We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Palms Resort and really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The hotel felt spacious, clean, and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant getaway.

The property itself is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the views, the pool area, and the peaceful outdoor ambiance. There are plenty of inviting spaces to walk around, sit outside, and take in the scenery. We also had a great time at the bar, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the evening without having to leave the resort.

The combination of comfortable accommodations, attractive grounds, useful amenities, and a scenic setting made this feel like a genuine escape while still being convenient and accessible. It was a lovely place for a couple’s getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and very happy with our stay. We would gladly return.

Property has gone downhill. Coyotes wander at night, there’s no security so it’s a fend for all. They do leave the lobby doors wide open so you can try to run in without one catching you if they aren’t already inside.
Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both ends.
Rooms have “new” paint and carpet but still people have already managed to ruin it. Property itself has lost its charm. I’d rather stay at the Hilton by Ontario airport

Bathroom shower curtain was stained with some else’s blood or some sort of fluid! The bath tub/shower was clogged woke up to tub full of someone else’s hair ! The pictures of the property looked great but it isn’t what it seems in person .

Unfortunately, the only staff member that was great was our engineer who came in to check our air temperature in the room. It was not blowing cold enough and was stuck on 70 degrees. The front desk staff was not very friendly. When we booked through Expedia it stated we had a Mountain View and not one left for our stay and we wanted a king. Well, Brianna did not seem to care when I requested a king and a Mountain View . She stated they were almost full and that she gave us what she gave us and did not seem to care. When we asked what room we had she said it is on your room key holder. Again, not very friendly and being in the hospitality industry this was I acceotable. She should act like she is the director of first impressions. We have stayed here in the past and this was by far the worse experience at the point of checking in. The Red restaurant was also a bad experience. Our food was cold, the pancakes were like cardboard texture and cold. The toast was not toasted . My girlfriend plate was hot and the server just handed it to her and it burnt her finger . He just apologized. The wait time was a little long but they should have staffed properly. Again, food was not very tasty and was overpriced for the quality delivered. Hopefully they can improve on their service. It was it a great experience . Especially when you have to sleep in separate beds with your fiance because the front desk person did not want to accommodate what we had reserved through Expedia!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect. It was clean each day. The front desk staff was smiling and helpful. The bell hop was the nicest young man who helped coming and going with my belongings. We ate in the Red dining restruant 5 times. All wait staff for the evening dinners were great!

The breakfast staff was having an issue...very slow, not pleasant, almost grumpy. Maybe a shortage in the kitchen? The food was fine, but they need to plan ahead for proper staffing.

u can’t even call front desk from the room landline, there is no button to call front desk. so everything need to call on your own cell phone. or walk to the front desk to ask for a clean towel for example.
u need to deposit your government ID to use their luggage bell cart, even after u checked in. parking is a bit of walk, but no complaints there.
there are on-site spa and sauna services, but cost triple the price.
pool has good view, but not clean. full of bugs and leaves on water surface. not sure why they don’t have any net cover the trees or pool to make it a bit less dirty.
is ok to those who don’t care about price and love PGA golf. otherwise, will have to find a better one.

I’ve stayed there before and this stay was slightly different than the last one. I didn’t have hot water in the shower, it was barely warm enough. Also from this room you could hear the pipes draining, I’m assuming from whenever toilets in the above floors were flushed. Other than that, it’s a nice place and will still book in the future.

I don’t think we will be staying here again.
The room was gross. There was makeup egg on the mirror, hair all over the floor, and the showerhead was crusty. There was a constant banging from the elevators. The staff came to our room at 9:00am, and when asked to return later as we were just waking up, they never returned. There was two beds, and the second one had black residue on the sheets. We couldn’t sleep due to the A/C clicking all night long and the elevator constantly noisy. I will be asking for a refund. The staff was rude when we asked for some coffee and fresh towels.

Staff were all very friendly and kind. We were checked in right away and given great recommendations! The hotel overall is huge and views of the golf course and cities from our balcony are fantastic! The only downside were the room amenities and the condition of the room. Although very clean, the rooms/building seems to be older. The bathroom drains very slow, there’s cracks on the bathtubs, no microwave available and our fridge was barely cold. So we just spent our days out and about. But the room was overall okay. We would stay here again.

Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative.
We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway.

The front desk was so nice, and valet also , they even helped get my luggage to my room, only thing is I was out on second floor 😫 all day was hearing the sound of a trash truck! And a cleaning machine they had going right under my room , also the pool cleaning guy was very rude when I went to the pool in the morning, and the waiter from the red restaurant was also vey judgy and rude, so it was a 50/50 while some were so helpful and nice others were a little rude . Over all it was an amazing view , such nice views everywhere u walk, pool , restaurant, garden or simply out of ur balcony. I willl definitely go back, just will be rude back to does workers that seem to hate being there and get bothered by customers

We arrived on Friday, May 1st, to check in with a reservation for a king-size bed. Upon arrival, the front desk employee (a female staff member whose name I did not catch) informed us that no king-size bedrooms were available, while making no apparent effort to explore alternative options. Fortunately, another front desk employee, Michael, overheard the conversation and suggested checking for an accessible room so we could still have a king-size bed. Thanks to Michael’s initiative, we were able to secure a room that met our original reservation and slept comfortably. Without his assistance, we would have been placed in a room with full-size beds.

On Sunday morning, I went to the Red bar/restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go before heading to the hot tub. A female host approached me, and when I asked for coffee, she directed me to go outside to the golf course snack shack instead of assisting me at the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, another staff member, Rogelio, stepped in and kindly offered to help. When I asked him for a coffee to go, he responded promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service.

I appreciate the help from Michael and Rogelio; my experience with other staff members was disappointing and inconsistent with what I expect from a resort of this caliber.

The room was incredibly dirty. The shower/tub didnt drain properly and the dirty water from the pipes would pool in the tub itself, so you couldnt really shower or take a bath properly. Also, there were bed bug stains on the bed!
