A lovely and welcoming Guest House. A comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities, and an excellent breakfast. No problems parking on the road outside the property. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk into town

Easy check In and received text inquiring about time I would be arriving.very small room but bright and had everything required I slept well ..My only complaint was the tiny travel electric kettle had such a short lead on it It had to be unplugged every time to pour the water and it was right beside the curtains and it was a stretch to even plug it in…a kettle that you lift out would be a much more safe option

We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay

The condition of the floor in our room was terrible, with several very loose boards and one large whole where you would have gone through the floor.
Whilst the mattresses was new it was rather poor in quality.
I have never experienced a duvet that was narrower than the bed itself.
Breakfast however was absolutely 1st class.

We can't fault the B&B. Liz was very welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We were looking to have an early check in so we could get changed for a wedding and one phone call later the staff were focusing on cleaning our room so it would be ready first by the time we arrived.
