Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay.

It is not in the city center and clearly serves mainly people using the hospital structure around the corner. It was the only option we could find during the Palio days in Siena, but it ended up being a good find: breakfast offers a great selection, the room was adequately spacious for 3 people, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A bus travels back and forth from Piazza del Sale in the very city center very frequently. The only negative thing: the linen on the additional bed wasn't exactly clean, but that can happen.

The climate in the hotel was so hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for 2 twin beeds and they gave us a room with one king bed. Employees said there was not advise about this requirement from hotels.com. There was a group of school's children so noisy during the breakfast and at night. All the rest was ok.

Unfortunately, my only recourse for a bad experience \"out the gate\" is to leave a bad review here.

I made a reservation several days in advance - clicked book, and immediately realized that I had accidentally entered an extra day than I meant to. I wrote to ex pedia to try to correct the situation within 5 minutes of making the mistake, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. They could not refund or all me to cancel.

I tried calling the property myself, thinking that if I spoke to another human, they might understand the mistake better. The woman I spoke with was very kind and sympathetic, but told me there was nothing to do, and that I had to p ay for the extra night. Definitely disappointing, for all parties, I'm sure.

We were in town for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Our room was warmer then we’d like even at the coolest temperature setting, it never got close to 23 degrees Celsius. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very upscale hotel. Comfortable and roomy. Showers were very large and nice, especially in Europe! Cost-effective as well, probably because it is “off-season.” Front desk staff spoke English very well, and were extremely nice and helpful. I would skip the breakfast, though, and get something from a coffee bar.

Don't plan to have dinner here!

Front desk was good at check in. The room clean and comfortable. We had a dinner reservation (due to Covid) and showed up at the set time only to wait for 30 minutes because they couldn't find a reservation. The waitress was going to get us a table and sat us in the bar with NO bartender only for her to forget about us. We went to the front desk and the night shift lady just shrugged her shoulders and told us there was food at other places down the road.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. We arrived around 20:00 and had no problem reserving a table for dinner at the property. Both the evening meal and breakfast were really good. The hotel is well served by public transport into Siena and it was easy to reach by car.

Everything was great including the great breakfast buffet . The only problem they hqd was with the shower , meaning that the water temperature fluctuated from cool to warm, never getting really hot. The wifi was strong and parking was easy. Overall, we had a good time.

Modern hotel a little far away from Centro with bus stop outside front door.Euro1.20 each way trip to plaza del sole/Centro.
Good points : modern and v clean with nice restuarant nice room and bathroom.noise free and secure position. Helpful reception staff.
Not so good: Distance from Centro. Lack of hot water.low pressure shower.Tv very dark screen. Cold cooked breakfast every day. Eggs and bacon inedible.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but not well located for tourists traveling independently. We selected the location based on our intention to do day trips to nearby hill towns, but didn't think about our need for dinner nearby (so as to avoid drinking/driving) - there wasn't much of a selection so we dined at the property one night. Huge dining room - way too brightly lit for dinner. Food was fine but, as with most business hotels, no ambience. Breakfast buffet was good.

For those who do not have a car,it would be a little difficult .The people inside the hotel are friendly especially the manager.The breakfast is very good.The ventilation system in the rooms like most of the other hotels is not good.Each room should have its own air conditioner.Overall it is not a four star hotel but a three star one.Obviously the room price is high.

Friendly and efficient staff made our stay in this clean and stylish modern hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, although the en-suit bathroom was spacious we both found the shower enclosure inexplicably small and cramped (we're both of average build and height).
Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and crisp, clean dinning room, despite being in an alternative area as the restaurant was closed for refurbishment.
Located near the train station and only a short bus ride into the centre of Sienna. A good place to stay if you are touring by car as the hotel has ample parking.

It is a clean, characterless hotel a little out of the centre of town. Nice breakfast. The only eggs we had on our 2 week trip around Italy. There is parking - so good if you have a car and are looking for a reliable safe hotel.

Decent hotel a little far from the old town

We stayed her thinking the hotel would be a nicer hotel (four stars), but it was nothing special just another hotel room. We also found it be about a 10 minute drive from the Old Town, where I wish we would have stayed to eliminate the drive and parking time. On the day of arrival we checked-in around 5pm and spent maybe 20 to 30 minutes getting to the old town due to rush hour traffic. When we returned the parking lot was nearly full and we had to park in the back and walk around the hotel to the front door, because there was no door to enter the hotel from the back side. I think they should provide another entrance, since the front lot is fairly small.

Clueless staff, hard bed, needle-like showerhead

The exterior could be made better by simply replacing the worn out flags and by power-washing the stucco balconies. The room was a decent size with new, modern furniture and everything was tasteful, very clean and in good repair. Breakfast is a standard European buffet in a large, sterile room: salami, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, (unripe) fruit selection, coffee/chocolate/espresso machine, hard rolls, toast, nutella, jam, and chocolate croissants which were warm and a nice treat. Wi-fi is available in your room for a considerable fee.
We found difficulty getting around on the bus system despite being told which lines to take. Specifics such as schedules, stops, and where to pick up would have been helpful. The buses get crowded as well, so location is not as convenient. The neighborhood is like a contemporary suburb so don't expect to get a sense of Siena's history here. The best part of the hotel were the fliers for a wine tasting tour, placed in the lobby. We went on one and enjoyed ourselves greatly.

The level of comfort was not quite what we had hoped for. The bed was the hardest I have experienced after staying at 6 different Italian hotels, and the shower spray came out like needles. Nevertheless it was acceptable enough that we chose to stay there two more nights for simplicity. The man at the reception desk agreed to let us stay a second night (for a much higher rate than what we got at hotels.com) but said he was totally booked the third night. We looked for availability on the hotels.com website and found Hotel Executive did indeed have rooms despite what the man claimed, and for a better price! Sensing the man was uninformed, we made a reservation for the third night online. When the third day arrived we presented the confirmation number and asked if we could just stay in our same room. The man told us that we had to check out and that hotels.com was wrong. He was polite but insistent. We packed hurriedly and went down to discuss it further. It turns out HE was wrong and needed a co-worker to help him see that. Flustered and annoyed, we left our bags with the porter, and set out on our sightseeing. Upon our return that evening, we learned that they had given us the same room and we need not have packed. The man had caused us stress and worry for nothing. He was very apologetic but it didn't really help much, especially when faced with paying the higher price for the second night. We would not return to this hotel given another chance.

Great If You're Headed to il Palio

Hotel is about a mile outside of town, but a 7 minute bus ride into the middle of Siena, which is basically a maze of tiny streets with midevil castles and structures everywhere. We were in Siena for il palio and for the price, Hotel Executive was a steal! Very clean rooms, helpful staff and proximity to center of town, specifically piazza del campo was tremendous. If you are just in Siena not during the palio, you can probably find a hotel closer to town for a good price. If you are in town for the palio, know that the streets of Siena are alive all night, the night before and after the race, which made Hotel Executive even more desireable since it's outside of town - we partied until 1-2am, but did want to get a little sleep before and after the race.

Ich weiß nicht, wie das Hotel, so eine Bewertung haben kann. Das Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben (235) ist nicht dein Zimmer von einem 4 Sterne Hotel die Toilette war sehr veraltet. Fliesen waren kaputt Spiegel und Waschbecken sehr schlecht aus. Ich persönlich kann das Hotel nicht weiterhelfen.

Hotellin ravintola oli muutoin ihan siedettävä, mutta sieltä saatu ruokamyrkytys sai kokemuksen koko hotellista kovin heikoksi. Päädyimme lähtemään hotellista kolme yötä ennen varauksemme päättymistä.

Het verblijf was super. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon. Dit wordt dagelijks bijgehouden. Dagelijks schone handdoeken.

Goede bus en taxi verbinding naar het centrum van Siena en betaalbaar. Buskaartjes zijn te koop bij de receptie van het hotel.
Lopend ben je ruim 30 tot 40 minuten onderweg naar het centrum van Siena.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nel sito Web dell’hotel si dichiara che l’hotel è a 20 minuti dal centro storico, ma di fatto si trova a 40 minuti come gentilmente rettificato dal personale dell’hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Parcheggio strategico e bottiglia di vino omaggio ! Ristorante all'interno è comodo se dopo una giornata in visita alla città non si ha più voglia di uscire.
Unica nota da migliorare è il bagno. Alcuni dettagli (tipo appendi asciugamani e vasca troppo alta) andrebbero migliorati
