Had a family room that was separated into 2 sleeping areas which was a nice touch. Clean room, modern bathroom, quiet AC, lots of parking. Friendly staff. Only issue was that a toaster isn't provided and when requested was told none were available as it disrupted the power supply or something similar. I've stayed in literally hundreds of similar styles of accommodation and each had a toaster so this is a first!

The Tall Trees motel in Ainslee is a hidden little gem close to Dickson (and the tram) It's a old, safe and quiet suburb with lots of greenery (plants, trees, green grass, well maintained properties). The staff are amazing, the facilities are great and they're renovating to make it even better. It's a quiet place for a perfect stay, short or long. I was there with my wife and we are definitely coming back again due to all the factors mentioned above.

Reception was not open the entire length of our stay. Was notified upon booking that reception would be open until 10pm for our late check in but phone call around 5-6pm stated they would be closing soon.
I have messaged the property directly regarding these issues particularly the restaurant not being open but have had no response.

Unfortunately I had to give a low review as there were so many people staying that we had to park outside the hotel. It was extremely noisy with people beeping their horns and stepping loudly above our room, the fridge buzzing and the toilet making noises every time people in another room used their toilet. The bright blue wifi light shone all night as well. We had a very poor sleep.

This hotel looks NOTHING like the photos online. The first concern was the run down reception area and the room was just as bad. Got there at 3:30 and told the room wasn’t ready and only after pushing were we assigned a room shortly after that.

We stayed for two nights and had booked for 2 adjacent ground floor rooms. The rooms were not serviced after the first night, despite of indicating it clearly on the door using their sign posts. We had requested for 2 adjacent rooms. They had it in the notes, but didn't organise it ,even after making the booking and payment at least 12 days in advance.
