This property should be dissolved. Staff specific to the main manager, who refused to give his name, he is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. There is a deposit to rent at the place, this management will give any excuse to keep your deposit. The building is lazily unkeep. Management speaks english spanish as well as his born language. However, it seems he intentionally use English with a thick accent making communication extremely hard. Constantly on watch to see who visits the room and even harass your vistor. There is discrimination and possible fraud practices that are practiced.trash outside roaches inside all trash cans are full unprofessional management check.

It's worth the price, think of motel 6 but cheaper condition, yet, it comes with fridge and microwave which you don't even get in some legacy cheap motel. I would stay here again. And security deposit is cheaper too. Wifi is not good, but big screen TV and shower room is awesome. Right by super market and Starbucks

A hidden gem centrally located

My first night was a total emergency. I jumped online & from start to me my room was less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, quite, friendly. I've now extended my stay for over 10 days. It's nice to here a couple kids on their scooters in the parking lot, laughing & feeling safe. It's not what I expected everything room size, tv. Towel & maid service has been helpful & professional. Front desk is open 24/7 and has always been good service.

It was actually a lot nicer than I was expecting. The remodel touches that have been done look great. I would only suggest maybe changing up the bed comforters to plain white. The one on the bed I had screamed dirty motel even though it was very clean. There is a $40 deposit cash only. Not too bad. Overall I would stay again.

This place is very dirty! First of all when we were checking in I was being charged although I said I had reservations I repeated myself like 5 times in English but the owner wanted to speak Spanish to me for whatever reason when I clearly spoke English to him. I don’t know if he wanted to impress us that he spoke Spanish but I found it very rude of him. He finally realized I had a reservation and stopped charging me. Then he said you can come tomorrow to check out at 11 and to pay and I said pay for what?! He said
If I want to stay another night. This guy is ridiculous! Instead of trying to sound cool or funny he can focus on cleaning and fixing the rooms. The outlets were not working the shower head had a light stream of water and the place smells horrible. God knows when was the last time they mopped the floors. Oh and yellow stained towels!! Gross!!! Will never stay here again!

The restaurant across the hotel ha a party and the super loud music didn't stop until 11 pm. Then people from the party were loudly talking in the parking lot at 12 and the loud music from the next door room started playing a 5 am! That is just the noise level. I wanted to take a shower and there was only a trickle of water and when I saw a pubic hair on the floor...that was it. I couldn't even take a shower there. I wanted to put my make up, but there was no light by the mirror. Where the fixture would be, there was a hole with a towel stuffing the hole. There was another towel stuffing another hole for the light fixture in the main room. The curtain was torn. The walls had a ton of scrapes. The TV remote would not work. It took me 20 minutes to try to turn the TV off. Since I had to turn it on to lessen the noise from outside.
I have never stayed in a hotel in worst conditions. It wasn't cheap either.

The room was so bad that at 3:00 am I had to leave the room and try to sleep in my car due to smell of cigars or possibly drugs inside the room wasn’t able to stay and had to leave and eventually miss my early morning appointment. I don’t know how on earth shall such a low quality hotel even be able to conduct business. Trace of cigaret burns were on bed sheets and also blanket.

This is the nasties motel I've ever been to.
While the check in and staff made it easy, the room needs fixing and, most importantly, towels, sheets, and bedding need to be changed.

The towels and sheets had stains and black marks; the blanket had holes in it, so did the towels.

The room was so rundown that I couldn't wait to get out of it. The only reason I stayed was because I checked in very late and was exhausted from driving that day.

Stay away, unless you're fine to sleep in a filthy room.

Only if you're trying to save a buck...

If you need a place to crash for the night, it will suffice.... BUT only if you don't mind the room smelling like smoke. Seriously stained comforter and bedding! An overall feeling of neglect! And definitely don't crash here for your girls birthday... if you want any loving at all!!! The bed was so gross, we slept on top of the blankets!!! The shower was at least functioning to wash off the overall feeling of ickiness

I had an excellent stay at the Garey Motel. The outside of property was very clean. The room itself was sparkling clean. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay at the Garey. I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. So quiet. I had 2 wonderful nights sleep. I plan on staying there again soon.

Seemed as is the place was a flop house. From the required $50 cash deposit (on a pre paid room), the drug deals going on in the parking lot, the nightly party’s and people outside talking loudly till 4 in the morning, to the random non guests knocking on doors looking for people. Did not expect to find a facility like this on Travelocity, I assumed they research the properties they represent.

I would probably say some things do need improving but it's a step in the right direction. When you show up, the motel is closely neighoring a gas station next to it, good for any quick & last minute things. A banner above the office says they changed management as some point. Parking is well-lit to the point that nothing can get by you or sneak up on you, but it is sort of a tight squeeze trying to park. Especially if there's 1 or 2 people who don't know how to park properly. So, not really good for anybody who has a big vehicle. Check-in was pretty quick. Tell them your name, show them ID, sign some stuff, pay a deposit & get your room key. First entering our room, you're greeted with a cigarette smell, like at a casino. It's posted it's non-smoking but it doesn't seem like it's enough to stop some of the people who smoke and stay here from smoking. Hell, saw two females smoking Marijuana in their room with the door open. I can only assume the other rooms are probably the same. I'm thinking one of some factors is this place is very light staffed in order to help enforce the \"No Smoking\" policy. Our air purifier we brought from home sort of help cut down on the smell (not entirely, but mostly), so we were able to sleep through it. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, along with the trash bins outside the rooms were full for the two nights we stayed. I would probably say if you need a quick place and/or don't care about the smoke smell, this would be for you.

Stayed 4 nights for the week as traveling nurse for Pomona Valley Hospital. Needed temporary place to stay while looking for extended stay accommodation some place nearby hospital. Garey Motel was very convenient as only 0.6 miles to hospital. Hotel management gave me a nice, clean room above their office which was safe for me nearby them in case I needed anything. The room was very clean. Just needed to air out while settling in like any other hotels. As a travel hint: always bring boxes of baking soda to absorb any odors or for faster result any air freshener your choice. I love that the fridge they have was bigger than any other hotels I have been to which allowed me to buy more food for my stay so I can bring to work and also eat inside my hotel room. They also have a microwave for use and nice big size flat screen TV with cable. I would stay again for short stays. There was noise on next door room but only during my first night. I felt safe even traveling solo as I just stayed inside my room not wandering out at night. My room they assIgned was very clean. Love the white stone counter tops of each bedside table and sink. Sink has nice wall vanity lights. There is hair dryer and table and chair for you to use while eating or doing office work with laptop. SInk just needed to use drano to drain it faster. Feel bad that this place gets bad reviews as it is really under rated. The surrounding environment dings this place but the motel itself is suitable for me.

My overall experience here was wonderful I can't complain about any of the service at the front desk not even the guests that were at the hotel everything was up to standard just like they claimed there was very clean everything was new as well as great resources at the desk the only thing I would have to complain this on Expedia sparked the charge should have only been $75 and some change and it was $90 and something on my card there's a huge difference in there and I've had trouble understanding why Expedia with over charge my card

The overall room was not the cleanest. But the areas that mattered like the bed and shower weren't bad. It was the lower areas of the wall that had dirt layers on them. Overall though for its price you get what you pay for and in that regard it was overall not bad. Wifi was good enough to stream shows while we chilled.

I ended up leaving. Sadly I lost out on $100. But I just couldn’t stay there. The people around the area were sketchy. I walked into the room and it smelled like urine, cigarette holes on the sheets and bed. It’s NOTHING like the pictures. There’s a huge sign outside stating it’s under new management and that everything has been updated. Unfortunately not the case. The man in the front for check in felt really bad and was really nice but I just couldn’t stay there. I didn’t feel safe

Horrible stay checking in the man was so rude throwing my card at me because it had no money lying to me saying he didn’t have anymore bottom floor then later in the night around 12am the room next to me has people playing loud music and fighting and I had to call the front desk 3 times just for them to answer and he didn’t want to do anything to help with the noise problem he said if it bothers me that bad I have to call the cops myself which I did but police took 3 and a half hours to come in the end I didn’t fall asleep till 6am because nothing was done and guess what check out was at 10:30
