We stayed here for four nights during our stay in Amman. Check in was easy and fast. As an Expedia gold member we got a nice free upgrade to a junior suite.

Location is good, with easy access to the main tourist attractions and main roads, but that comes with the drawback of too much noise 24/7. Room was soundproofed but you could hear the noise all night (low noise though).

Room was big, with a nice living room. Bedroom was good size, bed was comfortable but pillow was not the best: too hard and thick. They should offer a feather one as an option. There was no air conditioning, just heater, which made the room a bit discomfort over night since we had to close all windows due to the noise from the traffic outside.

Breakfast was great, several options of hot and cold food. They also cook to order eggs, Arabic bread, pizza and pancakes. The freshly prepared bread was delicious.
We had room service once and lunch at the main restaurant too, and food was tasty and fresh, portions were big.

Staff were all very kind and polite! Big shout out to everyone, from the receptionist, to the cleaner, to the waiter. Everyone was awesome and made our stay adorable.

The hotel also offers a free gym and a spa with fair prices. Pool was closed for the winter.

Overall we had a great time here.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and all facilities were well maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!

The carpet in Room 111 is in need of renovation. Additionally, the window sill had not been properly cleaned and contained dead insects, which I had to clean myself. However, the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and hospitable. The facilities overall were of a high standard.

Nice hotel, clean and confortable. They have a desk for taxi. The guy was pushing us to take a taxi from him to go downtown. We were booking a Uber car for way cheaper than what he was offering and was upset we chose to go with Uber.

for the price, i couldn't believe how lovely this place is for our one night stay, super comfy beds, quiet and dark rooms to sleep, great shower with amenities in the BR, really nice staff and overall great value for money, the only downside is the local hood, does not have much going on (need a uber to rainbow st) in terms of dining, but if you're here just to come sleep somewhere nice (like we were) this is amazing value for $$

This accommodation is gold. First at airport every taxi driver knows its name (I didn’t even have to give them the address). The check in is super smooth: friendly front desk, nice lobby. The rooms are well designed for travelers and they are very generous with toiletries in the BR. The shower pressure was amazing (hard find). BR modern and updated and clean. Beds comfy (tho pillows too hard). Depending on your floor you will hear street noises/neighbors so bring ear plugs. The outside area doesn’t trace much going on for anything walkable. We took a 2JOD uber to rainbow st and it was fire.
Pro: great price, modern clean comfy, nice roof top restaurant and great price.
Con: local hood had no great options and hard pillows.

I stayed here for a week. Good value. Great buffet breakfast. Welcoming and responsive staff. Clean room. Nice extras, like a robe and slippers. It's right on a busy road so the traffic is a hum all day and night but that did not bother me - it's like white noise. I'd stay here again. About 5-10 mins from \"new downtown\" and 10-15 mins from Rainbow Street. Very inexpensive taxis and Ubers in Amman so it's easy to get places.

Overall, the value for the price was excellent. The property’s condition was outstanding, the environment was safe and quiet, and the staff was welcoming. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. I stayed for nine nights, and while my experience was largely positive, I was disappointed that the room was cleaned only four times. Additionally, the edges of the glass on the coffee table and side tables were quite sharp and should be rounded for safety.

A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening before they made it to the room for cleaning. The other problem I had was with laundry I had done. It was supposed to be done the following day and I kept having to chase it down, being promised it would be delivered to my room a couple of times, I tinally got it about an hour before I left for the airport. I would also note there is a little bit of traffic noise from the room I was in, which faced the busy street the hotel is on.
Minor things, overall it was a good stay and the staff overall was very good.

Lovely long weekend stay at Corp Amman

Had a lovely long weekend stay in Amman at Corp Amman.

I arrived in the middle of the night following an early morning flight and Aman the Night Manager was available to check me in. High focus on hospitality here, with staff always ready to help you - be it with a drink, service to your room, carrying your bags or giving you directions/ making transport arrangements. Everyone is so polite and nice to you here.

The hotel’s facilities were very good and I made use of the women’s steam room and sauna. There are separate facilities by gender available through the respective changing areas, so I was very comfortable with using these. There is also a gym and an outdoor pool.

I’m not sure if there is a tipping culture in Jordan but I felt that the service was so great here that by the end of the weekend I definitely felt very sad that I hadn’t withdrawn extra JD from the bank the day before so I could leave more tips with the hotel staff on departure. I can still express my thanks to the team for making my first visit to Jordan a great and comfortable one, and I look forward to returning on future visits to Jordan.

For the past 4 years, whenever I go to Jordan, I stay at the Corp Hotel. Why?

The staff at the Corp are fantastic. Very helpful, always ready to give good answers, and very supportive.

Location is great. Whether you want to go downtown, to the airport, or West Amman, everything is a short drive away.

The rooms are perfect. Good size, great beds, and the best bathrooms you'll ever have at a hotel.

I love Corp and will continue to stay there and always recommend it to anyone traveling to Amman.

Upon checking in, we inquired about few of their services. For a hotel in Amman, we expected the swimming pool to have designated hours for women, but it was not offered and had to use a swimming pool outside the hotel. Additionally, during the stay, someone came knocking persistently on our door in the middle of the night. when mentioned to the front desk staff, their response was less than professional saying that it's normal for things like that to happen. The problem was in their response showing no empathy or care to our comfort or well-being. We expected better than that for a 4 star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very beautiful, and everything was available. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful and cheerful, and their service was extremely prompt. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Ibrahim Haroon, who welcomed me on the first day and remained attentive to my needs until the last day. The spa services were excellent, including the massage, swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Everything was five stars.

Property is located in an affluent area. Amenities such as shopping areas and restaurants are excellent and easily accessible. Furthermore, staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I would particularly like to mention Emmd at reception who was very helpful in arranging all our tours. Also, a big shout out to Hassan for also being so helpful and friendly.
