Rooms are clean, breakfast is decent. I wouldn’t walk around at night around the area with the homeless walking the streets in the area, but other than that, good place to stay. Cars are in a gated area.

Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend!
Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. Felt more like it’s more convenient for people with good cash. Water bottles in room were charged if you opened them (which I get why now)

Everything was fine, there were room service trays with trash near elevators overnight which is very unsightly, also the parking lot requires a key to get in and out and they only gave us one key, so ask for at least 2 u less traveling alone

Staff was very nice, bed was quite comfortable, although close to freeway, couldn’t hear the cars speeding by.
Restaurant was fair- they gave me a vodka tonic with soda water- they were “out of tonic”- didn’t think I would know the difference if they gave me soda water… they said they sent someone to get more but never offered something else instead. Not once- very disappointed w restaurant but hotel part was great.

Everything was good but the breakfast is an extra 20 bucks and it is not worth it ive stayed at other hotels with an all you can eat breakfast buffet that was free at no extra charge and it was better than the double tree buffet breakfast. I think for making people pay an extra 20 for breakfast it should be at least good or great i would think but no the extra fee for breakfast was not worth it to me other than that the place is beautiful its cozy and just very nice and there is a bar downstairs so thats a plus. Overall a good 3.8 out of 5.0

We originally booked the DoubleTree for 3 nights, but unfortunately after the first night we decided to leave early. The overall hotel itself actually seemed pretty decent — the outdoor patio area was cute, the complimentary cookies were a nice touch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service was definitely the highlight here and the reason I’m giving 3 stars.

However, the rooms were very disappointing. They felt extremely outdated and honestly just gave off an old, uncomfortable vibe. The carpet especially felt yucky and worn, and the showers definitely need updating as well. For us, the room itself is the biggest part of the stay, and it just did not feel clean, modern, or comfortable enough to relax in.
I really think this hotel has potential because the common areas and staff were great, but the rooms are seriously lacking and overdue for renovations. Updating the rooms would make a huge difference in the overall guest experience.

Aircon was SO loud. So I either had to choose a warm room or loud Aircon to try to sleep to.

Breakfast wasn't great. I ordered the avo on toast one morning and the toast tasted like it was soaked in oil, I actually threw it up.

I would not stay here again.

Our checkin went smooth and the clerk at the front desk noticed that I had not included my Hilton Rewards number and quickly looked it up and applied it to my room folio. The room including the rest of the hotel we visited was clean. The morning buffet was well presented and staff friendly. The only item we were not a fan of was the scrambled eggs. We were able to make fresh waffles and enjoy the remaining items.
The room is well accommodating for a disabled guest.
The room comes with a microwave and fridge however when going to pop a bag of popcorn using the microwave, we blew a fuse which took out the fridge,microwave and tv. Maintenance arrived quickly and corrected the issue.

My stay was ok but it could have been better. It didn't appear the carpet was vacuumed, there was dust on the coffee pot, no writing pad or pen. There was also a dirt spot on the comforter. There was also something on the bathroom faucet that I cleaned myself. It was a little gross. Other than that, it was ok.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I enjoyed my time there.

The only thing I wish they offered is complimentary breakfast, as that would have made the experience even better. Aside from that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived April 23rd 2026 to spend a night on our way to phoenix. No advanced notice of a pending planned power outage As I started the check in process at the front desk, I was given a piece of paper to notify me of planned power outage between 11pm and 7am that night. Being worn out and tired, I didn't make much of it but I have sleep apnea and rely on power to breathe through my cpap machine. To make matters worse, the Hotel room had a moisture mildew smell that was immediately noticeable upon entry. The wall where the dresser and tv sit was riddled with moisture damage.
Shortly after the power went out 11ish, I woke up gasping for air. This is scientifically proven, I was given my test results when tested for sleep apnea in 2012, my heart stopped beating on average of 12 times per minute, this is not hearsay. Sleep apnea causes severe breathing difficulties which cause the heart to stop beating. To say it was the most miserable experience at a hotel stay would be an understatement. According to a google ai search I did while at the hotel, the area of California is given a 3-10 notice by the utility company.. We should have been advanced notice and when I asked the front desk clerk why a notice wasn't given, she said we don't have the ability to do mass emails. Nonsense!

I have dated this hotel previously. This time they put me in the east Tower. The bed was horrible. The water pressure was horrible. The towels felt like sandpaper. They do offer a breakfast, but it should be free. We shouldn’t have to pay $10 a person or I press it that I would get free at different hotels.

This hotel was notified the week before our arrival date that they would be without power from 11pm-4pm and didn’t bother to make anyone aware before check in. We drove 3 hours to get there and arrived late at night, we couldn’t go hunting for a new hotel at that point. We had NO AIR CONDITIONING and were very uncomfortable though the night and if there would’ve been an emergency there were no lights.

Terrible communication choice on part of the hotel!
