Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils.

Although the staff at the facility were very helpful and professional, unfortunately, if you are like me and are a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you. I believe the reason is the design and construction of structure itself - if you are on the ground or second floor, you can hear almost every footstep, clump, door close, etc. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this, but I think it is a significant issue.

The pool was great except for the lighting after sun down. Didn’t feel too comfortable to swim alone with just the scones lit. The floor around the pool area could use a facelift, the pool floor looked like they ran out of paint. More lounge chairs would make the area look more up dated instead of rundown. Parking wasn’t sufficient during an event at hotel, again didn’t feel comfortable to park far or in the garage after hours. Unfortunately, we have to pay for parking! Doesn’t exactly make you feel welcomed to stay.

We only stayed one night, we liked the small bottles of shampoo conditioner shower jel but feel there should be two sets one for each person and they should have an easier way to tell them apart, the printing on the bottle is very small and if you ware glasses you won't be waring them in the shower lol so it makes it hard to tell what you're using, it would be a good idea if they could have different colors on the caps either then that we had a great stay and enjoyed the bar. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this hotel to others

I stayed 3 evenings on a business trip. The facility is large with several amenities. The downside is that the room are very dated and heating/cooling is terrible. I contacted maintenance as the heater in my room was not functioning. The thermostat did not work, it was either full heat or nothing. The problem was never repaired during my stay despite two calls. Also, they advertise a restaurant but it was closed everyday and I had to leave to grab lunch. There is very little around in terms of services. I would not return.

It’s a very mid hotel. The rooms are dated, and the hotel overall smelled of stale cannabis and cigarette smoke, but kept mostly clean… the lobby, however, was a shocker. The “express checkout” table was filthy and worn, and it was really the status of lobby garbages that inspired me to write this review. I’m not sure what the reasoning would be, but the lobby garbages were overflowing, to the point of scattered on the floor. At the time of observance, the receptionists were not swamped with guests or appearing busy - and I am not sure whose job it would be to remove the garbage, but it is not a good look.

We arrived late so the next morning, we asked a cleaning staff member for fresh sheets and to wipe things down for us and she did and was very kind, but we would not recommend this hotel based on how unsanitary our room was.

The room was as expected, not sure why there is a balcony when you’re not allowed to smoke on it though. The pool was freezing and the sauna did not work. They also had one of the sliding doors blocked with a sign saying they are conserving heat and that’s why it was closed at the entrance.
