We were given a room on the ground level near the car park, and it looked nothing like the photos online. The room had a very noticeable musty smell, likely because there were no windows.

Soundproofing was poor — we could hear doors opening and closing, as well as people talking early in the morning.

The water faucet was dirty and rusty, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray in all directions. I even spotted a small roach in the toilet, though it ran off before I could take a photo.

The floor felt oily and unclean, which made the room rather uncomfortable overall.

Although the location was convenient, I definitely wouldn’t book this hotel again.

No doubt, the staff were really warm and friendly. Check-in was easy and a breeze with collection of security deposit. However, I was truly shocked when the room type booked is what seemed to be a sub basement unit of the hotel.

Superior room, a first time for me to walk out of the lobby down to a lower level. Sewage smell at the corridor, in the toilet was inevitable. Price wasn’t the lowest of Johor Bahru but I didn’t expect it.

Air conditioning worked but because of the odd room layout, you barely feel the cold air from the bed. No windows, no clock, just a TV. Definitely first and the last for me.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I noticed a couple of issues that could use improvement. There was an unpleasant smell that occurred intermittently, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided was unusually hard and not usable. Addressing these concerns would definitely enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers.

Hotel doesn't accept credit card as deposit. Quite a turn off for this. Luckily they are willing to accept $100RM instead of $200RM for deposit. It gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night as the area is known for its nightlife.

If you drive, make sure you ask where exactly to park your vehicle, or else they clamp even though there is no \"Clamp-Zone\" at all the parking lots around the vicinity.

We booked this hotel by mistake and immediately called Expedia to cancel. They called the hotel and they said this is a non-refundable booking and we can not do anything! I would guess other customer services are similarly terrible.

We stayed there for one night and the stay there was good. Room was clean and the recep allows us to check out latest at 12:30pm

Many eateries and pubs nearby. Tried the lok lok stall beside the hotel and it was good. I feel safe when returning to hotel late at night as the nearby stalls do open till late night.

been couple of times staying at this place, very near to Sg. easy to find & space for parking. staff is friendly & can speak proper English, quick check in. Room is quite spacious, air-con working well with hot shower. Bed is comfy and there are a handful of wall plugs for 3-pin adaptors. Place is consider quiet & good for a short stay. There are eatery, food courts & Lok Lok trunks just outside the hotel. Overall a good stay

one of the worst hotel i ever stay at JB

-room does not have wifi
-room was in a very bad condition and dirty there was plaster laying around at the tables.
-dining table with lots of stains.
-aircon was not cold, ask for assistance hotel send ksl technician over.
-hot water piping damage, as per technician they will ask Front Desk to do a room change, but this was an empty promise came back and check with Front Desk they pretend nothing can be done and they are full booked.
-inform Front Desk for clean up room not done then inform us back like we own them
-horrible service ever
-no wifi for service apartment
-does not deserve the rates of SGD 100++ a night

Old and poor maintenance. Many baby cockroaches in the toilets and bedrooms. Pillow cases and bed sheets are stained. Made a request to hotel staff to change the towels on the 2nd day. They promised to do it but they didn't. Completely no wifi in the rooms. Totally no signal. Will not recommend to stay here. Definitely will not book this hotel again.

The toilet is not elderly friendly. Need a climb a wide step of one foot high.

Trendy decor, good value for money

We checked in after midnight and was promptly welcomed by a friendly staff member. Great decor — very trendy boutique style and Instagram-worthy. Only let downs were the breakfast (very small spread, no variety) and pool (small and awkwardly-situated in the building; not very welcoming vibe to take a dip). Overall good value for money though.

As the hotel rooms are located in one of the level in the condo apartment , it’s qutie a hassle to wait for the lift as there’s only one lift and it was being shared by the residents in that condo and as well as the hotel guests. We waited for about 10 mins for the lift. And worst of all, the cleaner use the same lift to move the rubbish to the ground which creates a very weird smell in the lift.
