I asked to be changed rooms because the room given to me, 205, had no working lights and a roach. I was moved to a different room tha smelled like cigarette smoke and also had roaches.
I do NOT recommend this place. It is disgusting.

Jasmine, the clerk who checked us in was nice and friendly. I hope she finds a better job.

The room was nasty. The floors were gross. The room smelled like smoke. There was a bunch of little hairs in the sink. The air conditioner didn't work. They didn't have another room for us. I canceled my other 3 days I was going to stay. I got charged a cancelation fee. I feel I shouldn't since it was your hotel's fault. I actually should have got half off for the night I stayed. First room- deadbolt wouldn't lock. Second room- mystery stains on some of the sheets & towels, but easier preferrable to an unlocked room. Mattress worn out and dipping to one side. Room had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. WiFi never worked in the room - desk agent said they would reimburse me for the trouble, but then didn't and ghosted both me and Expedia customer service. Avoid this property.

This is a distressed hotel property. Much work needs to be done and half of the rooms are not available due to dangerous stairs or walkways. First room we were given had no telephone, TV, fridge or microwave. We changed rooms and got one with a TV only. The only reason we stayed was the proximity to Kaiser Hospital where we visited a family member.

The location was good for me but I was shocked at how run down, dirty and state of disrepair - I expected more from a Wyndham property. Apparently they just took over and have NOT done anything except put in new beds. 2 of the outlets didn’t work and there was no light attached to the switch at the entry.

This hotel appears to be transitioning from a run down flop to a potential wine country tourist stay. It still needs a lot of work. There are major renovations going on that might be noisy during the week.
The check in desk lobby area was in disarray with Super 8 posters stapled crookedly on the walls. The desk person was, let's say, inexperienced and unpolished. She told a guest struggling with the wifi he had \"to get out now 'cause I have to leave.\"
The room had new laminate flooring with modern fixtures and furnishings, with the exception of one battered dinette table, sans chairs, that seemed a hold over from leaner times. The heater didn't work. The toilet seemed new but the tub was old and burn marked. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The laminate floors seem like a great idea, but made the noise from the floor of the room above really loud.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room stunk like if someone just had smoked a cigarette in the room with the door closed. The second room, TV and AC didn't work. The third room, smelled like dirty feet when you walked in. The concrete on the walk ways were so filthy. Unbelievable experience. We were traveling from Sacramento and needed a room for one night. Never again.

First room we were given was not cleaned and had previous visitors trash and used blankets on the bed. The second room we were given had a strong smell of urine in the room and restroom. Other than the cleanliness the motel was affordable and had a great location within distance to the freeway and city experiences.

Beds are very comfortable,
I didn’t like the bathtub because it seems like is clogged don’t drain properly the very last night I wasn’t able to take shower because the water didn’t drain, they don’t have maintenance on weekends.

The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance.

The parking lot had potholes everywhere. The shower in our room did not have a shower curtain. Our bathroom floor was soaked the first day because they couldn’t bring a curtain because they didn’t have the staff. It looked as if they painted over mold in the bathroom as well. And the ceiling about the shower head was bubbling out. The outlet next to the bed shorted out if I used both outlets. So I couldn’t plug my sleep machine and have the lamp plugged in at the same time. There was a water leak in the parking lot in front of our room, so we had to navigate around the major puddles of water with the kids to get in/out of car. Our key cards had to be reset EVERY TIME we used them.

The area outside shows trash around.
The show head is by far to low for people around 6 feed or larger. The furnature is a little simple, with some scatches and old, but working.
There was free coffee at the reception in the morning.
The place is not noisy and has a nice pool environment, also the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They switched us rooms. There are no coffee pots. Many areas were blocked off as the building is literally falling apart. I did not expect much from this type of hotel, but if you need to switch me rooms because I slipped on the gallon of water on the floor from what was obviously a continuous problem I would least expect some sort of accomidation.

My contracted rate was not honor until spending a long time on the phone with Expedia that night and next morning! This place is a scam!!!!

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I arrived for check in after booking and paying online, the night attendant Renee stared to check me in and then said i have to pay a $100 deposit, and then a separate $50 deposit. I questioned why and could not get a straight answer this guy was high out of his mind I honestly thought it was a joke. He then proceeded to tell me his credit card system sometimes charges people double so it would be easier for him if i would go to the local liquor store and just give him the $150 in cash that way he didnt have to refund it to my card. I told him i was absolutely not doing that and he can charge the card on file. He had trouble doing this so i had to then give him my physical card where he then hand wrote my card number and information down, then took pictures on his phone with it. He then told me, i will give you one more chance to go take money out of the atm now or your gonna have a hard time to get the deposit bavk, he said he didnt know if his manager would even be able to for a month or so and sometimes people never get their deposits bak at all. I insisted he use the card.
Come morning i go to the front desk for check out. I ask the lady at the front about of what happened last night was standard practice and learned not only do they not charge a deposit, they also do not accept any cash for rooms ever!!!
I have called the poloce and filed a formal investigation. This place is not right they need to be shut down

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. Seriously. The “room” had not even a dam TV. At all. Just a hole and a cable and a remote for the hole I guess. Neighbors up til dawn yelling, running pit bull back and forth and chopping something on table, which I got to hear Every. Single. Bit. of the chopping then using the bathroom for hours. One gross flat pillow. Scabs in the sheets. Oh and right the AC didn’t work in June, 95 degrees. No microwave coffee maker fridge nothing. Empty gross area with worse sheets. This is Park Hotel, was shut down before, they threw a Super 8 sheet over the sign and back to the same gross weird place. Seriously, don’t.

This property changed hands - it is now a Super-8. They didn't have my reservation even though I had already paid. I had to cancel the old reservation and make a new one. After an hour at the front desk, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Back to the front desk. Next room was clean but no fridge. Took a shower, after which the exhaust fan in the bathroom began to leak water. I went to work the next daty and when I came back the room was flooded. Onto room #3, which was actually nice. This property was terrible. There was an issue in checking in and the person at the desk was not helpful at all. I asked about the location of a restaurant I wanted to eat at and she was totally unhelpful just stating that well I just go down the street and that’s all I know. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels and the person at the desk always has recommendations for eating accommodations and how to get to them! When I got to the room, the television was not working. I left to go to the show I was going to see and I told them to work it out and by the time I got back, it was fixed. There were numerous cigarette butts (looked like about 100 all in one location) on the property just left there as well as a water leak that created quite a puddle. I had to tiptoe to get to my car.There was a very serious hole in the parking lot that if I had had my Corvette, we would have been high centered. Only one ice machine worked out of two. When I came out in the morning to leave there was a domestic violence dispute going on in the parking lot. This property is under new ownership and they have a serious challenge ahead of them to fix these many problems.

Lots of drug activity through night in the parking lot/outside our door and parties. Make up stains on the walls, lights in the room didn’t work, and people smoked in the non smoking room. Floor was sticky. I’ve stayed at plenty of motels, but this was by far the worst experience. Don’t ignore the reviews like I did. Just stay at the best western down the street. I booked a room with two beds for four people. Our room did indeed have two beds, but only one pillow per bed, and the front desk staff could not produce any more pillows. So two of us get no pillow. Also, only two towels, so we also get to share towels. There was a long human hair on the top sheet of one bed.

Take Caution: Explicit Hotel

I arrived for check-in around 10PM, we encountered, shall we say, alarming conditions including active dr*g use, police activity, potential human trafficking and prostituti*n, which made us fear for our safety as well as the safety of our vehicle. The hotel concierge explicitly mentioned it was an “active” night. Given these circumstances, we felt it was unsafe to stay and immediately left the premises.

I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling, even just for a place to rest your head.

This property was nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and felt extremely unsafe. There was a How to Avoid Human Trafficking awareness sign posted on a dirty wall in the front office. When I went to check in the staff started the conversation with “your room won’t have a microwave or a fridge and there are none available so I can’t switch you.” She was unclear about the policies of the hotel and I was asked to sign a waiver saying the hotel wasn’t liable for any damage or stolen items if I left them locked in my room. I left promptly and literally want my cancellation fee back bc this was false advertisement at best.
