Pro: very good location right next to the Tradies club with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rooms are large & spacious but are not routinely checked by maintenance or staff. I booked a spa room in which we couldn’t use because caps were missing & had exposed metal. We were moved to another room but 2 of the jets in that room did not work. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Bathrooms are dated, made it hard for my mobility impaired partner to use shower as it’s an all-in-one (shower/bath) and he had to climb over top of bath to stand in it whilst showering. There is no step to help access the shower. Room was clean.

The bathroom needed a better clean particularly in the corners as there was a build up of ???.
The staff were courteous. The room was neat. The beds were very comfortable. Suggest some information be in the room regarding places to eat, access to the internet etc.

Though you are supplied with kitchen appliances- microwave,kettle, toaster, cups , cutlery and plates which is very much appreciated.

Nice Motel in Great Location

Great stay in a large clean spa room. Part of tradies club so plenty of options for food and drinks. Nice touch with club membership. If you want something else there is heaps of other food/supermarket options a short walk away. Beds were clean medium soft.

Wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, But def not the best. Bathroom needs some TLC. Some mould remover on tiles and a quick scrub. Was pretty disappointed I didn’t have a sink for dishes, when the photos shown one when I booked. Washing dishes in the bathroom wasn’t very hygienic.

The beds certainly need updating. We have two queen beds, and both were saggy in the center to the point all three of us had limited sleep for three days. The water was either hot or cold and never stayed a consistent temp, which made this hard not to be burnt. The air con was as low as it would go and it was only just blowing cool air, it should have been freezing in there. The meals that we had down in the club were very ordinary for the price. We paid a lot of money to stay here and unfortunately, I don't think we will stay again unless it has a revamp. The hotel itself looks worn out and aged as are the rooms and beds. Very disappointing

Fine unless downstairs talks all night

Overall, this was fine. The room itself & the surrounds were very good & very close to Dixon shops etc. The only downsides were that on the 2nd night I was there, people in the room below talked loudly until 2.30am only to be followed by the fire alarm going off @ 4.30am. (There was no fire it appears).

I’m not sure why this is rated wonderful or excellent on hotels.com b/c the room was definitely not that. The lobby was great. All decorated for Christmas, clean and well kept. We stayed on the third floor of building A. We were told to park underground (free parking if you joined their membership for free) but was confusing as they only had one sign showing elevator. Well that elevator took us to the first and second floor which we got off at the first and had to ask where the elevator in the underground was to get to the third floor.
When we finally found our room, it smelled of perfume or highly scented cleaner. The carpet was old, the bed looked well worn in (it was ok to sleep on) and the room was overall just dark. For one night it was ok. Maybe this part is the original and maybe there’s a newer section that the high ratings are for. It just wasn’t for me.

Location is very convenient, in the centre of Dickson where plenty of dining options (Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, McDonald’s and cafes with great coffee etc.) Room is standard hotel room, clean and neat. The most thing I appreciated was, they provide two different kind of pillows (soft and firm).

Our trip is basically for my son’s sport competition, so we go out at 7am and only back to hotel at 8pm after dinner. We are very happy to stay just for having a good rest. This is our second time to stay here and probably for next year sport events, we will come back to stay as well.
