Iv'e stayed at this property several times in the past few months. Key issues for me were lack of shampoo and such, my air conditioner did not work. The staff are very friendly, however, more training is needed for the younger staff as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The days of good customer service seems like a thing of the past. No smiles or engagement.

It was quiet enough, and the bed was satisfactory.
Didn't provide towels, only a washcloth.
Furniture was minimal and worn.
For the price, it provided what was needed, no more.

There was no Ac. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Now as far as front desk people they were a little rude especially the manager he gave me a 1 bed with no refrigerator and microwave when he said there be those in the room. My biggest concern is that when management let a person who is not registered or had no ID change my room without asking or getting permission from me to change rooms. He had no right To do that. Although front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They did not have an adequate amount of pillows in room. 2 beds 1 bed with 2 pillows 1 bed with 1 pillow. Let front desk know they stated they are aware didnt offer to get another pillow come to find out that they dont have anymore. 1st room that was given to me was filthy in the restroom. Very small compared to other Motel 6s. Refrigerator did not work at all I was not aware. Food to make a charcuterie tray for a picnic in Bodega Bay that was stored in the fridge spoiled. It was over $50 of salami and cheese. Then my trunk looked like it was tampered with. I should have know because there were undesirables that appeared to be on drugs hanging around and staying in the building. Will not stay again.

First, front desk agent was going to charge me $120 for a room if I checked in at the counter with him directly. I was hesitant because based on the looks of the property 120 seemed high. When I had looked online rates were in the range of $70. He did not advise about the lower rate available if I booked online. I proceeded to go back to my car and research online to find that I could book through Expedia for $30 less. I booked a double queen room with a microwave and refrigerator. The front desk agent welcomes me back into the office where he proceeded to complete the check-in process with my Expedia reservation. We were talking about the property and it's renovations and I had mentioned that I had previously stayed in the far left building in the room was very nice because it had been renovated. The agent boastfully stated that he could put me in that building if I wish, and I said that would be fine. When I arrived to the room I found that the room was not renovated while my reservation indicated that it should be for two people, two queen beds, microwave and refrigerator and with the front agents suggested to put me there I assume that it had been a renovated room considering that's what we were discussing my enjoyment of the last day. The room only had two double beds, no refrigerator and no microwave. The TV was old and blurry with limited channels and there were only one set of towels for one person. Upon calling the front desk they said that I asked for this room.

I was dissapointed to see a dirty towel in the bathroom, the floors were dirty as well as the table surface. Also there was a used condom left on the heater/AC unit. It was really gross and there was at least 1 instance of seeing someone drop off a female to a room and then pick her back up. I hope that management can get a handle on the cleaning.

Front desk guy was really fun and welcoming.
I travel with dogs so have seen more than my fair share of Motel 6's and do not expect fancy.
1st room we were assigned had one bed still stripped.
Replacement room did not have refrigerator or microwave as I'd reserved. It was in poor condition, even for a Motel 6: dirty corners, random smears on walls, etc.
Heater worked fine, TV was good. We slept fine.
Will not go back.

Pros: The people in the office were nice (that’s why the 2 stars)! Cons: The room and the grounds was absolutely horrible though!! my room was noticeably dirty. They were straight black hairs on my sheets. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floor made my feet black. We were here for my nine-year-old gymnastics competition and I had to go to target to buy Lysol, Lysol wipes, Lysol air, disinfectant, and a candle and lighter! And it STILL smelled!! I understand that I wasn’t expecting a five or even four or three star room. I did expect basic cleanliness though. I never write negative reviews and I’m doing this because I really don’t want anybody else to experience this!! I still felt dirty after leaving. Even after cleaning! Also, the shower was cold! There was a man who appeared under the influence of something pacing outside of my room at night, which made me really anxious. There was a group of questionable people gathered together. There were empty beer cans outside my door on the ground. I mean, I’ve stayed in a motel six before! It was never this bad. I am not exaggerating. I felt so gross after leaving.

Quiet! Clean!! Great mattresses!!! Next to a small grocery store, close to a fast food places, gas stations, a CVS, restaurants and easy access to the highway. Enough lighted parking for a few RV's and trailers as well. The pool's temperature is just right with umbrelled tables and lounge chairs all around. Some rooms have a microwave and mini refrigerator, too. I am a Senior gal and appreciate the comfortable bed and spacious shower! My home away from home😃

Rooms were not swept or cleaned correctly next to beds. Window sill dirty. My girls found dirt on their sheets in their room and it smelled so bad like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Bathroom sinks were dirty as well. Some light fixtures also did not work. Floors were also sticky. The trash can outside was overfilling of trash. Parking lot needs a wash down.

The forst room I was given smelled dorty and overall WAS dirty. I was given a new room that was much cleaner, but had a drunk girl outside pf my room fighting with a few ppl. I do have to say that the man at the front desk was incredibly kind and hospitable. He tried to help me as much as he could, but unfortunately there's no helping this place. Stayed here because of the price and not very familiar with the area or city...it was just for one night so I went for it. Staff was very friendly and check in easy, but my room reeked of stale smoke. Towels were clean but some were stained, and there were cigarette burns in the sheet, curtain, and I shower curtain. The property itself was unkempt. Looks like it used to be a motel 6, which is fine, but was in much worse shape than any motel 6 I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot. Think there are a few people living there and there was a visitor next door for most of the night and they were loud. This place seemed very sketchy even though the holiday inn express next door seemed very nice.

Save yourself a sleepless night and go elsewhere... like to the Holiday Inn next door.
I cannot believe Radisson is ok worth their name on this fleabag motel. It should be renamed Drug Culture Inn by Radisson. They obviously cater to street people, drug users and the underbelly of the nightlife scene. Definitely not family friendly!!
My room was small, noisy, filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Like someone had been smoking in there for years.
The floor was disgusting and o never took my shoes off. What little sleep I got was in my street clothes. Could not take a shower because the towels were filthy.
The refrigerator didn't get cold, and made a strange sound. There was no microwave. The bedsheets had tears and were dirty. I could go on but why bother. You get the point.
The room looked NOTHING like the photos. Was literally the worst motel experience of my life.

Some black stuff was smeared all over the floor and dried up under a bed. Looks like its been there a while.

Park Inn by Radisson is a brand I have stayed at in Davao, Philippines on many occasions and have considered it a top destination. This Santa Rosa California branded hotel, however, is anything but. It's essentially a recycled motel 8, dirty, beat, a clientele of drug users, prostitutes and others, with corresponding noise, fighting, police and no peace at all. All it's good for is a low rent rendezvous.I'm shocked that Radisson would put their Park Inn brand on it. Unless they are going to tear this down and build something new, there's no saving it.

Scary! Rundown former motel 6. Our first clue should have been the former motel. 6 signs spray painted over with graffiti on it at the entrance . Bad part of town. We walked in our room, turned around and checked out. Felt unsafe and room had damage. Poor condition. People hanging around in the parking lot and on the stairs that looked rough and dangerous. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on. She was questioning if we requested to cancel the room. That is never acceptable. There is no reason for an older facility to not have a clean environment or common courtesy to knock. After providing this information to the facility they stood by their no refund policy and we were not offered any compensation.

Where to begin? There were pubic hairs on the sheets. There was hair in the shower drain. The pillowcases, towels and bathmat were all dirty. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were drug deals in the parking lot. The night shift employee was incompetent and marked one of our rooms as a no show but gave us keys. This is obviously used as temporary lodging for parolees and homeless people. Someone tried to break down the door twice to gain entry. They came back with a metal pipe and were beating on the railing because no one would give them drugs from the room next door. The laundry room didn’t work. Guests had to come to the front desk multiple times to ask for towels because you only allow one towel per room. A guest reported that his gun was missing. I’ve never seen anything like this. Poorly managed with poorly trained employees. Unsafe property that should not be featured on large platforms without disclosing what the property is being used for.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell hit me—it reeked of tobacco. It was overwhelming, like someone had been smoking in there for years and no one ever bothered to clean it properly. I don’t know how this room was considered ready for a guest. Definitely would not stay here or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.

It’s hard to know where to start. The clerk who checked me lacked the professional appearance you normally expect from a front desk clerk. And the people I saw hanging around would cause me to cross the street if I saw them walk towards me. But it was the dirty room that really turned me off. The floor needed to be mopped and the blood stain was unsettling. The bathroom smelled of urine and none of the tables looked like they had ever been wiped off. The final issue was when I approached a police officer sitting in his patrol car in the parking lot and asked him if he thought I would be safe staying here. He said honestly “no”. As he left another cop came in and stopped to talk to him and later a sheriff vehicle pulled through, so at least it is well patrolled. But I survived the night so it has that going for it.

No Microwave, no fridge, looked nothing like what was in the Google pictures. It says Park Inn by Radisson but the building has nothing that says Radisson. It use to be a Motel 6 before it shut down. I am trying to get my money back. I was only in the room about 5 minutes. After noticing how dirty it was & that the door didn’t seem to completely close I took photos to ask for a refund & left to find another hotel. It seems to be a place where maybe people live? Which is fine, except I had to squeeze past someone sitting on the stairs, and there was a bin & a bag of clothes outside of one room. It felt unsafe. This property appears to be in transition. I saw no signage identifying it as a Park Inn by Radisson, nor did I experience the level of service, amenities, or standards typically associated with the Radisson brand. In fact, the only visible signage was a blacked-out Motel 6 sign near the front of the property.

While Motel 6 is a budget chain, in my experience, their standards for cleanliness and basic operations have consistently exceeded what I encountered here.

That said, Santa Rosa is a pleasant city, and the property’s location is convenient—just off the freeway and close to restaurants, shops, and other services. The nightly rate was the most affordable I found when booking, and free parking is included, which is a plus.

However, my room, located toward the back of the property, had several issues. It was noisy, noticeably unclean, and smelled of smoke. Surfaces and furnishings—including countertops and cushions—showed significant wear, with visible chips and tears. The parking lot also raised concerns: at least one person appeared to be living out of a car, and I saw them biking around the lot multiple times. Local police made routine passes through the property while I was there.

In summary, while the convenient location and price are attractive, the overall experience fell short of expectations—even for budget accommodations. I hope the property is undergoing improvements, but as it stands, I could not recommend!
