There was an issue with the room keys not working when we initially checked in both keys didn’t work fixed that then when we came back in the afternoon they didn’t work again no one was in the office called the number no answer fortunately the housekeeper was nearby and she called the manager had to change the key box batteries. I had to ask for bathmat and some extra towels as there was 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

Both chairs at the table were horribly filthy. The table itself was falling apart. Need a new controller for the TV. The shower was small but very nice with instant hot water and the king size bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, quarter mile from Starbucks, one mile from Montgomery Village.

The room was clean though carpet had small stains and the wall and furniture were a bit rough. Staff was helpful when the heater wasn’t working and the pan they provided didn’t work on the induction cooktop. The linens were clean and the bathroom was very nice, having been remodeled recently.

My fiance and stayed here for a couple days. She was having that time of the month and had an accident in the bed sheets.
The manager then kept my 100.00 deposit and told me if i stayed there anymore it would be a 150.00 deposit moving forward. I would never stay there again.
I was also moved to a room i didnt pay for (handicapped room) this place needs help with management

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.

There was hardly any towels & toilet paper, only one coffee, the front desk couldn’t get the payment and deposit right. They knocked on our door wondering if they gave us the wrong room. Later they called us again about our card and made me go to the front desk, only to witness they were wrong again. We will never stay there again. I can’t believe it was $173 per night for a dive. We’ve spent less for nice hotels

The stay was great for my purposes, room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were dated if you are coming for a resort vibe it’s not here. The vending machines are not stocked, cute little coffee shop on site open 8am to 1:30 pm. If you want to use the kitchenette there is a fee for dishes pots etc available from front office. Office staff helpful easy check in. I will use again as I just need something clean and safe in the area.

No air conditioning in the bedroom of the family suite. The AC in the main room didn't cool down that room for several hours. No towel racks in bathroom. No screen on one of the windows. Beds were comfortable. They did provide a fan for the room with no AC. We were lucky. They said they only had 3 fans for the property.

The good: the lady at the desk was nice and helpful. There was a pool (always a bonus for my kid). The money was right.

The bad: Both sinks were plugged up, one enough it only worked if you ran the disposal and even then it had a hard time draining and the bathroom sink took a while to drain. They provided a stovetop but nothing to cook in.

Overall, the price made up for these inconveniences. It was an okay stay.

Modified was an option, you can only change dates was the only button lit up, and cancel reservations was greyed out! So when I push the button to change my dates because I accidentally put the wrong date, the website told me to contact the property to change the the reservation date! Then I contact the property and they tell me they can't change it even though the website said they can is just up to them, so basically I was robbed for $134 and never got to stay in my room because I didn't need it for Thursday I needed it for Friday, then tried to pressure me to make more reservations and spend another $134 instead of accommodating the date and changing it for me. Just go against my 14th amendment right never got a signature to even take the money out it was an option to pay at the property I never was given that option.

The building has been well maintained, but the furnishings are quite dated. Overall, it was clean, quiet, convenient to shopping and dining, and affordable. They had a water pipe break while I was staying there, but they were on it immediately and had the water restored very quickly. The people were extremely nice and accommodating.

My sister and I stayed just one night. Both of us were impressed by the attention to cleaniness. When I checked in I was told the room was upstairs but I requested downstairs because of my age and ability and was accommodated. I don't know if that was the right choice because the people above us never slept and seemed like they were \"square dancing\" the whole time!!
I would love to stay again minus the upstairs neighbors, lol.

Old motel on the outside but clean renovated rooms inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant only open for breakfast / lunch. Doors are noisy when opening and closing. Our room was in a breeze-way that amplified outside noises. Upstairs was moving furniture around for awhile but all in all a quiet night.

The young lady that checked us in was awesome, she answered and helped us with our TVs that we could not figure out to work them. She came up with towels and helped us with a SMILE! Hotel was in great location and seemed like out two bed room was updated not too long ago. Kitchen could use an updated table and chair as it is well used and dated . Overall this is a good option,

The negative: the second bedroom did not have heat or AC, so we were cold at night. King BED
First Bedroom(main room) the listing states the two beds are queens, but they are full size bed, so if your planning two people in bed it might be tight.

There is a restaurant on site(not included in fee) which we tried and the service was great and so was the food.

Plenty of parking in the back too .

Not bad but a bit dirty.

Our family went on a quick weekend trip, booked two nights here for reasonable price; it was obviously recently renovated so it should have been nice and clean however, the walls were filthy with feet prints and such. Also the chairs were banged up and the cloth was totally disgustingly dirty. The beds were very comfortable though and the lady was super nice so I hate to complain, just being honest though!

In a great area of S.F. and a ‘gem in disguise’. Looks like an old motel that has been well maintained, but when in the room, you feel like you are at a new Hilton. Great value, nice staff, and very quiet. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby, and in a very safe area as well. Great for families or mature adults who just want a nice room and a place to leave a nice vehicle without worry. Will stay here again!

The room was not very clean, I wiped the furniture and it had a lot of dust. The Microwave was a fire hazard, as it was full of rust and sparked when you turn it on. The mini fridge gets turned off between guest and that caused condensation and mold. I told the clerk and his response was \"oh I'm sorry\"

Mixed bag: Bed was very clean and very comfortable.
The 2-room, 3 bed option is very spacious.
The overall condition is so bad. Floors and furniture terrible and stained, bathroom appears recently updated, though, and it's nice. Back slider door didn't lock and was easy to access from outside. There was not a single towel stocked. Staff was attentive and quick to remedy. Cafe downstairs, $20 for 2 lattes.
The location was perfect for getting over hwy 12 to the east. The hotel itself is very close to a lot of great shopping.

Other hotel guests made a lot of noise until 4.30am, noone answered the lobby phone when called for help. This inn is neglected and managers are only interested in money and not providing a safe, comfortable, clean stay for their guests.

It wasn’t very clean. Although I did like the layout of the rooms but the bathroom door came off the hinges when I closed it. My husband opened the back sliding door and it came of track so we had to leave it open a bit throughout the whole stay and that felt unsafe with toddler and a baby.

The pool area was a huge disappointment. All the lounge beds were broken and dirty. The pool water needed sweeping.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
Jeffries next door has a great breakfast. Huge portions so my hubby and I shared a meal. The pancakes are enormous.

Room is better than the exterior hints.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior needs a good refresh, but the pool and room itself were nice! Room was clean and updated, bed was comfy! TV needs updating and dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed. Easy and kind check in. Beware the internet going offline. Hopefully just our bad luck. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Don’t bother staying here. Needs a complete renovation. While the room was clean nothing else was good. Just a run-down motel. Our room had a kitchenette type nook with an induction plate, mini-fridge and microwave and modern updated cabinet. Sink, shower and toilet recently upgraded to contemporary styles. Furnishing were mish-mash and worn but not quite shabby. Carpet had a couple of large stains. BED EXCELLENT along with fresh, clean linens, and pillows. Towels fluffy and soft. Nice pool. View from second floor over pool area. Natural environs, trees, etc. exceptional. Small breakfast, lunch cafe on premises. Indian cuisine restaurant adjacent. IHOP short walk across the side street. We enjoy staying there. Each room is configured slightly different than others. VERY SPACIOUS!

The room itself was nice and clean and smelled like fresh paint, and had new granite countertops in the bathroom. Since they are going through renovations, all of the old doors, mattresses, and lamps were all out in the carport, directly outside of my room, not very inviting. No housekeeping was done at any time so I went out to The housekeeper and asked for replenishment of my towels.
