Spacious 1BR family room with 1 King Bed and 2 extra beds for children.
Room is clean but both washbasin in bathroom and kitchen sink needs unclogging. Water was slow to drain off. Staff were friendly. Had their buffet breakfast but food wasn’t great but it is convenient to have this option as there doesn’t seem to be any restaurants or coffee shops close by for breakfast.

The hotel is mostly clean and in a good location. We were traveling with our 4.5-month-old baby, and it was great that a baby cot was available.

The stay was a bit noisy because of construction nearby. Housekeeping could be better – room service plates were cleared but a bowl of chili sauce was left on the table, and we asked for extra towels for the baby’s bath but they weren’t available so we used hand towels. The floor towel in the toilet wasn’t replaced, and there were some hairs on the bathroom floor.

Carpark is available but super confusing! It felt like driving thru a maze.?

Overall, a decent stay.

My go to hotel for a JB staycation, room is clean and considerably well maintained, staff is efficient at check in counter, would have loved to swim in one of my favorite hotel pools in JB but it was spoilt by huge family groups fooling around in the pool, probably wrong timing it’s New Year’s Day.

Love the size of the room, bed and amenities - it was so comfy we didn't want to leave! 10/10 recommended. Our only gripe that the shuttle buses only had 3 timings, but honestly in Malaysia, Grab is much more convenient.

Just one irritating and disappointing issue during my stay: I called housekeeping to request bottled water sent to my room but there was no reply, so my call was transferred to front desk. Made request to front desk, she said ok and will send someone up.

After waiting for MORE THAN AN HOUR and still no water delivered. I had to go down myself to the lobby and collect the bottled water myself from the staff. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I'm fairly certain I'll be staying at Capri JB again.

1) Those driving can forget about it. That route toward hotel will jam during busy hours .
2) after verifying ur credit card , u only have mins to drive out and the carpark is like a maze . That is the problem of sharing carpark with a condo
3) room is decent size
4) aircon is not cold at all even when I turn to the lowest temp possible .

Capri has been our fav hotel of choice for staycation in JB. The staffs are always welcoming and polite. The hotel lobby always smells great! Love the room size, for 1 room bed, the layout is good. Plus point will be the laundry room, consist of dryer and washer, at Level 1 which greatly benefits us.

It gives a fantastic 5 star luxury feel with staff rushing towards you to offer help giving you water even before we could checked in. Deepa and Sureen are two gems at the front desk. We enjoyed a lot talking to both of them and got upgraded and early check in. Service is excellent. Cleanliness is impeccable though it's about 5 years old. Best of best JB hotel I have ever stayed. Even checking out, we already book our next stay in December. Shows how much we love the place.

Fabulous stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The rooms were huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. Made good use of the kitchen cabinet to eat in my room. What really stood out for me was the very friendly and professional staff from check in and check out by the team at the reception, to housekeeping taking care of my room and amenity requests and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Another fantastic return stay and I would definitely be back to stay again. Awesome work team! 5* stay

The Pool and the Gym was awesome.

Unfortunately your main road entrance for your hotel residence is along the CIQ traffic so 2 nights when we go back after 9 or 10pm is terrible jam. Poor grab driver have to stuck in the agony.

Value for the money, its spacious and also clean which is what we are looking for. However, the roads around it are narrow and often gets jammed since they are within walking distance of CIQ. Other than that, will definitely come back and stay! Oh they also have a free shuttle to CIQ, good to check the frequency :)

The hotel is at the end of the immigration customs clearance but walking there from the customs means jaywalking around roads with no pedestrian pathway and around construction sites. There is 1 small convenience store next to the hotel but the pathway is not very friendly with steep stairs going down to the store. There is only 1 cafe and 1 breakfast restaurant. The lounge is closed permanently. The pool is also quite small. The environment is noisy from the high traffic from the causeway and we can hear those traffic noises in the middle of the night. If you drive, you can park for free. Breakfast spread was good with local, western cuisine. It was from 7-11am and we enjoyed it. We got a room upgrade to suite and was very comfortable. However the soap dispenser at the sink doesn't use. And the bathroom is too huge with a bathtub which was difficult to climb in and out. Other than that the bed was super comfortable. We will love to come back to this hotel.

Check in and room upgrade was very good. Breakfast was also pretty good with wide selection. Location wise, the sea view rooms afford a nice view of the Straits and causeway. However the housekeeping left much to be desired. Firstly the room was not properly cleaned with stands of long hair on the floor. The bathrobe had yellow stains on the inside; and for 2 days the shower gel was not topped up despite it being empty.

My go to place when in KL. Be sure not to book your apartment through third party. Only book through Expedia and be sure it’s Cormar. Cormar’s apartments are top of the line and with good views. Jeffrey is the manager and good guy. Staff is helpful but again if you book third party the Cormar staff can’t help you. Upon check in you need to get the staff’s what’s up contact. There is no way to call the front desk.

Breakfast is ok… not a wide spread but good for its value. Check in is smooth, room is decent size and clean. Comes with usb ports which is a nice touch for modern travellers (no need to worry with plugs). Shower pressure is a bit weak but decent.

Booked 2 executive rooms for total 5 guests. Each room comes with a king bed. So one of the room needs an extra bed. After booking, I tried to message the property and no one reply. When is nearer to the arrival date, I emailed and was told that I need to pay 210 MYR for the extra bed. I thought booking for 3 guests for an executive room, my extra bed for 2 nights should be free. However, I had to pay. I am not allowing my guest to sleep on the sofa.
Kinda upset about this but payment was made thru email. When I was doing my check out, the staff asked for the payment of my extra bed. I told her that I had already made payment. However, she asked me for when and how I made payment. This is abit ridiculous as this is a good hotel. The system should have records. Finally, the hotel is clean and staffs are good. I will definitely come back again.
