Where do I start. There was no AC even though it was advertise, there was no breakfast provided, even though it was advertised. The coffee that they gave in the morning was really watery, both ice machines were out of order, the bathroom floorboard was coming off the wall, there is no mini fridges, no microwave no little coffee maker in room, they didn’t even give blankets they just give sheets, and the heater looked like it was from 1972. But I’d have to say the biggest issue was that the my room was located in the very back of the property, where was really secluded, but that wasn’t an issue as much as it was that the door didn’t have the latch on the inside that most hotels provide as an extra layer of security. Mine had been ripped off of the wall. As well as the door, not really closing all the way, so you have to push really hard to click in. That’s a serious security hazard since the location of the room is in a secluded area of the property. I found out that you had to close the door hard because I left and came back and I didn’t even need my key to get into the room because the door didn’t close all the way, but it looked like it did. I would think that at least one of those features that I’ve just mentioned would be available but absolutely none were available. I purchased the room because of the price, but I don’t even think it was worth the low amount that it was. They need to go lower if they’re gonna remove everything out of the rooms.

I checked in 11-26-25 and started to get ready to settle in after a 8 hour drive. I pulled back the sheets and saw hair! I checked the 2nd bed and more hair! The sheets were not clean and they looked already slept in. I check out a replacement room and the same thing, wrinkled, stained, and hair sheets. I continued looking with the manager Amanda at 2 additional rooms. Dirty bathroom, stained sheets in both rooms. Finally we went to the 5th room and the sheets at least looked clean, still wrinkled badly including the pillow cases. I accepted the 5th room so we could finally rest. NO I WAS NOT PLEASED! I am asking for a refund for two nights. It was the night before Thanksgiving Day and rooms were unavailable in the area we were staying for less han $250!

The room was absolutely disgusting. The floor obviously had not been swept and mopped in quite some time. There were dead cockroaches all over the room from the entryway all the way back to the bathroom. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathtub. My stay was originally for 2 nights and I ended up cancelling the second night. The only reason I didn't leave right away is because I arrived so late and had nowhere to go. The following morning there was police activity on the property and random sketchy people walking around. I would not recommend this place at all.

No Wifi, breakfast item or ice (ice machines didn't work). There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the front door was stuck (had to push hard on it to close and open), there was a smoke/burnt mark on the head bed, and only one small pillow on the bed. The toilet seat was missing a screw, it was very loose and a catastrophe to use the toilet. Only ONE tiny bar soap to use at the shower and sink (wash hands).The room was also totally outdated.

We stayed one night when going TO our destination, and one night on our return. The first night our room
1- had NO REFRIGERATOR (for which staff gave another room)
2- when going to take a shower late at night there was NO HOT WATER
3- there was only a sheet and THIN blanket; we asked, and staff provided additional
4- the sink was STOPPED UP and gave only a VERY SLOW DRAIN
5- the ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK
6- even though it is on the website and one reason I chose this motel, there was NO \"BREAKFAST\"
7- the room LIGHTING was VERY POOR

CONCLUSION: I AM ASKING FOR SOME REFUND AT THE VERY LEAST!!

The location was fabulous. The room I had room 108 at pieces of drywall missing in the bathroom and overhead where the bathroom sink was it is though the place had lacked any type of maintenance and painting in the bathroom pre-bathroom area. But let me hand it to you. The bed was one of the most comfortable. I have slept in in a variable long time. He stayed three night nights and found it impossible to get somebody to freshen up our room even after requesting it it still wasn’t done. The manager bless her heart said it was my fault for having such a bad attitude. I think I think we started off on the wrong foot cause she was the one who checked me in and I really wasn’t getting out welcome welcome here, sir vibe it was almost like she was doing me a favor checking me in. Yeah she’s your employee not mine.

It was the worse experience, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke and mold it was a non smoking room. Cockroach and bed bugs, turned the sheet down and blood on mattress, the night clerk was nice trying to help give me another room but it was in the computer clean and ready but when I opened the door it was occupied with clothes etc. By this time it was late and gave me another room the towels were dingy and smelled I had to buy towels . Floors dirty in corners. In the morning I went to discuss it with the manager and she was very rude and could at least cut the rate for the discomfort. I had surgery the day of checkout not being able to rest for fear of roaches.

I stayed in 2 different rooms. Dirty, dirty and roach infestation. Property reflects it used to be an old motel 6, bad shape. Sheets had stains, dirt/stains of something on walls, floors, everywhere. Smells like smoke inside. Appears people live there fulltime, homeless just needing a room for the night. I didnt even stay the 3rd night, left early, just didnt want to share my pillow with another roach. Sorry, didnt stay long enough to take photos. I did have a friend stay at the Quality Inn about a block away, they said it was very nice and very clean. I will be trying them next week.

ROACHES!

This hotel is infested with roaches, the workers know this and they still let people stay here! Checked into the hotel at about 5pm, I was given a second floor room and asked if I could be moved to a floor level room as I was traveling with my daughter who is only a year old and I didn't want her to disturb anyone below us. I explained this situation to the gentleman during check in and the other lady spoke up and said \"oh if you have a kid you'll definitely want to stay on the second floor. We are having issues with the bottom floor and are waiting on maintenance\" Hindsight is 20/20! I assumed it was plumbing or electrical as the gentleman proceeded to look at his map and note down the room were were in and what was under us and states that he would make sure he didn't put anyone in the room under us. We go to our room, drop our luggage and head out to meet up with family for the evening. We return after dark and prepare for bed. I got up to brush my teeth and there is a roach crawling up the wall in front of me! Turn the rest of the lights on in the room and there are more crawling on other walls! Needless to say we attempted to check our and get a refund and the front staff would not issue us a refund since we booked online. So we had to spend ages on the phone. Absolutely horrendous service. I cannot belive the staff is aware of the roach problem and instead of being honest, knowing I have a young child with me, they let me check in and subject us to roaches. Despicable.

The poorest hotel experience I've ever had

To start with my overall experience and disappointment in Wyndham hotels specifically the super 8 in Petaluma California was a disgusting affair. Between the air conditioning not working, the two ice machine being broke, however the second night they did have one machine back working. cockroaches in not one but two different rooms. I went to sit down and a chair that was in the room and promptly ended up on the floor because it was broken. Considering I've had back surgery multiple times this did not make me feel very comfortable at all. Insufficient lemons for two people asked and was told didn't have any they were being washed. Overall appearance was very discouraging. linens that were in the room and on the bed were dirty obviously hadn't been changed. All the floors were dirty. Water dripping from the ceiling out of one of the registers. I honestly can't say anything good about this hotel and if this is what I have to look forward to with Wyndham properties I will not stay at another one again.

One of the worst places I've stayed and that's saying A LOT. The condition of doors, walls, plumbing fixtures, I mean everything, was in bad shape with extra wear and I guess water damage. The mattress was super old and lumpy in a way that didn't even make sense. There were no towels, no remote for the TV etc. It was pretty dirty too. But I slept well. And the customer service was fantastic!

Friendly staff. Had to ask for blankets and functioning heater. Only one bar of soap, one towel, and two wash rags. No shampoo or coffee. The door didn't close well and parts of the safety latch were missing. The lights outside door were out. The room smelled and there were bugs in the room. Upstairs people were stomping all night late. The first night, the fire alarm went off twice, once around 12 and the around 2AM. Over all a very unpleasant experience.

We paid for a two bed, non-smoking room, but were put into a one bedroom, smoking room (or one that has previously been a smoking room). After a few hours, we were moved to a two bed, but the air was broken, the bathroom door had clearly been punched in at some point, one of the headboards was falling off, and there were cockroaches coming out from behind the headboard. Back we went to the one bed. The room we stayed in had no microwave, fridge, or shampoo and conditioner. Just two small hand soaps. The front desk guy felt bad, and he brought us two extra pillows and a blanket for our shared double bed, but the blanket had a giant burn hole in it. You can't make this stuff up.

I asked for a bottom floor room and he got me one but when I went to it, it hadn’t been cleaned. Check in is at 3:00 this was after 6:00. I did asked the cleaning lady if she could possibly get it cleaned while we were at dinner. When we got back everything was cleaned. I took a shower and it flooded the entire bathroom. There was also no remote control for the tv. Both ice machines were out of order.

This was the nastiest, grossest, sketchiest motel I have ever stayed at in my life. There were two tweakers flanking the doors to the check in office looking me up and down as if to gauge if they wanted to rob me as I walked up. Homeless people live in the parking lot, the room was filthy, and there were roaches and spiders in the room. There was a water leak from the ceiling directly above the bathroom sink that splashed everywhere and I didn’t feel comfortable brushing my teeth there. I washed my hands using the tub faucet. The toilet bowl was elongated but they had a mismatched round seat attached that didn’t line up and was uncomfortable to sit on. I literally slept in my clothes on top of the bedsheets and felt very unsafe on the property. It felt like staying in a crack house. If I hadn’t been so exhausted when I got there I would have just eaten the cost and left immediately, and I regret not sleeping in my truck. I will never be back, and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The experience in this hotel was absolutely horrible. Any word of terrible, disgusting, unacceptable, would fit about this hotel. We only stayed for 30-45 minutes before leaving due to all the unnecessary delays that happened. We checked into our room and the first thing you notice is that the bed farthest from the door is destroyed and unmade. Like someone just left. The second thing would be how disgusting the shower was. And lastly having a person trying to come in. While three adults are trying to now share a bed, due to the nasty bed next to us, someone had a key and tried multiple times to come in. After we called the office and while she stuttered and slurred her words of truly not know why someone had a key, she mentioned that it was “just a coworker,” which was very hard to believe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Check-in was easy and staff was kind. Someone was getting arrested just past the stairs to our room as we walked up. Room was nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes (not terrible but definitely there). Floor was wet, which I’m telling myself was from mopping, but they definitely didn’t mop the whole room because a good bit of floor was dirty. No towels but that was OK because the shower was too dirty and gross to use (I say this as someone who has been using campground showers). Bed felt like a frat futon. Branding outside and online was raddison, but soaps and stuff all had Motel 6 branding, which felt more accurate. But the sheets seemed clean (just stained) and the walls weren’t sticky so hardly the worst place I’ve stayed! All in all I’d say it’s a fine place to sleep but don’t expect anything more

You get what you pay for. I'm accustomed to noise, checking out my window throughout the night on my vehicle. However in the two and a half years I've stayed there on and off, it's just that. You get what you pay for but I've never had a problem. Great staff! Always helpful when I needed it.

There where cobwebs all over, hole on the back of the bathroom door, it smelled like smoke even though we requested non-smoking room. the sink kept clogging up. When I was checking in they did not have my reservation. I had to call Expedia to get this resolved. it took forever and the front desk was not helpful at all. never again am i staying at this place.

I’ve stayed in many motels for the same price point before. This was certainly the worst. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable, while we were given two thin pillows. I was awake all night with a crick in my neck and couldn’t sleep. I chose this motel as it had a very good 8 point rating. Wouldn’t give it more than 5 or 6 myself. No WiFi code was provided and the breakfast “included” consisted of a muffin in a paper bag with an apple - what is this school lunch?! Simply awful!

Great place if you want an early start. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
