Clean — cozy bed — huge 700+ feet apartment with full (stocked) kitchen and living room. If you’re going out it’s nice, because every other room was 20 year olds smoking, drinking, listening to loud music and stomping until 3am. There is a hip hop club across the street / west of building. Loud as hell bass too. CLEAN building and nice bed, awful (2/100 rated YUKA App) soaps and shampoos. Don’t use it. But again, if you’re going downtown (out late) and don’t mind stale bagels and cheap Breakfest stuff it’s legit for the price. Huge space (cityscape room) ALSO we had to park our $250k car on the street full of homeless next to the place. They have 15 gated spaced, for 30 rooms (missed that memo)

The hotel looks very basic from the outside and lobby. Check-in was fast, and the person who helped us was very nice. Our room and bathroom were very clean and in order. The sheets and pillows were excellent. We had a small balcony with two French doors, which was nice.
Breakfast was included and consisted of bagels, English muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice.
Our only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, which was not very good but definitely was not too much of a problem.

This is a great spot with LOTS of space in the room. It literally felt like our own apartment. It was listed as a studio but this could easily be considered as a LARGE one bedroom in SF. TONS of pillows and extra blankets. The ceilings are tall which makes the space feel even larger.
I appreciated that there was a good set of dishes so we didn’t need to tap into our camping kit. We loved that it was within walking distance of food, drinks, and entertainment.

We have been staying here on business for the past 6 weeks. After staying at a few of the more well known places we stumbled upon “The Art House Hotel”. We considered it our home away from home. Nice sizable rooms and clean with hardwood floors. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone that works and supports the Art House as they are very hospitable and professional. So if you are in Santa Rosa and want a place to chill with good coffe I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is newly renovated and is so beautiful and clean. It appears to be an apartment building maybe turned into a hotel but you get a better value for your money as the place is more spacious, has a living room, kitchen and lots of closet space. I would stay again.

I booked one of the suites and it was so spacious! High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows to bring in the sunshine, modern appliances, and had all the amenities. Parking is available if reserved in advance and the garage is conveniently located next to the lobby. I only spotted one elevator so might wait occasionally. Parking spots and garage are a bit tight, and the continental breakfast is bit limited but there are plenty of breakfast options nearby.
