Friendly and dedicated staff it’s always nice to know other people remember your last visit and the rooms you enjoy staying in. Without a white selection it’s not always possible to get the room on the third floor. I am almost comfortable with, but the overall satisfaction is OK. House keeping do some work.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I booked, they promised us a first-floor room so we could park near our door and keep an eye on our two classic cars during a car show weekend. When we arrived, they told us no first-floor rooms were available. Strike one.

The room itself was dirty — I have photos showing how grimy it really was. The “breakfast” was nothing more than some oatmeal packets set out in the lobby. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations.

I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a decent, clean place to stay for about 8 hours of sleep, but this place failed even at that. Definitely would not stay here again.

Room seemed fairly clean and tidy but after showering and walking back to the bed the soles of my feet were black. It doesn’t take much to mop a floor !. Breakfast was not worth bothering with a coffee machine in the reception area and tubs of porridge & super long life packaged pastries. Check in was good, however when we get to the room the bathroom was so dirty, then I reported to the front desk and they decided to assign another room, which it was ok.
I left my coffee cup and my water bottle, both was YETI and I called the same day and they told me that that the water bottle was in the front office but the coffee cup not. I told them I will come to pick up the cup.

This place was so nasty the bathroom door handle was broke the nightstand paint was off the toilet was clogged and it had blood in it..the k9 police kept riding threw the parking lot the room smells so bad..it was a large presence of smokers..I would no recommend to stay here at all especially if you have kids

A little above average, not best, not the worst

It’s fine, if looking for cheap and fairly safe, it beats the h out of the Park, Super 8, Sandman and motel 6. I work here a lot, those are all cruddy and not real safe feeling. The north extended stay is a bit nicer, but for the price difference between the two, definitely smarter to stay at south cost wise. But tbh the manager at both is a jerk. Like as far as I’m concerned, he made a threat to me, which is absolutely unacceptable. I had to not go to desk a few days to let temper calm down. But rest of the staff is good service and friendly. It’s a eh part of town, but could be worse. It isn’t ghetto or anything, just a keep to yourself type area. North feels a little less iffy. But the actual recliner chair and good tv, full size fridge and kitchenette are big plus factors. But for a few weeks on work trip, $300 a week cheaper adds up, so worth it.

The location was very loud. My sleep was disrupted all night. The grab and go breakfast was just a prepackaged muffin or Nutrigrain bar.

Upon check in the rate was lower than I was quoted. I paused and verified that the reservation and price was correct because it was lower than I expected. The lady checking me in verified that everything was correct and explained that she was able to apply a discount that lowered my price. Upon check out the hotel, without my knowledge, charged my card the full rate. They claimed to have issued a refund for the discounted rate, which at this point hasn’t posted. When I explained to him what had happened he told me that he didn’t believe me, and that I was not eligible for the discount. I told him that felt shady and wasn’t right to change the agreement after the fact. He told me he didn’t care but he was going to collect full payment. I suppose I’ll have to wait and see how this works out.

I would not recommend this hotel. The bed and pillows are terrible! Uncomfortable, no real blankets, tub drain is broken, no conditioner or body wash, no plates or silverware for the kitchen and front desk not answering. Also the housekeeping burst into my room with their key before I could answer the knock a few hours after I checked in. It's a pretty ghetto hotel. Not happy, comfortable beds are important 😮‍💨

24 hour pile driving directly across the street! There was a small notice on the Front Desk apologizing for the inconvenience, but too little too late. That information needed to be on the website! A lower rate would have been a nice gesture! Prepaid and non refundable in the presence of 24 hour pile driving made me feel VERY disrespected by the BRAND. The room felt neglected and cheap. The table was wobbly, the sign informing us about pots and pans for rent, and the shoddy repairs throughout the room made us feel like we were in a ZERO-star motel. The BEST part of the stay, was the staff. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The staff are the reason the overall rating is not a ZERO.

You don’t always get what you pay for

Definitely did not look like the photos. Extended stay with nothing in the room. When requested a coffee maker they couldn’t find any coffee for the machine they had. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer or any amenities you would expect in a hotel. Not in the best area and no restaurants within walking distance. I would never recommend this location or stay there again. It’s a shame that what you doesn’t match up to what you get. Just very disappointing after a long drive.

This place gives Best Western a run for the money. It has that empire beat in several categories especially customer service. While I was treated like street trash at BW, the realm of Extended Stay was extremely welcoming and didn't make me feel insecure whatsoever. The crowd here may appear unruly but don't judge a book by its cover. Law enforcement rolls thru once in awhile but there are so many of them in this county boredom must overwhelm them. The prices are the lowest you'll find and if you're balling on a budget this is the place to stay.

All the food I had in the refrigerator spoiled because it didn’t work. I had to get a new key 1-3 times a day. The stove didn’t work right. Shower temp was un controllable. A/C didn’t work well. I went to another hotel down the street. Worth the few dollars more a night.

I was not impressed. I had to ask for a light bulb because it was burned out, the remote to the TV did not have working batteries, no shampoo, no blow dryer and they hand a kitchen but no pots pans and plates and bowls in there and they said they offered a breakfast but it was more like a snack.

Eric is really good worker here, he’s very kind and and makes sure that I’m enjoying my stay here. He is amazing! The beds were very uncomfortable, sank in the middle. Room was dirty and tub tap constantly dripping. People above us had children who constantly were jumping, causing dust to fall from ceiling. Kitchen was not stocked with dishes, utensils etc. You had to order them. Outside back entrance had garbage cans overflowing and broken glass . Stairwell was filthy with joint and cigarette butts. The staff were wonderful and not their faults for poor management.

This hotel is terrible. Dirty, smelly, unsafe. The only reason I booked it was because its the only hotel with a stovetop to do cooking on Christmas! Towels are stained and paper thin. Cigarette smoke wafts through the bathroom vents. No fan in the bathroom. Room was very very humid and moist. Fridge made clinking noises at all hours. No microwave (asked about it and they said a replacement hadn't come in yet - pretty sure you could buy one at walmart for $40). Sink leaking all over the counter from the faucet. No dishes, pots/pans, utensils...NOTHING in room. Had to ask for everything and they won't bring it to your room. You practically need a shopping cart to be able to carry all the \"amenities\" back to your room. No garbage pick up. Other guests are clearly high on meth, yelling the parking lot, kicking cars, crawling in the bushes. This place is a DUMP.

This property surprised me and not in a good way. You have a kitchenette but have to go to the lobby to get dishes, a dish rack, cooking supplies (anything). The floor in my room was slick with I don't know what. There was loud traffic and people arguing outside in the middle of the night. \"Breakfast\" was a muffin or cheap fruit bar.

Our room was dirty and had a bad odor from not being sanitized properly. Bedsheet were smelly and stained. One night light was missing a lamp and the other was broken. Bathtub looked dirty as well. We decided not to stay overnight; went back to the lobby to inform them of the condition of our room and requested to have our money refunded. The said to contact Expedia for refund.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything the people next to you are saying and every footstep around but that wasn’t the worst part there was poop on the walls in the bathroom pee still on the toilet seat and the little kitchen area was disgusting especially the microwave and fridge door not to mention all the pistachio shells in the ac unit

We asked for blankets and were told they would call back but they never did, worst of all we had two people knock on our door at 11 pm asking to be let in and there was nothing good nor safe that was going to come from opening the door. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was gunk on all the walls, there were random long hairs in the shower walls and the sink, the floors were sticky (I’m assuming it may have been wax? Really sticky and gross either way). A few lamps did not work, the wall plug sparked when I plugged in my phone charger…I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place for the rate. Ridiculous.

Was rebooked to this hotel. Definitely not the experience I was looking for with my girls. Overall, it was a clean motel type of hotel. Has a good breakfast restaurant on site. Lots of shopping all around.

It’s a nice hotel if that what you’re looking for. But I wanted a more country feel. This is city feeling. And my originally booking included breakfast.

I've had good experiences at Extended Stay in other cities but this one was disgusting. It's a residential hotel full of people with barking dogs, screaming kids, sticky everything in the room, we took a tissue & wiped the counter & the tissue was literally black. Ripped sheets & the bed was basically a metal frame with a giant ravine in the center. We stayed 10 mins max before asking for a refund

Horrible! Rooms were not very clean. Booked a “non smoking room” and it smelled so much like smoke. The microwave was very dirty (we weren’t going to use it) but what if we had to? We did check in dropped off our bag and left for the day. We came back like at midnight and our door was OPEN! We tried to make it but we ended up leaving the hotel and driving back home at 1:45am because we just didn’t feel comfortable. The guy that was in the “lobby” just said “ok” when we said we were leaving did not care at all. Not to mention it was 4 couples we all left. All out rooms were discussing! The pictures do not look like the actual rooms. We paid $175/night. That’s really expensive for what the hotel was!
