Recommended for a pleasant stay

The hotel is very comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and is there to assist the hotel guests with anything needed. From reservations and suggestions of restaurants, tips on parking tips around the city, what to see in Tuscany, breakfast service and in fact anything one can think of!! Highly Recommended

Beautiful property. Breakfast was provided each morning. Service was impeccable. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about bus and train service. Called for taxi when you needed one and they would arrive in less than 5 minutes. Clean room, bed was comfortable and AC was cold. WiFi was not very good. Making taking the online Covid test to return home impossible. I would visit again.

Very welcoming Andy friendly staff. Great location plenty of parking. Very clean and functional rooms apart from the air conditioner which was set to heat rather than cool because it could be cold in a morning. The outside temp at 9am was 20 degrees C. Good breakfast and good service at breakfast. Nice place to stay In Siena

The property, hotel and location were great. We travelled to Italy during a heat wave and it was great to have air conditioning. The room was clean, roomy and had a fridge. The grounds, including a patio, lawn and a pool made relaxing and picnicking easy. The hotel is a quick bus ride to town and the bus tickets are available to buy at the front desk. The walk to the bus stop is a couple of minutes. There is also plentiful free parking. The hotel staff members were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with cappuccinos made to order. The bar was open 24/7 for snacks and drinks, including local wine.
We couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging in Siena.

Good, quiet location about 2 miles from the centre of Siena and a mile or so from the railway station (links to Florence, Rome etc). Spacious free parking at hotel. Nice views around the outskirts of Siena from the lawns and pool area. Good-sized pool, very clean and gardens well maintained.
Staff were very polite, smiling and helpful. Pleasant breakfast room, lounge and small bar.Tea, coffee, some snacks available (at extra charge). Our room was functional rather than spectacular but very clean and tidy and well-serviced daily. Free safe deposit box in room as well as small fridge.

The hotel does breakfast only but we had good advice from reception about local restaurants and amenities.
To be picky it would be nice to have had tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.

For the money one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant on the premises there was an amazing restaurant within walking distance (and thanks to the staff I did not have to work hard to find it). The hotel is registered as a 3 star on Hotels.com but there is not much a 4 star hotel will offer that Sangallo Park doesn't.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at this hotel. Plenteous breakfast with many choices. Staff very accommodating to call cabs, make restaurant recommendations and reservations, etc. NOT in city center of Siena—-so would be a long walk to town (we had a car).

We loved this hotel. Stayed 3 nights to really explore Tuscany. Room quite spacious and very clean, great WIFI, excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and even bacon. The staff were very friendly and very informative for directions and dining suggestions. Good location to get into Siena and leave city to explore other towns. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel, friendly staff

Somewhat far from the Siena center, hotel has free parking, working air conditioning, elevator, reasonably sized rooms, safe accommodating 15 inch laptop, basically all I expected from a budget hotel.
Staff is extra friendly.
One thing i didn't care much for are bed mattresses, too firm for my taste. But many hotels here in Italy have those so if you are like me and like it softer bring a foam mattress and you will enjoy this little hotel. Recommended.

A bit removed but a lovely place

We only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy what appeared to be a lovely pool.

Evening dining was a little challenging. There was one option that we never found by driving (the one-way streets and drives kept turning us around and confusing our GPS). We found it only after returning to the hotel and going on foot. It was a short walk through a nice neighborhood. Good food.

I suggest an extension cord for people requiring c-pap or bi-pap machines. Of the several hotels that we stayed in while in Italy, only one had convenient outlets for such machines.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast was good. Beautiful views. Beds are harder than we are used too. Not enough outlets as I use a cpap machine and you need an extension cord. As there are only one maybe 2 outlets. Staff friendly and helpful. They recommended a pizza restaurant called La veranda. It was good but hard to drive there. Easier to walk as our gps got us lost so we walked there. Didn't get to use pool. Not enough time. Close to Siena walled city and we drove there and parked at San Francesco. Parking lot.

Great base outside Siena for driving day trips.

We stayed four nights, and we were very pleased! Great location as a base for day trips around the region (and Siena). We had a car and they were easy to find with parking and a nice pool and grassy area with nice country views and plenty of sun, for relaxing before sunset after a day of seeing Tuscan hill towns, Chianti vineyards, etc. Good breakfasts were included. Very helpful staff. Modern hotel.

Sangallo Park Hotel

I was one of a party of four adults who have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing seven day holiday at the Sangallo Park Hotel which is in close proximity to Siena ( less than 10 minutes in a Car).

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception who give us an overview of the hotel and provided us with details of a local restaurant as it was late at night, he even rang the restaurant straight away and booked us a table.

Every morning we were greeted by friendly staff who served a fine buffet breakfast, not forgetting the fantastic views of Siena when leaving our room and looking out of the large window at the top of the Hotel stairs.

It was very relaxing at breakfast, we chose to dine outdoors in the garden area most days which was a very nice way to start the day. Also in the Hotel gardens was a large swimming pool with breath taking views of the Tuscan landscape, which made me feel at ease with the world.

We also found the location fantastic as you could be in the centre of Siena within 10 minutes or in the heart of the Chianti country side within twenty minutes.

Throughout the holiday the staff were fantastic and it felt more like a second home rather than just another Hotel and we all felt very sad when we had to check out and return home.

Pleasant hotel away from hustle and bustle.
The pool was pleasant. Parking is free and plentiful. Easy access from autostrada if you have a car. The drive into Siena is short and easy. Short term parking isn't too bad
One problem was the bed. It was hard, like sleeping on a carpeted floor. The hotel has padding they can add to beds if you request it. This made the beds about the same hardness as other Italian hotels we stayed in. I recommend making the request when booking, unless you enjoy sleeping on concrete

peaceful place in a quiet neighbourhood.location is also good - not too far frm city nor the strada. but u must hv own car to move about. hotel staffs was friendly. buffet breakfast comes with good selection. except for housekeeping who doesnt read 'do not disturb' sign at the door and still went in your room eitherway and that wasn't nice! there's a diner called 'le veranda' nearby the hotel, which was recommended by htl staff n it was worth trying. awesome italian food!

If you are looking for old world ambiance and quaint style go somewhere else. If you want a delightful, convenient, super clean modern hotel with a place to park and a great breakfast this is the place.
The multilingual staff, headed by Elena, couldn't be better, friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast room staff remembers how you want your coffee if you are there more than a day.
The views of the surrounding countryside are spectacular and it is a very short drive to the train station for parking and the escalators up to Siena.
We have stayed there 3 times and would stay there again.

Spent two days at the Sangallo Park hotel with my girlfriend. We had a great time and experience. The hotel and grounds were all very clean and well kept. The bathroom and room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard. The staff were very helpful and the whole stay was great. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely hotel with a great view from the pool

Comfortable and big room, good breakfast, and magnificent view from the pool. Only down-side is that the wifi was expensive - 3 euros per hour, 4 for 2 hours, whereas in most other places it tends to be free. Would definitely recommend staying there though - who needs internet on a holiday anyways.

This hotel is set on a hill outside Siena. It has an outdoor pool with a great view on the town and the surrounding hills. We were coming from Rome and en route to Florence. After so much walking and sightseeing in Rome, this location was a great place to relax and rest.

Great if you have a car

This is a beautiful property with a breathtaking view of the city, but it's definitely for those who have their own transportation. It's quite a way out from the city centre. We came by city bus, and the hotel was not easy to see from the bus stop. There are not even sidewalks to get from the bus stop to the hotel (something which the hotel could easily remedy), so one must walk on a busy street against the traffic for a block or two to get to the hotel. Similarly, the nearest restaurant is a rather complicated 10 minute walk away. But the hotel staff were extremely helpful in providing maps and directions.

Beds of very low quality !!!

At the end of our stay in this hotel, we were almost incapable to move at all, due to pain in our backs caused by extremely low quality beds in the rooms! Hard to understand that the hotel has such low quality beds.
We paid for using the Internet on the guest computer, but it did not work after multiple trials. We managed to use it for much shorter time than paid finally. We asked the receptionist to send the file from her computer (urgent sending was required and very important to us), but we were rejected although the computer for guests did not work at that moment and we had already paid the fee.
The hotel is located next to the road which is not very noisy, but it is not in a peaceful area as well. If the room is on the noisy side, it can be disturbing during night.
The towels are very thin, resembling tablecloths- it is recommended to take your own towels if you are booking this hotel.
Also, voices from the neighbouring room can be heard, although not too disturbing.
However, beds are the major drawback and we would never book this hotel again, as we were very tired and were not able to sleep due to bad beds, which made our trip to Siena completely different, tiring and not as pleasant as it could have been.

We enjoyed Sangallo Park Hotel very much. The location is outside of Siena. We had a car so this wasn't really an issue. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. Beakfast was good and plentiful with choices of cereals, yogurt, meat, cheese, and breads. The staff in the breakfast was great. Very attentive and quick to bring you your morning coffee. Pool was nice but they could have used a few more chairs. The front desk staff was good but a little too business-like. There was one exception-Eleonora. She was very helpful, always smiling, and made you feel like more than just a guest.

This hotel is on the hills overlooking Siena and has a pretty site near the highway and also near the bus into Siena. However, the rooms are small and boring, and the breakfast the worst we got (although that's comparing it to some very good breakfasts). I thought we were going to a place in the hills outside town, but in fact it's in the suburbs. An OK hotel, but I would probably pick another one next time.

Tudo de bom!

Localização excelente, com estacionamento no próprio hotel. Recepcionistas educados e prestativos. Quarto limpo e toalhas trocadas diariamente. Super recomendo.

You should go here.

You gotta love this place.
Staff is so friendly and accommodating.
Pool area is big enough and never overcrowded.
The hotel is in great distance of Siena and other lovely places.
This is my third visit, and I’m bound to come back.
They now have a charger for electric cars on site, and it works seamlessly.
If you go (and you should) please leave a room for me.

Achei o hotel grande, numa localidade boa mas banheiro com box muito pequeno e qualidade do sabonete do banheiro em barra muito ruim( do tamanho e fino que nem uma moeda de 0,50 centavos, não tendo sabonete líquido) . O café da manhã muito fraco. Pouquíssimas opções .Não tem nenhuma máquina de café para nos servirmos.Nunca havia visto isso em hotel. Temos que pedir a garçonete o café. Achei o padrão do hotel desproporcional ao que ele oferece.
