It's a lovely hotel, basic but very clean. Had issue with a noisy airconditioning unit but they changed my room. Staff very friendly and helpful especially with local restaurants and ones that offer discounts to Candiolo residence. Overall all a great stay.

Nice staff, lots of parking and ok breakfast. Room looked nice but had a serious moisture problem (shower leaked all the way to bedroom). Due to this it was very hard to breath at night. We should have asked to change the room.

It is an out of town hotel with nothing of particular interest nearby, I wouldn't use it as a base to explore the area simply because it really is in the middle of nowhere! However, we were extremely happy with the Hotel Del Parco. It was immediately obvious that the hotel was family run and we were welcomed by the owner who spoke reasonable English and also French. The staff all spoke English to varying degrees but we had no problems conversing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated/furnished and the bathroom had all the expected fixtures and fittings. The restaurant lacked an evening ambiance as it looked more like a cafe and the menu was basic but the meals were amazing, great homecooked traditional italian food! The included breakfast was Italian-continental and there was plenty of choice. We parked our motorbike right at the front of the hotel on the secure car park which is covered extensively by cctv, we felt very safe. The only worry we had was that when we unfortunately got a little lost on the way to the hotel and discovered that it is definately in a most unsavoury part of town, despite being a very rural area you need to beware of almost naked prostitutes sitting on plastic chairs at the side of the roads around the area looking for business!

La struttura in se è ottima, la vista sulla finestra meravigliosa e il personale gentilissimo. Noi siamo venute per soggiornare durante il Salone del Libro di Torino e per questo mi sento di dire che la posizione non era ideale.

Nous venons ici depuis quelques années, un hôtel excentré de Turin, au calme avec un parking gratuit. L’accueil est top, le petit déjeuné très bien fourni. Par contre les chambres sont très mal insonorisé, et les gens ne sont pas très discret que ce soit les fermetures des portes ou les discussions tardives…

Per lavoro soggiorgio in diversi hotel, e raramente ho trovato una struttura con rapporto qualità prezzo così basso. Camere rumorose, letti scomodi a misura di bambino per una persona di 185 cm per 85 kg, qualità e quantità della colazione base dove i cibi terminati nei dispenser non venivano prontamente rimpinguati.

Personale della reception gentile, preparato, sempre col sorriso. Ha saputo accontentarci tempestivamente riguardo a due nostre richieste, relative alla camera. Colazione molto varia, per tutti i gusti. Un occhio anche per i celiaci, con prodotti a loro dedicati (e non è scontato!!!!). Personale addetto alla colazione: meraviglioso.

Era la terza volta che venivo in questo hotel, per me e la mia famiglia è sempre stato un soggiorno piacevole, tanto da ritornarci, questa volta purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso.
A parte il personale di sala, a colazione, che è stato gentile e disponibile, con noi e la nostra bambina, la camera era pulita in modo imbarazzante rispetto agli standard che eravamo abituati ad avere in questo hotel. Camera pulita in modo approssimativo, pavimento non risciacquato è scivoloso, addirittura una giorno non è stata nemmeno lavata...
La camera che abbiamo prenotato doveva avere una serie di cose che non c’erano, come la cassaforte per esempio e alla reception non c’è mai stato un dialogo o riscontro come le altre volte se andava tutto bene, ecc. Anzi le volte che abbiamo chiesto delucidazioni per alcune cose, (avevamo prenotato la culla e non era in stanza) la risposta non ci è sembrata cortese, almeno non con la gentilezza delle altre volte.
