went off I called front desk and nobody knew why they were sounding. A couple of minutes went by and we smelt smoke then I called front desk again, and they sent security upstairs and the hallway and there was some smoke. We don’t know what happened and we were not comfortable. Also the bedroom phone was not connected and no way to see how to connect it.
At 8:30 in the morning we went down to serve breakfast and there was no eggs, potatoes, nor bacon not even plates. I brought it to the attention to front desk. Also in the bedroom there was no iron to iron the clothes and we had to wait finally we to front desk to get one.

I am writing to say I was pleasantly surprised by the great service, cleanliness and size of the suite that we were able to stay in. Pricing was also great!
However, I am writing to you so that you are well aware of an uncomfortable situation we faced. There was another person in our group that was never waned that someone would be working on the air unit in her room. She was taken by surprise and did not feel comfortable. We noticed later that day (approx. 12:30pm) the same person servicing her room made his way to the pool area with 3 beers as our young preteen girls made use of the pool. He moved into the BBQ area once a few men from our group showed up. In the BBQ area the same man along with a few others that joined proceeded to smoke marijuana and drink. Although you can classify none of this as against the law...I think that this was very unprofessional. It created a level of uncomfortableness returning to our rooms. Workers/companies utilized to serve your rooms should not be allowed to consume alcohol or smoke anything that could alter their behavior around your staying customers. It's a shame to have to write these as all of your own employees gave such great service.

We chose this hotel because they offer a unique room with one King and two Queen beds. This is a rare find, as most hotels cap occupancy at 4 people per room. It made our trip much easier and more affordable.

The hotel is very well-maintained with clean rooms and staff who make you feel welcome. The only things that could have been better were the breakfast variety (more options would be great!) and the water pressure at the sink, which felt a bit weak.

Overall, a solid choice for the price, and I would consider staying here again.

There was still hair in the showers from the previous guest. I know it wasn’t 100% their fault but the TV didn’t work for the whole night the first night we were there and we checked out the next morning, but other than that the staff were excellent. It was just the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned properly and you could tell.

It was perfect for what i needed. Staff was nice and the room was very roomy. Shower was awesome it didn't feel like california low flow and overall i really liked the room. Parking was a little funky but if you want claim jumpers you're double tapping that when you park.

Rooms smell so badly from smoke

All of their rooms smell like Marijuana smoke. Front desk is rude and doesn't care. The pillows and all the bedding smell like smoke. Rooms say they are non smoking but its clear they allow people to smoke in these rooms. Check the reviews on other platforms like google and you will see others had the same issues as i did. We didn't stay we left because i couldn't take the smell. I booked this place based on the 9.2 rating on hotels.com but clearly its not accurate. Look at the google reviews and be warned before booking. Also.you will not get a refund. The hotel refuses to do so.

The check in lady was extremely nice. We were going to a concert at Yaamava and stayed just the night. Our room was fantastic. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels this year and this was the best. I was very surprised. I’d recommend this hotel. Breakfast was great. I made waffles.

Staybridge Suites in San Bernardino appeared to be fairly new and well kept. The breakfast bar was a very nice touch. Unfortunately we did have a service problem that was not handled at all. We were there for four nights. On the third day we had to return to our room at 3:00 in the afternoor to pick up some things and found our room unmade. Two house keeping carts and attendants were still on our floor and we called and asked for the rooms to be cleaned and we left.....we came back after 5:00 that evening to an unmade room and we called only to be told that house keeping had gone for the day....for the price we paid we expected much better service and we will not be using Staybridge again.

Unsafe Area, Awful \"Hotel,\" Awful \"Service\" Avoid!

This is just AWFUL! Where to begin?! We arrived to an unsafe parking lot in the WORST neighborhood (yes, complete with a guy on a crack pipe!), get up to our room, only to find that you have to repeatedly insert your room key into a reader in the room to keep / turn the lights on. Went to the front desk to ask for ice (there aren't ice machines) and was told \"turn it on in your room refrigerator - which didn't work). A nice security guard got us a bag of ice. Just unsafe, awful, awful \"service,\" and a crappy room.

This is a very clean option and definitely a step above the typical Marriott or Hilton in the area. Breakfast had fresh fruit and quality yogurt, waffles, much better than the prepackaged crap at the other places. The room was spacious. The gym first rate.

Few things we were not happy with was one of them was the lady setting up breakfast stations was late just about 20 minutes. Our room was missing extra bedding and we had asked the front desk and they never showed up.

The ugly, hallways smell bad. No idea what it is but it doesn’t smell very good. Awful coffee at the breakfast buffet. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, no ice machines. Only ice was what could be made by the freezer in your room.

Not a terrible stay but dated, dingy, and lacking some decent food/beverage options.

Good location and very friendly staff. Right next to a restaurant where you can get a 10% discount -- just ask the front desk for the coupon.

Room is comfortable. Air conditioner works well and isn't too loud. Parking is convenient, but be aware you will compete with people visiting the restaurant--which is probably how my car door got a big dent in it.

A couple odd things about this hotel:
1. TV angle is not good as it doesn't face the bed, nor the couch.
2. The TV guide is dated from January 2025 and doesn't list the programs, only the networks.
3. The shower doors are very heavy. My spouse had a hard time opening and closing them.
4. The bathroom sink water flow is very light.

The suite was overall excellent. But the cleaning could of been better. The soap and body wash dispenser was almost empty. The shower was a bit covered with dirt & dust/hair/fur particles. I had prebooked online letting the company know beforehand that I had 4 other guests with me. So I should of had the same number of towels and wash cloths for me and my guest. We had to beg for more towels because they were very stict on it. The breakfast buffet was a let down. Not many option for breakfast. They were out of plenty of food choices. But I liked how I was able to push my checkout time a little later at 12pm instead of 11am. And i was able to check in really late until 3am. Overall it was a good experience.
