The service in this hotel was so outstanding that it made the whole trip. The rooms are very spacious and they have a cool vibe. The patio with the pool/jacuzzi (not hot but nice) is such a beautiful place to enjoy down time and a stunning view. The breakfast was good. The wellness center was not as expected. It was only a sauna and a hot tub that was not nearly hot enough. I didn’t use the spa services but my friends had massages that they enjoyed. Only thing I could point out is that the bathroom design could be better. There needed more hooks for towels in the bathroom and by the pool. They needed more counter space by the sink. There is no privacy for the shower. It is also about 15 minutes to Sorrento Center so we needed to take a taxi and they are not cheap.

Most incredible stay! We came for our honeymoon and were blown away by the hotel. The package we got with the wellness area was amazing, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were extremely professional and attentive. We travelled to a few places and this hotel was our favourite. I will say that the location is a fair bit of effort to get to Sorrento but it was great if you want to stay in the area and are happy to travel in.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Laqua. Luigi is the star of Laqua, ensuring that breakfast was delivered timely and going above and beyond to make sure that guests were taken care of during the entire stay. Laqua provides a warm and enjoyable boutique hotel experience and the views of the coastline, with access to the hot tub just outside the room, makes for an unforgettable experience.

We had such a fabulous stay at Laqua Charme! Enough can’t be said about how beautiful and exclusive this hotel is. Luigi worked with us the most on making sure we were welcomed, planning our day trips and making sure we had the best possible stay. The rest of the staff were delightful and so very accommodating. There are a few nice places to eat near by and we loved the private, small town feel of the beach a 2 minute walk or elevator lift ride below provided. Staying here was the best possible place to stay to round out our busy “Taste of Italy” trip! Thank you so much again! Cheers!

Very modern and staffed by very helpful professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice on trips and local facilities was very advantageous and helped with our stay. Situated just 4k from Sorrento which was a great choice. A very well run hotel with a very nice breakfast Italian style ( Not eggs and bacon). A great choice of hotel that I cannot rate highly enough.

Excellent, 5 stars all the way!! Laqua is a hidden gem and I’m so glad I came across it. This was our last stop on our two week Italy vacation and it was AMAZING! Luigi and the entire staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Luigi gave us a tour of the property and was very thorough regarding booking excursions, restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc. The views from our room were breathtaking! After a long day we would come back to the hotel and relax in the spa & watch the sunset from our pool. Breakfast was delicious, fresh & lots of variety. The location is perfect and not too touristy but still very close to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Will definitely stay at Laqua again!

What a gem of a hotel!
We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and OMG, we couldn't have picked a better hotel! The views form our room were spectacular, and I loved the plunge pool on our patio doorstep. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, everything was local and fresh, and there was lots of choice.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in!
I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday and the staff were very accommodating with little extras that I requested for the room such as balloons, prosecco, cake and rose petals. Walking in to our room was breathtaking, with a view of sorrento Coast and the sea, it was a beautiful way to watch the sunrise and sunset. Very spacious room with balcony and plunge pool made it extra special. The softest bed to sleep in, modern design, spotless room. Spa area was very relaxing and private, breakfast was gorgeous with lots of variety. Bus stop only a few metres away which goes directly to sorrento main square. Couldn't fault our stay.

Fantastic honeymoon stay
We stayed at Laqua on our recent honeymoon trip and we are so pleased we chose this place! The room was so comfortable and the views from the room are stunning. The staff are so friendly and would help with anything we needed. It was optional to have breakfast brought to the room which was a lovely service. We also ordered pizza to the room one evening this was so good and really reasonably priced. There are only 6 rooms so it has a very personal feel, We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Laqua is a perfect hotel get-away for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. The hotel is within Meta, a quiet, predominantly Italian orientated town (much cheaper and friendlier than nearby Sorrento). Laqua has the feel of a luxury boutique spa, with a sauna and salt bath accessible for the days you don't want to leave the hotel.
There are only six rooms which makes the hotel a more personal experience and the staff could not do more to help you and make your stay comfortable in every way possible (e.g. arrange tours, taxis and food if you want to order to your room).
The views to Sorrento and Capri are amazing from the balcony and with a brilliant infinity pool! After a ten minute walk to the train station you are only a short 5 minutes / 2.40 euros return fare to be in the busy resort of Sorrento.

A Cut above the norm
An absolute gem of a hotel. Spotless, stylish, friendly with a view over the Gulf of Naples that would take some beating and sunsets that can't be described. All of the staff are efficient, particularly Gianluca and Luigi who are extremely amiable as well as knowledgable. Meta itself is a nice, if a little quiet, town. That suited us perfectly and with a very reasonable and reliable bus service just 30 metres from the hotel access to other parts of the coast such as Sorrento is easy. There are a couple of good restaurants around the hotel and Tiko Tiko is probably the best of these. Opposite the hotel however is a cafe called Insieme who serve delightful mussels and a really light ( as opposed to stodgy) pizza and the young waitress, Flavia, is a mine of information in half a dozen languages. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They booked a great boat trip to Capri that I highly recommend anyone to go on (the company picks you up and drops you back at the hotel -- what could be easier). Walking into the hotel is like walking into a relaxing spa. Our room had the most beautiful view of the water and our own private pool. You are in walking distance to the train station which makes it very easy to go visit Pompeii or Sorrento.
If you are looking for quiet, relaxing (but close to activities) hotel, I would highly recommend this one.

Inizialmente molto gradevole, poi i problemi sono nati una volta scesi in piscina all'esterno del balconcino della stanza, purtroppo oltre al fatto di essere molto gelida l'acqua, c'era una immensa quantità di cloro che era impraticabile fare il bagno per colpa del bruciore sia al corpo che agli occhi.
