The carpark is complex, narrow. Lift is almost always congested. Master bedroom bath tub is not secured, risk. Common toilet only has head shower, lack of faucet.

It was just acceptable

General cleanliness of the room was just acceptable. I can feel the dustiness under my feet. Toilet was well cleaned and maintained though.

However, I don't know why staying few times at such apartment type accomodation and got into arguments with the Security guards. For this stay, I forgot to return the apartment plague which was in my car, and I had exited. Trying to get the Security guard on duty to let me into the mailbox area to return but was met twice with the comments \"you should get your car out first\". I had no choice but to rebut in a unfriendly tone \" the car is already out and don't keep talking when you don't understand\".

Good option for a couple of nights / weekend

I stayed here 1 night in July 2025. My apartment was on the 27th floor.
PROS: Quite spacious. TV with satellite. Good fridge/freezer. Air con + fan on ceiling. Wi-fi. Balcony with nice view. The bed was comfy enough, although I found the bed linen to be of medium quality.
The block of flats is next door to the KSL Shopping Centre, so there are quite a few dining options within a stone’s throw + shops.
I tried to extend my stay by one more night but they were fully booked.
It was overall a very decent option for 1 night and at a very good price.
CONS: Slightly fiddly to deal with the check-in procedure, it’s all automated, you receive instructions & pics via WhatsApp, you collect the key pass via a post box. Same on check-out. I personally had no problems but it might be a bit tricky for someone else
About 20 mins’ by bus (or more with traffic) from JB city centre.
Some of the wall paint by the sofa was in bad condition/crusting off and should be sorted out. There were also some damp patches on the wall.
The bathtub was not fitted properly as it was wobbling. Also, there was no curtain, why? You need to crouch to avoid splashing everywhere whilst having a shower.
Very dusty under the bed / sofa / carpet, and behind the washing machine, do the cleaners actually clean?

was disappointed to see unmade beds, spread out towels, trash etc. when entering the room. The cleaning was late hence delayed my check in time. The bed spray was very strong and not sure if they change the bed sheets or just sprayed something on.

Good location with many eateries, lot of shopping, very easy to get Grab to visit other places. Fast check in and out. Simple with video guide given for check in was great help. My first choice for future visit to Johor Bahru.

There is a major problem with the lift. It took more than 30 minutes to get to our room.
The room was comfortable, but the apartment building structure had some issues, which was disappointing.

Out of 4 lifts to our block, only 2 were working. At times, only one lift was working.

The wait for the lifts is easily at least 20 mins. On one occasion, it was so packed that we climbed up the stairs to our unit at level 25.

The place was very run down as well, and the photos looked completely different fro where we stayed.

Would have had a better stay if

Apartment was clean and convenient, beds were comfortable but the sofas were not. Tv size a bit small but came with Netflix we can log into our own account.
We stayed for 4 nights requested for extension so we can have lunch first without lugging all our luggages around but was able told even an hour extension is subject to charge.

Not a pleasant experience to end an otherwise comfortable stay.

Bath tub leaking wet whole toilet. Aircon remote controller not working. Even after changed batteries. Iron not hot and ironing board bends and not firm. Lifts are slow and i have to take the stairs. Just bad experience.

Overall i think is a good stay.

But there are like 4 lift, but not any in optimal conditions for our first day. I think the lift planning could be better managed.

The instructions to check in can be simplified, giving one long message. Then could be accompanied by all the photos and videos.

Very comfortable apartment which is clean and well equipped . Highly convenient & accessible to the KSL shopping centre & shops around. There’s a family mart below the apartment too. Value for money. Only thing is to remember to bring your toothbrush/toothpaste as they don’t provide (towels shampoo soap all have )

Can say is a very bad dream of staying here👎👎👎😡😡😡😡Air con keep break down every 15 minutes n stop running .very frustrated .calling the apartment in charge..they didn't helping..and just say the air con sensor cannot attached..give alot of excuse..bed sheets n bed room super dirty n dusty.... please ask that for refund me .will not staying here anymore..👎👎👎..the guest lift also a big problem...a few lift break down everyday..

all was great and yes its nice accessible easily to the mall and the walkabouts the area. the only fall back was the lift. its faulty, not reflecting the correct level its at and at times, missing the level sequence. its also VERY slow. you may need to wait around 20 mins to 30 mins during peak.

Pros: Easy check in, great location for shopping at the KSL mall and vicinity. Make sure you read the pre-check in information and contact the host via whatsapp prior to check in.

Cons: Limited channels on TV - unable to log into TV apps despite having a personal account, as such we could only watch limited free shows on the apps which also took a long time to buffer due to poor internet connection. Otherwise, wifi is not a problem if you are not connecting to the internet using the TV. Kettle and microwave oven provided in kitchen but no coffee or teas. Plates and cutlery provided but no pots/ pans or cooking utensils.

The checking In and out instructions were clear to understand and follow. The room was big enough to accomodate four persons and it was spacious. On entering we found the room nice and clean. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain to prevent water spillage onto the floor making it slippery for all, young and old!! Overall we had a good stay>

Room was not cleaned properly, floor was a little slippery and table top had stains. Intermittent water supply, had no water at all in the night and toilet had no water in the morning. Fuss free self check in and check out just that the lifts are always packed
