Upon entering the hotel room, there was a strong bleach odor. In restroom, the ceiling light fixture was missing and the wirings were all exposed as you can see inside the ceiling. There was no body shower soap besides a thin bar for all to use. The shower water pressure was very low.

I appreciated the stay at Quality Inn. The overall hotel and grounds were pleasant and inviting. A later check in was a breeze (I did notify the hotel I was checking in later). Room was clean and appreciated room amenities. We did not have breakfast, however, there were a lot of guests who were taking full advantage what was offered and looked happy. Oh and it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The first room I was in the heater didn't work so I called the front desk and he immediately put me in another room. The heater worked great in that room. I was able to use the jets in the sunken tub in the room one of the jets wasn't working. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage, hot and cold cereal, waffles, toast or danishes and yogurt plus juice and coffee.

Nice hotel. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast.
2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps.

I look forward to my meetings in Petaluma every three months because the hotel is across the street from an Applebee's and also features a truly great breakfast compared to other Hotel chains. I've stayed at this articular Quality Inn many times over the last four years or so. You can't beat it. Especially at the price.

The bedside lamps had plugs in them but did not appear to work. I could not charge my phone by the bed. The bathroom sink had a very large crack in it. The amenities were mediocre.

This hotel is great! Clean, nice grounds, friendly knowledgeable staff. The property is unique and looks like nice apartments rather than a classic hotel. Be aware that the building we stayed (4) at did not have an elevator, so be aware of that if stairs are a problem for you. Absolutely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again.

The good: clean rooms, friendly staff, competitive rates. Nice beds and pillows. Plenty of parking and EV chargers.

The bad: I booked specifically for the pool and hot tub. Part of my physical therapy when traveling. I got the hotel and both were closed for resurfacing the concrete surfaces around the outdoor pool and hot tub. Apparently the second resurfacing in the last year. First round they probably hired the lowest bidders and the finish bubbled and was peeling according to front desk. In the age of computers, it should be easy to update reservation pages that the pool is down for maintenance. I shouldn’t have to call to confirm the amenities are available.
The minimalist free breakfast did not offer any non dairy milk options. Pretty hard to believe in 2026 and def unacceptable. I like cows but like millions of Americans, am allergic to dairy.

The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. But, they also serve free breakfast in the morning, and that wasn’t a bad deal at all. There weren’t too many negatives. One was, the pool was dirty and didn’t make you wanna jump in it. Number two, if you don’t like a firm mattress, you will not sleep well. Maybe they have a different room with the softer mattress, I didn’t ask. Number three, the cable channels are terrible. And finally, and most important, I’ve stayed at nicer places for cheaper.

Although this hotel is near the freeway the room was very quiet. It’s in an area of business parks with a lot of trees and nice walking sidewalks. Very pleasant and peaceful. Would be a perfect place to walk a dog, but the hotel doesn’t accept pets. So next time we travel with our dog we’ll have to stay elsewhere. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Everyone I met was friendly and willing to answer any question I might have. They offer a good breakfast with real scrambled eggs, waffles and many other items. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were a plus to have. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Overall the stay was good. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The room and hotel itself was a bit run down and rough around the edges. I am an avid gym user and was very unimpressed by the fitness facility. There were no weights, mats, and only one treadmill, one bike and a very strange stair master. It was a good place to stop off for a quick night away.

This hotel was so great I don't want to tell anybody about it so its always available for me! But I guess that would not be fair to the hotel haha. Clean, safe, plenty of parking, Great location off the highway surrounded by good dining options, super nice staff (I absolutely loved ALL the staff). Great room, wonderful sheets, Love the pillows, wonderful breakfast. Everyone at the front desk beyond nice, down to the maid servicing the room, & the sweet woman running breakfast. Love the hot tub and the pool. Our room had a microwave and a fridge, AC worked great and wasn't noisy, bathroom down by the pool, printer in the lobby in case you have to print boarding passes. One of those hotels that meets all your needs and super affordable. We used this as our napa bottlerock hotel and cruised in with zero traffic. Winning!

Room was clean, tv actually had many channels. Breakfast is hot and delicious. Lots of parking. Checkout time is 12 which was super great! Overall would stay again. The only issue is the deposit was more than I was expecting so I had to move money around. I get the deposit back at the end of the stay it just is a cost I wish was listed. Not just here but on all hotels so I could plan ahead.

I was given the absolute worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The room was at the bottom of the stairs so everyone could see into the room. It was noisy and the bed was hard as a rock. Literally the worst hotel room I’ve ever been given. Ever!

Midnight alarm radio went off. Thats bad but 1 am the micro fridge buzzing so loud drowned out the hvac and the freeway. Loud as this was a room on the 101 on ramp /101… the abandoned casino next to it was a scatchy vibe- instead a few $ more the way nice hilton homes two is blocks away .

They said they clean the room every three days, it’s actually every four days. They do not change the breakfast up at all. It’s the same thing every single day. Not a great breakfast and not the worst breakfast. Definitely better than nothing. Never used the hot tub or any other amenities at the property can’t say anything about them all in all. It’s a very decent hotel for the price would definitely stay there if I was working in the area again.

I have stayed at this inn several times over that past few years. It is a good hotel but in need of some basic maintenance improvements. In several of the rooms I have been given the lighting over the bathroom vanity is totally inadequate. I have had to change rooms because of this. Better lighting overall would be a great improvement. There is also a problem with many of the sink faucets leaking onto the countertop when turned on. The heater/air conditioner was exceptionally loud, waking me a few times. Breakfast is good and the staff is great.
